Dr. Bereman and his team were wonderful from the initial phone call to final the wrap-up at my office appointment. They made me feel as comfortable as possible, clearly explained the issues that needed to be addressed, showed me detailed pictures of before and after a cavity filling, and took their time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Love, love, love Dr. Bereman and all his staff. Dr. Bereman was able to fix a filling without the use of Novocain. He used a new procedure using laser. I was a bit nervous, but he assured me that he can tell which fillings he can do with laser (pain-free) and those that still need to be numbed up and drilled. During the procedure he often asked me how I was doing. He has always displayed great care and concern for his patients. The whole procedure was absolutely pain-free and the best part....NO NUMB MOUTH!!! Highly recommend Dr. Bereman. I have refereed a few friends to his practice and they have all been VERY happy.

I cannot recommend Dr. Bereman enough!! The ENTIRE team is wonderful. I came to this office after having been completely mishandled by my previous dentist. I spent thousands at my prior dentist and a periodontist after having crowns placed that were done improperly in every way that left me needing a root canal and infected and bleeding gums that wouldn’t heal. I shed many tears in dental chairs but in this office it was from joy and complete gratitude. I was a case a dentist does NOT want to touch but Dr. Bereman completed mission impossible. I now have healing gums and gained my smile back! I couldn’t be happier! With Dr. Bereman I always had every question answered, my voice heard, and confidence that I was finally in the hands of someone with integrity that genuinely cares about his patients. Im fairly new to Raleigh and so happy that I found Dr Beremans office. Dr Bereman and the entire staff there have been great every time Ive gone there. I recently had a cap put on and was pleasantly surprised that they have the newest technology to do the work. They took a 3D image of the tooth that needed work as well as the surrounding teeth and a machine very precisely made the new cap to match my existing tooth (before the cap was done). I was amazed at the accuracy and the incredibly short amount of time it took to get it done considering what had to be done.I highly recommend them!

I started coming to this office a few months back after a horrible experience getting a crown placed at another practice. Dr. Ducatte and Wendy we both so welcoming and professional. A couple weeks later I returned with my three year old daughter and they were absolutely great with her. They were very patient when my daughter was not being cooperative. I was also happy when Dr. Ducatte asked how my crown was doing. They truly and genuinely care about their patients and I haven’t felt this happy with a dentist in so long (maybe ever).

My family of 5 has been seeing Dr. Bereman for the last few years. Everyone in his office from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist himself is incredibly courteous and kind. Dr. Bereman and team have always taken exceptional care of me. I just had my first-ever laser treatment for my intense jaw pain, which was an amazing experience. I am a very long-time clencher with so much pain on both sides that I was having trouble eating. He suggested the laser and it was nothing short of miraculous. In just a few minutes, I got 95% relief! I will go back for more to keep the relaxation going. Definitely look into this if you have any type of pain - neck, jaws, shoulders. He even worked on a knot on my upper arm. It was almost too good to be true. I am so thankful for the relief. I did have tears in my eyes as I felt my whole body relax.

I have had regular checkups. crowns, a root canal, and an emergency crown re-cementing (original work done elsewhere) and all my visits have been stress (and pain) free. It is clear patients are valued and respected here as evidenced by the friendly but professional treatment. Dr. Bereman, the hygienists, the assistants, and the office managers/front reception always take the time to explain in detail every step involved. Rather than upselling or rushing, they educate and give options. I always feel I am being listened to and believe they genuinely care about how I am feeling. Finally, unlike many other doctors offices I go to, my appointments have always started promptly (even a last minute work in) and procedures are handled efficiently. I appreciate the respect for my time. Years of stress about dental work disappeared after my very first visit here; I am completely confident in Dr. Bereman and his staff. We live in north Wake Forest so getting to Dr. Bereman’s office is quite a hike. My daughter and I have gone there since she was three when someone on a moms site gave a recommendation. It’s nice to have us both seen at the same time and I love how they don’t try to sell you anything or push you into procedures you don’t need. We have thought about moving somewhere closer to home many times but friendliness and professionalism of the staff have kept us as patients at this facility. It’s worth the drive.

This office saved my life. I had not been to the dentist in 10 years. I was afraid of every aspect of a dental visit, including just laying down in the chair. However, I had an infection and I could not delay it any longer. Dr. Ducatte and Wendy took care of me and I literally felt NOTHING. I didnt even feel her numb me, let alone when she massaged the infection out of my mouth. I found myself making an appointment for a root canal rather than just pulling the tooth. I figured that if they could take care of me when I was in that kind of pain, then I had nothing to fear. If you are as scared of the dentist as I was then you NEED to come here. There is no other option. I promise you it will be OK.

I highly recommend Dr. Bereman. Last year, I had Dr. Bereman perform 4 NightLase laser treatments. Since then, I am able to sleep thru the night and soundly. It has also positively affected my running and swimming training. Now that I can take larger and deeper breaths, I am able to sustain endurance training.

I recently moved to North Carolina from out of state so I depend on good referrals from family and friends.I knew walking into this appointment that a lot of work needed to be done. That’s probably why I was putting it off to be honest. I had a lot of anxiety and stress about the cost but I had way more anxiety and stress over the embarrassment that I had put off my dental work for as long as I did.I received the referral during off hours so I jumped on the website to get more information. I ended up contacting the office straight from the website and received a call back from Robyn in the morning to make my appointment. I felt like I was talking to a friend so it eased my anxiety a little.On the day of my appointment, I walked in and forgot I was even at the dentist. I forgot about all of the dental work I had put off.As I was called back, I had a rush of embarrassment and I apologized in advance for my dental issues. I was quickly reassured I was in the right place. Every new team member I came across was just as nice as the last.Each time I’ve been to Dr. Bereman’s office, I’ve felt like I was the only patient in the office, even though I knew I wasn’t. Dr. Bereman took time to educate and explain things to me about my dental issues and allowed me to ask questions and have a part in my dental treatment plan. This also allowed me to feel at ease about having treatment in the first place.For one issue I had, Dr. Bereman referred me out to an oral surgeon and instead of feeling all of that anxiety and stress all over again, I felt like I could trust his advice/referral. I was right. Even the referral was spot on.I see a lot of doctors for an undiagnosed illness. Even though I’m grateful to be a patient, I’m usually looking forward to the end of the appointment when I get to walk out the door. This was not the case whatsoever with Dr. Bereman and his staff. I was actually sad to leave the office, Dr. Bereman and all of my new friends.

Dr. Matt Bereman is excellent. If you are looking for a dentist in the Raleigh area - I recommend him highly. Highly skilled, personable and very efficient - he is current with all of the latest products and techniques.
