Dr. Jess is great! I originally found them back in 2018 after someone rear ended me and I had some lower back pain. Since then I been making visits when needed for different type of chiropractic issues, always a great experience. She listens, advises and always does her best to help. I recommend her highly!

After moving to Raleigh in July, I severely injured my lower back. I was unable to drive, stand, lay down, and sitting was not good either. Basically my nerves were being crushed by my pelvis being locked back and slanted to the right.. Dr Fay adjusted me and I visited her approximately for two months after that.. I have not had back or neck pain for at least three months with no adjustments. A lot of Chiropractors require an expensive long term contract treatment plan that includes unnecessary X-rays and not even true chiropractic care. Dr Fay does not require anything except one consultation/adjustment and an initial follow up. Her techniques fix the problem without X-rays and unnecessary long term visits.Office Mangager is very nice too!
