I think Dr. Laster is wonderful but then I was switched to Dr. Hunt (without being told or asked)and we just had a personality conflict I guess you could say and I do not like that woman at all-she is extremely snobby and judgmental. I do not feel I was treated very nice by her at all Or treated with respect.I asked to switch back to Dr. Laster and I called four times in two weeks and could not get anyone to even call me back and this to me was not professional. I would love to know what I did to this practice to be treated so horrible. I do not feel I was treated fairly and I think I was judged and they made me feel like such a horrible person by the way they treated me. It was wrong and unfair and they should be ashamed of themselves for how unprofessional and bad they treated me

I switched to CDL Dentistry from Dental Works after moving last year. Dr. Hunt came to my attention from a personal recommendation. I am so glad I listened! Everyone I have encountered at CDL has been VERY friendly. They all seem to love their jobs and it shows. My most recent hygienist cleaning was from Stephanie, who was gentle with me. I have sensitive teeth and have always hated getting cleanings done, but her gentle touch was a welcome change! Dr. Hunt recognized that I am a clencher at my first appointment and was able to help me reduce the impact that has had on my teeth. This also improved my sensitivity issues! Something that Dental Works never identified or addressed. I am very satisfied with the services received and with my experiences. I cannot recommend CDL highly enough. Thanks!

Dr. Hunt provided excellent dental services to my nephew on an emergency basis. My nephew stated if given the choice, he will never visit any other dental office. We are completely thankful for the good care and concern we received from Dr. Hunt and her staff.

All staff are incredibly nice, and personable. However, the experiences I had here are inexcusable, and I feel like I need to share to ensure others dont have the same experience. For one of my routine dental cleanings, the dentist wasnt there, so I was just cleaned, but not examined. After this cleaning, the next time I went in for a cleaning they found multiple cavities...I wonder if I had been seen by a dentist the time before 6 months prior (you know, what you pay for when you go) if they would have been less severe.The fillings were a whole other story. I was drilled open, and sat with bands around my teeth, my mouth wide open, and my teeth drilled open for so long, that the NOVOCAINE WORE OFF. So when the dentist finally came back in to finish the fillings, you can imagine it was extremely painful. Everyone apologized and said they were just having a very busy day. However, this is extremely unacceptable - I was in the office for OVER 2 HOURS. I also had pain in these teeth for ~6 months after they were done, and had to go back in more than once to get them filed down and fixed where part of the filling chipped off. Now, 2ish years later, one of the fillings they did has come out, and Im going somewhere else to get it fixed.Again, extremely sweet people, but I will never go back to Dr. Christine D. Laster again for any dental work.

100% satisfied with my care here. Dr Laster is fantastic, and knowledgeable, but lets be honest... most of us need the time and expertise of the hygienist for the majority of our visit. These folks really seem to care. Freindly, skilled, well-informed (great tips today on new advances in gum health!) and always striving to make my visit pleasant and comfortable. Today I finally had the pleasure of meeting Dr Hunt, the other dentist. Great bedside manner and I felt comfortable right away.Ive been going to this location for a LONG time,... well before Laster took over. I keep having good experiences here... must be something in the tooth polish. :)

Every single person Ive interacted with at this establishment has been professional and personable. Having avoided the dentist for many years due to PTSD, I broke a tooth and knew I needed to have something done before it could become an even more serious issue. The root canal that I wound up needing on my broken tooth was painless, which was an incredible surprise to me given that Ive always heard horror stories about root canals. Even just a standard cleaning at my previous dentist was more painful by a longshot.I went into the office expecting condescension and shame - as I have unfortunately come to expect with virtually all healthcare professionals - and was instead met with understanding, compassion, and - perhaps most importantly - respect. Others in the field would do well to take notes on how things are conducted here. There is absolutely no excuse to settle for less.

Before settling in her own practice, Dr Laster was an associate with a couple of other dentists in the area. My wife and I followed her to every one of them and continue to see her still, as she is simply the best dentist we have ever had. There are not enough words to express how friendly and professional she is, as are the employees that she surrounds herself with. We have always trusted her to give us all available treatment options, and explain things simply but informatively. I have also never experienced a moment of pain while in her office as she and her staff are extremely adept at making the experience as comfortable as possible. We will be her patients as long as she is practicing.

Dr. Laster is amazing. She found many cavities due to another dentists lack of care and the work she did to correct it was superb. Always top notch experience with Dr. Christine and staff. Great new addition with Dr. Hunt. They have been watching a tooth for the past few visits. At my last cleaning Dr. Hunt noticed the pre-cavity on that tooth and she recommend we take care of that. Came back a week later for the quickest and easiest filling I have ever had. Don’t put those minor issues off and go see Dr. Laster and her team. They know how to take care of your mouth if you let them.

The dental staff is great, but once you get to billing, that’s the problem. Lisa told me they accepted my insurance, but once I got my teeth cleaned, I got a $380 dollar bill out the door.First, they overcharged me by $35 and said they would refund it via credit card but four days later, they said we mail a check instead (I haven’t seen the check yet). They will not inform you when making changes as such.Also, they stated that insurance should cover the charge, but I would have to wait for a reimbursement check from my insurance. Lisa did not tell me how they bill people is backwards, then the typical dental visits.I asked to have my x-rays sent to my other Dentist on Thursday and it’s Monday and still are not sent.Lastly, very hard to get them on the phone so I had to pay them a visit at the office to discuss my issues.Very apologetic, but doesn’t help me out. Cancelled all future appointments. I would stay clear of this practice solely on how they do business when it comes to insurance.

I cant say any dental experience is good. However, Dr. Laster does all she can to help a patient relax and not stress much. She works in a gentle manner, but she seems to finish the dental work very quickly for what she is doing. She listens to what you have to say about your dental work and your concerns about anything she recommends for you to have done and seems concerned that she can work out what needs to be done in the best way for you. Also, her staff are all very friendly and pleasant with all patients.

Visited for an emergency dentsl issue. As usual my care concentrated not only on my problem but on me as a person. The utmost compassion and professional treatment was rendered. The staff and doctor patiently presented me with treatent options. In addition, during this visit the staff and doctor went above and beyond in contacting my isurance company to resolve some past issues.

Dr. Laster and her team are fantastic. She has spent the last year fixing and replacing my childhood dental work with state of the art fillings and onlays milled on site. Because the work of scanning, prepping and milling is all done at the office, major dental work is done same-day, and fillings and onlays are tested immediately after being milled, before being painted and fired in the kiln avoiding poorly fitting pieces and long waits for replacements.Dr. Laster and her team of doctors, hygienists and staff are fun, polite, flexible, and reasonably priced. While its not the least expensive dentistry Ive been to, the cost is absolutely worth it. the quality of the work and the care received is bar none the best Ive ever experienced. They handle all interaction with my insurance provider, which has been totally seamless. I cant more highly recommend them.
