I had an abrupt dental emergency come up and they were able to see me immediately. They were friendly and empathetic. Doc was friendly, easy going and explained everything to me. I will definitely be coming here for my dental needs from now on.

Smile dental studio is great. I had an extreme emergency and they were able to get me in and get started quickly. Dr. Ganne was very efficient and kind (I have extreme anxiety and it is enhanced significantly at the dentist). The rest of the staff was great as well and helped me understand my options for treatment and payment. In addition, the plan coordinator helped me get a follow up appointment the next week that worked best with my schedule. They also have a discount program and locations all over that is very helpful! Super excited to have found a compassionate and thorough dentist (Dr Yap) near my home. I felt comfortable, the atmosphere was great, with freshly painted walls and a super clean waiting room and superlative music. I have been going here for about 4 years. They have great hours and theyre extremely accommodating. The staff is absolutely great. Relaxing atmosphere in the office and the dentists are great.

They are absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to help me. I had a deep cleaning done, which the hygienist was so comforting and gentle, the next morning my mouth was bleeding. (I clench my teeth at night). Drove over to the office, and the receptionist Celina just went above and beyond to help me. Even called me later in the day to check up on me. Love going here, I found my favorite place.

My first (and currently only) experience was a root canal and two crowns. Somewhat of an emergency situation. The dentist and all the members of the team that worked on me were great! They explained everything and ensured I was comfortable as possible. Ill be back for routine cleanings and any future work needed.

Not good service. They want to charge me &600 for deep cleaning out of pocket. I went there just for regular cleaning and then the Chinese guy said &600 for cleaning and out of pocket and then they don’t clean my teeth 🦷 good.

Dr. Abadi was so gentle and quick with handling my 6 year old son. He’s professional, has extensive knowledge and is passionate with his work. I look forward to working with him for my children, husband and myself. I recommend Dr. Abadi as he is dedicated and puts a patients comfort first. Great and smooth experience!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have Permanent gum damage thanks to Dr Sam Abodi my gum literally rotted away from what was supposed to be just your avarage crown fitting. If love to post pics but they wont let me have copies they want to charge me 75$ ... I was in Excruciating pain for weeks Due to his negligence And my gum with a giant white scab and under it the root of my teeth. They procedure was 875$ roughly which 400$ was refunded still leaving me with 475$ to pay. And I paid everything upfront and asked to be reimbursed due to everything ive gone through. And Dr Abodi who is also the owner would do nothing about it womt even meet me in person to discuss anything. Please dont go here go somewhere better not in a run down pavilion somewhere that cares about their customers and location. Dr Abodi has avoided me for 3 months nowAll I want is a refund I find that is owed to me

The staff of Smile Dental Studio are consument professionals who are personable and acknowledge all concerns. It is a comfortable environment and pleasant to come in to see the staff from time to time. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone and or everyone.

Appreciated the office, Martin and Dr Yossi in particular, not force installing a crown the lab apparently didnt create well. Its another visit, but Id rather do it right. Now TWO poorly made crowns, finally got Dr Abadi and his assist- theyre replacing the replaced crown, the temp crown fits better than what the others did, and hopefully its a different lab making this newest crown.

This place will waste your time and does below average dental work. Had appointment schedule and sat in waiting area for extra 20 min. After taken back sat for another 20min. Rescheduled for another day, that day nothing was done, because it was scheduled as evaluation (they knew what needed to be done already) wasted my morning for no reason and only for them to charge insurance for an extra visit. Front desk manager was not helpful and answered concerns with attitude. Plenty of other dentist options. Do not schedule here.

My wife and I are highly afraid of dentist. You could call us the runner duo. I have a bad gag reflex due to not being able to breath properly thru my nose. They were very patient with me and set up a game plan to get my teeth the best they ever been. I HIGHLY recommend this office for anyone scared or nervous.

My hygienist Amy was wonderful, I’ve found a new dentist.

