When I made my appointment the office staff was polite and accommodating. I have to admit I was nervous, I have always had big fears about going to the dentist. From the time I walked In the office till I left the service was exceptional . The office is very clean and professional. I had Dr. Bernard M. Florenta. He made the impressions hisself for my bridge and took extra special care to make sure I felt safe when I had to get numb. I will be returning back for all my dental work from mow on!I don’t know his assistant name, but she was very sweet and I can tell she loved her job!Thanks everyone 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼😍

The staff and the hygienists are great, but the doctor with white hair isnt the best. Ive had my third filling fall out of my mouth but I go in every six months and he says my teeth are fine. Hes also missed decay on my partners tooth and put a filling over the decay, which caused more decay and didnt solve the issue at all and had to be redone elsewhere.

I went in with a tooth ache emergency. I was seen, evaluated and fixed within 90 minutes (including a root canal!) Staff were helpful and polite. I will recommend and return for cleanings!

This place should take a picture of your teeth before they work on them. Ive went in about 10 times for them to fix a filling on the same tooth, and they still cant get it right. I havent been able to chew normally for almost a year!Response to smile fitness dental: Its none of your concern about my other reviews. The fact that I saw 2 dentists to fix one tooth and ended up messing it up even more definitely deserves 1 star. Ive given this business just about 10 opportunities to fix the same issue. Ive explained multiple times where it needs to be filed down and it was filed in the wrong areas. They only trusted that blue film to grind the teeth on, not my word. Ive been hesitant about calling for an appointment out of fear of it being messed up even further. I dont have a fear of dentists at all (as I prefer no numbing medication) its only been a fear of having a misshapen tooth caused by the dentist. Think Ill take this situation somewhere else.

This is the best dental office in the world! I was referred by a friend who had been going there for years and I got an appt right away. I am always really nervous to go the dentist (I mean who isnt), but they instantly made me feel so comfortable and really put me at ease. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Suddenly, I had no worries and was actually enjoying my time there! The dentist was very thorough, he showed and explained everything very clearly and easy so I could understand the work needed to be done. Not only that, the procedures / work I had done were absolutely painless!!! :) I cannot thank them enough and I will only go here from now on!

I have had a great experience with this team so far. They are courteous, fast, accurate, very patient and talks thru any and all procedures. Dr. Gordon is AWESOME and so is all of the staff that is under him. Great Job. Would go back in a heart beat. Thank you for all a the attention provided for my daughter and I.

Great dentist. They took me short notice after work and immediately took care of my pain. Removed my roots in under an hour with zero pain. I almost fell asleep in the chair.

I’ve been going to this dentist location for probably 14 years. That alone should tell you what a great location this place is.Very professional staff - they are pleasant with you and work with you on insurance and payments.I like that I can call with a question about my teeth and they pull up my file and tell me the answer within 1-3 minutes. that’s fast!

Had a bridge replaced several years ago. Dentist mounted the bridge and it chipped. Was told that it would not effect the integrity of the device. I went home that day and every time I ate or drank anything it caused annoying pain. Went back to have it replaced and it was done reluctantly. However on my next visit for a cleaning the so-called hygienist was about as ridiculous and incompetent as anyone I have ever seen. Sawing my teeth with floss until my gums bled, splasing water over the place, talking about her motorcycle accident and permanent disability . Not how she put it though. I stopped going 5 years ago and started going to life smiles dentistry. That is the best dental office I have EVER been to. And it is the same price! Take my advice and try life smiles for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Oh, I almost forgot- the reception staff need to be replaced! Every one of them. They are a bunch of school girls.

These guys are the best and I trust them! I was at another dentist and they said I would need $5,000 of dental treatment, most out of pocket. These guys fixed the problem at a much lower cost and the teeth look and feel great! Enough said.

Dr. Gordon and his Team are very friendly and professional. My husband who has a fear of dentistry went here and absolutely loves this office. He has total trust in them. Highly recommend!

I hate going to the dentist and why I had a dental emergency and had to get a tooth removed. The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing they were so nice. I am sure they could have lectured me but the fear of the dentist is a real thing. They got me in same day, no waiting and were reasonably priced. Cant thank them enough for their kindness.

Dr Gordon and the staff at Smile Fitness have always treated me with courtesy and respect. They explained what was going on with my sore tooth in terms I could understand, and then they fixed me up just like they promised!!! l This is a good place to go if you want to be treated like you matter.

Thanx to dr.manning I can now eat with both sides of my mouth and omg the relief of the pain is just amazing.I love smile fitness dental.Been here a couple times and they always know how to keep me smiling.So i go here for all my dentist needs.Today had thw worst experience and the best experience it is not because of the people its cuz i had a bad experience with the laughing gas its supposed to make laugh not cry.. But other then that they are such amazing people i can cry and cry and they understand.. Im starting to love the dentist..

I had a had a horrible toothache lasting over a week. I got in last saturday to get the tooth extracted. Dr. Florento was so wonderful, and very friendly. He made sure i wasnt in any pain when he did the whole procedure and let me know everything he was doing. He also asked me every couple minutes if i was ok. Today they called and checked on me and asked how i was. I HIGHLY recommend Smile Fitness Dental!!
