Dr.Gupta and her team performed a totally unexpected crown replacement on one of my upper front teeth. The teams highly professional and caring work was very much appreciated. I did not experience any pain and the end result is fantastic.Thank you, Dr.Gupta and your technicians!

This practice is by far the best one yet. i’ve had a lot of bad experiences at other offices around the area, when i walked into this office, i was greeted with nothing but smiles and comfort. Dr. gupta did great work on my mouth and i will be back for my regular cleanings from now on.

So 3 months later my teeth are still very sensitive and the filing/cover doesnt cover the entire front tooth and it is extremely painful. 2 other fillings on molars are rough and sensitive. Idk if its because I had Medicaid but I will never return. The student she had working on me the majority of the time cut my gums in like 4 places trying to fit a ring thing for the filing. Ever seen the movie Dentist? The scene with his wifes extractions 🙋. 😞 Due to Covid I cldnt go to my 1st choice. Now I can.

My experience at Smile Studio was nothing but the best. I came into the office with a horrible toothache, could hardly eat/talk/etc. I was a new patient and Dr. Gupta and her staff were very friendly, I was very nervous and the staff helped me through my whole appointment. They walked me through my x-rays and were very detailed as far as all of my treatment. The staff gave me the option of going ahead with my treatment, so I did. Here it is, a few weeks later and I’m in no pain. Dr. Gupta will forever be my dentist!!!!

Dr. Tina Gupta and her staff at Smile Studio North Raleigh are amazing. They are accommodating and able to book our entire family for regular visits. Its an Armstrong family dentist date when we visit Dr. Gupta. I love the office, they are skilled, knowledgeable, gentle, understanding and patient. They make our visits relaxing and enjoyable especially for our twin boys. We all love going there and we cant think of a better family friendly dental office in North Raleigh. They are simply the best and I highly recommend you visit.

I never really liked going to the dentist. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this office. Dr. Gupta is amazing, and her staff is awesome. Their new location is much closer to me, and is very beautiful. I have officially found my favorite dentist. my whole family will be coming back to this office every time. I completely recommend this office to anyone who is currently looking for a New Dentist.

Never go here. I had to come here for a emergency removal of two teeth. All the office people and dr. G spent more time trying to convince me to get 6 pulled (both sides of mouth) other then just one side at a time. Told them I didnt want all that done just the one that had to come out and after 10 more minutes of them trying to get me to let them do everything then they stopped. They pulled my two teeth. Gave me no medication at all. Didnt explain any aftercare or anything. I bled for three days while calling them for the office lady to say that the doctor isnt there and wont be for four days.. now I have a mass infection in my mouth and when I called them (being the day they said Dr G would be in) she tells me I have to go to a hospital for the infection. They cant do anything and that the Dr wont be in for another four days!?. The tooth extraction went horrible. The Dr told me she would kick me out if I kicked or slammed down or squeezed chair. Will be reporting to the BBB. Very unprofessional, and now they wont do anything. I never write reviews. As this is my first, so I hope it helps someone not do the mistake I did and go here. As much pain as I was in before, Im in more pain now. And with a mass infection. Its your mouth. But mine is worse off now then it was ever before stepping in this place.

This office is great. I love the dentist and staff. They are all very professional and friendly. They were able to get me in quickly and were very gentle during the cleaning. The new office location is very nice and close, as well. I will definitely be going back to this office.

This office is amazing. I am afraid of the dentist and decided to go anyway, which is rare because usually I chicken out. Dr. Gupta and her staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a wonderful, understanding dentist.

I LOVE this office. I took my children there a few weeks ago and they were very happy. My youngest child is competely terrified of needles and turns out she had a cavity. Dr. Gupta was able to numb her up With a needle and my daughter never knew it was happening. Dr. Gupta made her feel so comfortable. My daughter actually hummed during the entire process. I am very very pleased. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Awful. They only care about money. I went for my annual cleaning and they told me I needed a filling. Never got the filling and changed dentists for my next cleaning. They told me my teeth were great and I had no problems. I said you mean I have no cavities and don’t need any fillings. They said That’s right, see you in six months. Smile studio is a rip off.

Nice staff and they do a great job. I have had positive experiences the times I have been and I keep going back so I must think its good. I look forward to their new location because they are in an awkward place.

Worst service of any dentist office I’ve been to. The receptionist is rude and repeatedly tried billing old insurance after we told her there was new insurance information. Then when I showed up for my appointment I had to wait almost an hour to be seen because they were so overbooked. All the other patients there (4/5 people) had also waited that long!! Don’t expect to be seen on time or treated like your time has value.

If I could give a negative star, I would.. this woman is a liar and a thief.

The facility is great, doctors are great. But the old lady receptionist they have is down right rude. My appt is at 1pm and at 8:30am i called to reschedule and she was really rude about it and pretty much refused to reschedule my appt. and then went on to question why I couldnt come and how many children I have and how old they are. Smh. The worst customer service for such a nice place. Id rather go to a facility not as nice with better service...

If I could give this practice negative stars, I would. Horrible bedside manner, hurt me EVERY SINGLE time she worked on my teeth. Her office is nicely set up but she is HORRIBLE! Avoid her at all cost.I knew I was in extreme pain every single time she worked on me but didnt realize that I didnt have to hurt like that until I started seeing my new dentist. I hate doing this but people have to know.

Have been seeing Dr. Gupta for 4 years, she is AMAZING, friendly and I will be back for years to come.

Just came back from a different dentists visit to take care of some dental work Dr. Gupta botched several years back. In complete seriousness, my current dentist asked if I had any dental work done out of the country if that gives an idea of of her work. Dr. Gupta messed up a general filling 3 times (filling fell out that night/didnt get all of the cavity/too much pain in tooth) to the point where I am going to have to a crown to fix the tooth she demolished. She also lacked professionalism I have experienced from other dental practices. Every single visit, she would be playing Mama Mia soundtrack through the office and singing along while doing her dental work. I feel her being able to be distracted like that while holding a drill to my tooth is what led to my shoddy work. I never review businesses, restaurants, movies etc, but please, I implore you to listen to this and the other negative reviews and choose another dentist. Its not worth the risk when there are so many great options in the Raleigh area!

Horrible, horrible experience. Their insurance person quoted me wrong benefits and guaranteed coverage. Had me come in for the procedure and then insurance denied the visit. After insurance spoke with Dr. Gupta she stated I should still be responsible right along with them and asked that I pay for visit!!! Unreliable and unprofessional! NOT HAPPY!!

Received a bill five months after a routine dental visit for over $900 dollars. This was the first notice and the due date was one month before the bill was sent.