Do not go to this office. They have messed up several procedures on my mouth. Plus they are terribly unorganized and unprofessional. I have had them cancel appointments on me several times. The most recent situation involved me having a chipped front tooth, in which I called this office to get it fixed. they scheduled me for the next day. They made it a point to tell me my number 7 tooth needs a root canal per my last visit. So i agreed to the root canal, and they said they could fix my chipped front tooth. When I showed up the next day, the dentist told me they would do the root canal then fix the chipped tooth. the dentist fixed the root canal but then said he didnt have time to fixed the chipped tooth. The next thing i knew, they told me I will need a crown on the chipped tooth (which was another 400 btw). For the tooth with the root canal, the dental assistant did a horrible job with the temporary tooth. It ended up coming loose and falling out. When I returned to get the chipped tooth fixed, the dentist basically devoured the tooth so I would need a crown. The problem is, I had to wait almost 4 weeks to come back to get my crown put in. The day I was to return to the office to get my crown, i get a call an hour before my appointment and was told the doctor was sick and went home. They told me they could reschedule me the next week. I asked if they could at least do something about bacteria in my temporary tooth because it had an odor. They scheduled me to come in that day. When i came in, the assistant seemed dismissive of me and my situation. I then found out they lied to me about the doctor being sick and they didnt know when he was returning. They basically were going to leave me with temporary teeth for an indefinite amount of time. I asked if i could get a different dentist, however, they were so disorganized, they told me to go home and they will call me to set up an appointment. this place is full of unpleasant surprises. I still havent received a call from them to schedule a new appointment. im looking for a new dentist who could implement my crowns. Do Not Go To This Office!

AWSOME service! Front desk staff, assistants and dental techs are ALL first rate employees! Dr Fuller is an amazing dentist. Ive been in dentist offices in CA, OR, WA and AZ and this is the BEST dental office by far. I had an emergency tooth extraction completed in less than 10 hrs. I called at midnight on a Friday and got an appt scheduled for 10 hrs later on Saturday. Dental techs and Dr Fuller made me relaxed and comfortable during the whole procedure by making sure I was fully numbed and taking it slow as the tooth was extracted. I drove 2.5 hrs in extreme pain to have this procedure done because no dentists in my rural AZ town were available. Phoenix is lucky to have Smile Dental Studio available to them. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office to all of you who live in the area. I only wish I was closer.

Thank you for being open Saturday. Broken tooth pulled no problem... Just wish I had extra pain med injection before the excruciating cleaning process. Afterwards all good. Dentist and assistant were great, very encouraging. Negative - forced into an expensive decision on the spot for additional service/product my insurance wont pay for. Followup was a sales pitch for another expensive item my insurance may or may not help pay for. I will definitely return when i can afford to.

This dental office is by far one of the best I have visited. The staff is always happy to explain what to expect and what the next step is for your treatment plan. When procedures are being done the doctors and the assistants helping the doctors are always explaining what they are doing and what can be expected during the procedure which helped calm my nerves quite a bit. This office obviously cares about their patients from the friendly and professional staff to the fact they encourage patients to pick something to watch on the television in the operation room while having major operations like root canals and extractions to ensure they are feeling as calm and comfortable as possible. I feel this office knows and understands many people are usually nervous about visiting the dentist and are actively trying to help the patient become more comfortable and less anxious. Because of the wonderful staff and the patient first mentality I will always come to this office and would suggest it to anyone and everyone who needs to find a dentist.

SMILE Dentistry is AMAZING!! Everyone from the moment you walk in the door is extremely helpful and sweet. Luisa at the reception desk is just a delight! They make you feel at home with tv to watch and not having to move to do X-rays etc. Its all done in the one chair!! For someone who has dental anxiety, like myself, there wasn’t one person in the office who makes you feel bad. In fact they are super gentle and talk you through everything!!

I needed a permanent crown and they were able to fit me in quickly. When I went in, the staff was nice and the dentist was as well. I received a temporary crown and made another appointment for the permanent crown. However, the dentist had almost no involvement in the evaluation or placement of the permanent crown. The dentist came in to numb me and left the room. The dental assistant made adjustments and cemented my crown. The dentist came in, thanked her for helping, and said she did a great job. He asked if she cured it; she said she did not because one of the other dentists said there is no need. The dentist did not agree with her and told her that she should have done that. He didnt check the bite or anything but said there was some cement between my teeth and fixed that. I was also in a lot of pain during the whole process and apologized to the dental assistant because she kept having to pause what she was doing. I left and it felt like my bite was off but gave it a few days and my jaw was hurting. After a few days, I went back in and another dentist adjusted it. Now it is basically flat and still uncomfortable to chew with that tooth. I plan to go elsewhere to pay to have it done again as I regret spending nearly $1000 to have a crown done incorrectly by the dental assistant.

