Great food. Great activities & New Hope is always festively decorated for the (big or small) holidays. My entire perception of a home changed when I walked into New Hope. Its warm, inviting and has ton of natural lighting. Its a wonderful place for a long or short term stay.

Friend of one of my relatives is there. We visited her a while ago and were very pleased. She had a nice room that had enough space and was very happy. A while ago we even had dinner with her and thought the food was great and that everything was beautiful. The style is very home-y and not what I expected when I heard personal care home. The staff were all smiles and welcoming too!

New Hope was by far the best place my mother could have stayed. My mother passed peacefully a little while ago and after things have settled I wanted to make sure I took the time to say what wonderful care New Hope provided. They sent flowers to the funeral and it was a wonderful testament to us all to know that mom was loved and cared for until the end. None of us expected such a lovely arrangement and card signed by the staff. We did not recognize some of the names, but there were many we did recognize and I am so happy to have been able to be on first name basis with the people taking care of my mother.From the bottom of my heart, thank you New Hope, for the comfort you provided my mother and our family.

My experience at New Hope was fantastic everybody was friendly the PT and OT worked with me The food was great which you dont find everywhere. I would recommend it to anybody who needs assisted living even for a short time as I was there for only a month to long-term

My uncle lived at New Hope for quite some time and I just wanted to say what I wonderful experience he had. He was the do-it-himself type and not thrilled about the aspect of getting put in a home. But it quickly turned from a home into HIS home. He ended up really liking the activities. He had memory problems but remembered all of the music he listened to throughout his life, and just about every week they had live music for everyone. Never could get him to go to Bingo...but he loved that he had a choice in where he went and what he did. There was at least a few things every week he wanted to participate in. (This is saying a lot- he was the quiet homebody type who could go a week without talking to anyone and be just fine with it.) But New Hope opened him up, and without this place or the staff I dont think I ever would have seen that side of him.

I have a family member there, who can be quite difficult at times due to her issues. Whenever she is uncooperative, the staff keeps their patience and works with her to make sure her needs are met and still remember to include her in activities and daily life. Their care and understanding is unmatched. Thank you for all that you do.

NEW HOPE – The name says it all! New Hope Assisted Living is setting the gold standard in today’s eldercare market. When my family and I found this place for a parent in need of elder care, we literally found New Hope! We’ve had the unfortunate experience of seeing the inside operations of various facilities as our Mom’s needs changed over the past few years. Very heart wrenching to say the least when that decision needs to be made and to see some of the living conditions that exists across many eldercare homes. I choose not to relay the negatives of the places we have been to, however, I would rather communicate the new hope my family received when we found New Hope Assisted Living. First off, the place is designed like a B&B. Beautiful décor, comfortable setting, clean, quaint dining areas and the staff was always attentive and caring. The atmosphere and positive vibes present were like no other that we were in. The owners were always there, working to assure comfort, quality and compassion. But the most important thing during my Mother’s time there, was how she regained her dignity and self-respect and how our family had the relief and comfort knowing that she would be well taken care of in our absence. The aging process can be brutal. New Hope Assisted Living definitely softens the blow and eases the pain during this most trying time. If it is your time to help an aging loved one, this is the place to be.

A family member is there and is getting great help. Cant complain about anything.The place is neat, always clean and has constant people to help with anything.

The head nurse, B.D., and her sidekick, Paul are rude, pretentious and down right ignorant. They have no idea whats going on with the residents and try to run the place like a boot camp. B.D. is referred to as The Warden by both the staff AND residents!I will NEVER reccommend this place or put my worst enemy there. It is unfortunate too, because it is actually nice on the inside.Its their way or the highway....Well, I will take the highway ANY DAY!

I have had several family members who lived at New Hope. It’s not a perfect place but every effort is always made to improve that lovely environment and address the residents’ concerns.