Everyone at the office is nice and professional to a T. For them putting up with me says a lot. Im very demanding. One of my faults. They were there for me in an emergency and I deeply appreciate that. I have already recommended them to people and will continue to do so. I also like the office hours of operation. Very convenient. Love! Love! This dentist office is amazing! My son is afraid of the dentist and he was able to get a root canal with no issues. They took us on a Sunday as an emergency appointment a few months ago.. ever since this has been our Dental place.Today my daughter had a cleaning. Arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and got seen on time. Valerie was amazing. She answered questions, got the cleaning done, got the Dr. in and out.. and even had time for my son (originally scheduled a week out). I feel blessed to find a staff that really cares. Thank you!!

Each and everyone of them show you how much they care, they walk you through every process and make it as painless as possible to make sure youre comfortable and not afraid of the dentist, I love this team and highly recommend them! I can honestly go on and on about how great they have been to me but just go see for yourself.

I would highly recommend this office. The front office girls were very welcoming and nice. Dr. Abadi is an amazing dentist with a great personality. They had all the newest equipment and technology. I was happy they could do a crown same day because my tooth was really bothering me. Now its all taken care of and i dont have to be seen again to get the crown.

Very clean appearing office taking COVID-19 precautions with care in all they do. Myra is at the front desk and is extremely knowledgable about a wide variety of stuff. My appointment started on time and I was the only one in the waiting room. The doctor and assistant were both extremely kind, knowledgable and spoke to me in a direct, understandable way not using industry jargon that can be hard to understand. I really appreciate that there really wasnt any attempt up-sale anything. I feel really good with trusting them to my care! Give them a try!

My family has been coming here for years. And while I do agree they are very caring most of the time and Dr. Abadi is absolutely amazing, Im very unhappy about recent treatment. They got me in on Friday for a broken tooth. Needs a crown. They put a temporary crown and scheduled me out a week. The temp came off the next day. Their emergency person on call returned my call Saturday night and scheduled me for this morning (Monday). I thought they would actually fix it. Nope. Did my scans and reapplied the temporary tooth despite me asking repeatedly to have the crown placed. Its all been paid for already. They say they can make it in an hour but couldnt do it today. I even told them that this temporary is super uncomfortable and is going to keep coming off. I now have to take additional time off of work to place the crown on Friday because my dentist wont be there on Saturday to place it. Apparently no other dentist can do it. I hate to find a new dentists office after this many years with them but to me, this is not acceptable. I was even willing to leave and come back later today. Now I have to suffer with soreness and and being uncomfortable for the rest of the week even though they claim they can finish crowns in one day.

An amazing office!Dr Khora and Diana were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and were very kind and reassuring.

I came with an issue that stemmed from a dentist in Florida. My permanent crown wasn’t sealed properly which could have eventually resulted in an infection to the tooth. After a couple trial and errors, Dr. Wu placed and sealed my permanent crown today. It looks and feels perfect. The care that she showed me and the high quality of service made it so comforting. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Wu. She’s amazing, she cares and is a perfectionist which is what you really need in a Dentist. Don’t go anywhere else!!...A week later I received my regularly scheduled cleaning with Valerie. You guys! She is SO knowledgeable, and also a perfectionist. I had a cleaning done in Florida also this past December and it was clear that the hygienist didn’t put effort into my cleaning. I’m SO happy to have met Valerie. She also gave me advice as to what really aids in bone health in regards to nutrition and vitamins. I drive 35 mins for this dental office and it’s worth the gas money every single time! Go see Valerie and Dr. Wu!

Dr. Peoples is AMAZING he really cares about his patients wants and also what they need done. He remembered little details I told him about myself from when I visited a YEAR ago!!! He was super professional and gentle he let me know every step of the process through my root canals. The shots didnt even hurt and at any discomfort he made sure to fix it. Also Anthony the dental assistant was just wonderful he took extra time to make sure I was satisfied with my temporary crowns. 100% recommend this dentist office to friends family to everyone!!!

Good crew but it feels disorganized. I know busy days happen but my denstist was being pulling in different directions while working on me and felt I was there longer than I should I have been. The hygienist was very nice and thorough and the office staff was so pleasant.

I’ve been going to this office for over two years now, never a bad experience. Staff is always very friendly, funny, and caring. Not a lot of employee turn over says a lot also. Not to mention pricing is very fair.I have mostly only needed to get cleaning done since finding this office two years ago. I did have all four wisdom teeth removed at this office as welI and felt fairly normal within hours.

Outstanding, first appt extracted 2 teeth that had to go, the following week I had a seriously decaying canine and they promptly extracted that. Understand I have always been scared of dentists and dental offices, Smike dental made me not only feel at ease but my dentist who is taking care of me pulled these and I nevrr felt anything. I am no longer nerbous or scared to get my teeth worked on. Smile Dental is awesome...

The only reason I don’t give 5 stars would be because of the receptionist or whatever she’s called that setup my repayment plan. So just some background info I had a tooth pulled plus a bone graph to have an implant put in later. The service was excellent, the dentist who actually pulled the tooth was great as well. A lady said I could get on a repayment plan to help better afford that would be 100 down and 49$ per month so that sounded like the best option for me. I said yes and she comes back and says I’m approved. So I get the paper work and go home and mind you I’m still high off the drugs used to numb me up so I don’t realize the actual payment amount until the next day. It’s 100 dollars per month which isn’t a lot but on top of all my other bills right now I can’t afford that right now. Never was I told this information or even asked if it would still be ok with those amounts. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have even gotten the damn bone graph and just took my losses!! I definitely recommend this dentistry but just pay attention when they ask you about the payment even though they are well aware you are being drugged and it seems like a scam to me payment wise. Very unhappy with the communication on that particular process but everything else was amazing. COMMUNICATION IS KEY WHEN SETTING UP PAYMENT PLANS!!!

Ive been going here for a year and its the best dental experience Ive ever had. I love that theyre open on Saturday (and apparently Sunday too) which works for my busy schedule. Every time I come everyone is very thorough and professional. They treat their customers like theyre actually people and not just probing objects. Would definetly recommend if youre looking for a good dentist. Also, they offer free cleanings!

I came here for an emergency. They quickly looked at me and have been really helpful through out the whole process. Dr. Wu is very friendly and a great Dentist . I decided to bring in my 4 children. I highly recommend this dentist for adults and children. The staff and Doctors are amazing. I went in for my first root canal on 12-5-17 with Dr OGrady and had such a great experience. He took care of me and made me feel comfortable. Im definitely making them my primary Dentist for my family and myself.

I just had a wisdom teeth extraction for all four teeth here at Smile for Life Dentistry and they took exceptional care of my while I went there to get x-rays, all the way up to the point when I had four less teeth in my body. It has only been a couple of days since the surgery and I am recovering at a steady rate. I will update this review respectively in the upcoming days if anything goes wrong. But considering everything that has already happened, Smile for Life Dentistry and their members are extremely warm, caring, and professional. Thank you making this dreadful experience a pleasure to have happened.

I love this place! My husband found this place open on a Sunday, my temp crown on one of my teeth came off....I was eating a starburst which I shouldn’t have been doing. I came in on a Sunday and they checked the situation and I had to come back on a Tuesday to get everything done, which I understood. I had the temp crown done by my previous dentists who got an instrument stuck on one of my teeth and accidentally hit me on my forehead. I will not go back to that place. Dr. Peoples is the one that I see here. He has done the crown, I had my check up and I go in again to get some stuff worked on, he is very nice, has great people skills and tells it like it is. My husband uses the dentist office as well. I am able to go in on Sunday after work. They also off a discount for paying for treatments that are needed ahead of time. I do like this place everyone is friendly, two of my kids come with me, and the staff with joke around with them, ask them stuff and have conversations with them. I found my dentist! This place is amazing!

Ive been going here since I was a teen when it was under different ownership. I remember Dr. Craig Smith, he was awesome. Even through the changes with a different doctor and staff, they were able to not only maintain the same friendly atmosphere but they definitely surpassed my expectations. Dr. Wu is great! I definitely trust her expertise. I now have a 3 year old daughter who I take here as well. I was nervous that since it wasnt a peds only dentistry she wouldnt do so well but staff was great and she allowed the team to do a full exam and cleaning. If my daughter sat through this Im confident to say other children will have absolutely no problem coming here as well.

Everyone here is super friendly. I hate going to the dentist but they always put my mind at ease. I love that they have hours that work with my busy schedule. I also love that they have someone there that will sit and explain my dental insurance and all of my payment options with me. Very happy that I found them 😊

Dr.Levin, his assistant Jen, Netta and everyone else at Smile for Life do an amazing job of making you feel comfortable and confident that your in good hands. They are very informative and they really care about their patients. I never waited more than 10-15min to get called back. Glad I chose them, I will never go anywhere else. Best part is they are open 7 days a week which is very convenient for my schedule with working 10hrs + school. Thanks guys

The people there are very nice. Im very excited to have found this dental office and would suggest it to every one. On the other hand they were not completely up front with me about pricing. At first they said I could make payments but then later told me I had to pay half down first. I just think they should have told me that upfront.

I left a different dentist a week ago, not all all happy and didnt have any work done. I came to Smile for life dentistry and was very satisfied with the Drs explanation of my teeth issues, treatment options and just his whole demeanor. Ill be back next week to have my treatment started and feel very confident I made the right choice coming here.

My husband is actually the patient. The first appointment was amazing, the medical assistant gave a play by play of everything that Dr Wu was doing and made him feel very comfortable. The second appointment.....had a different medical assistant and was significantly less impressed. Nothing was explained to him at all, things were being put into and taken out of his mouth while the medical assistant discussed her purse with the Dr and pretty much acted like my husband wasnt even in the chair. Well see how appointment 3 goes in a couple weeks.

All my work was done wrong I have had another dentist look at what was done and told me what and why it was wrong. I had an assistant try to pull a temp cap off the wrong tooth for a while, as I’m sitting there trying to tell her it’s the wrong tooth and a dr try to put a cap on the same tooth backwards... for 20 mins only to realize it was backwards.... I put 3k into this clinic only to have to have most of it replaced. DONT GO HERE Should have gone else where drs change in and out so frequently who knows what your getting

The staff is beyond friendly! They take the time to talk to you and make sure you know exactly whats going on. They are compassionate and have real passion and knowledge for what they do.They have an awesome payment plan if needed and doing everything they can to make sure you get the treatment you need.The whole package is excellent!I would recommend them to anyone!

I want to like this place so much but the staff and the way they like to run their business is unprofessional. I am not impressed with my interactions with this place. They had to reschedule me twice because they were over booked. Then one time they texted me because they had a last minute opening and I still had to wait over 45min before being seen. Plus a patient that got there after me got called back before me. My overall impression of this place is a rude front desk but great doctor and dental hygienist.Reply to co- owner BrandonThere nothing they you can do now. I understand emergencies happen however every time I am seen it is something else plus the front desk is beyond unprofessional. Im grateful I was even seen that night with how over booked you were but it wasnt that I had to wait, it was the way I was treated. Thank you for reaching out.

When I come to the office at appointment time Ive never been waiting more than 2 minutes to come in and get treatment. I got today 2 permanent crowns of four and they have been set excellent! Looking so naturally like original teeth. Doctor Christine is really professional, polite and her assistants are also high level professional.So happy to come here after bad experience in another dental office!!!Cant wait for the next appointment to get last to crowns.

I cant say enough good things about this office. I spoke with Laurie at reception after having a temporary crown pop off my tooth less than 24 hours than when it was first applied. She was so understanding and made her best effort to get me in ASAP, which was in the early afternoon.When I arrived at the office, and after the usual paperwork, I was promptly taken back and walked through every step of the process by Alex. He was extremely accommodating, and very reassuring as I told him about my concerns for the temporary crown. He even went so far as to solidify the crown more (as he said it was made too thin in the first place, hence why it came out so early) and bonded it to my tooth with extra material and precise care.So thankful I made the leap to try this new office, and grateful to the staff who took care of me after such a frustrating ordeal. Thank you!

I originally posted that I had a good experience with this location when I went for a cleaning in this office my 1st time. Since that time when I went back for other services it turned into a complete disaster and resulted in over 6 different follow-up visits to try and correct the original work on a chipped tooth. The lead doctor and board member was the rudest and didnt care about my pain due to a printer they caused. Cosmetic dentistry even at a base level doesnt seem to be any of the 4 doctors in their offices expertise. I have since made a complaint with the ADA because no one should ever have to experience this type of horror.

Excellent care. I was a new patient with horrible tooth pain and they got me in and had a root canal less than 48 hours later. So thankful for them. Our family will be patients at Smile Dental Studio for a long time.
