My young daughter and I enjoy coming to 1st Access Dental because the staff is very friendly, and very professional! Cleanings went fairly quickly, as are the fillings my daughter needed. She has not complained about a single thing in regards to our visits or the work theyve done. She trusts the staff completely, so I consider it a win.

Great dental practice. Highly recommend. Very good with my spaz of a girlfriend thats a huge baby 🍼 when it comes to these things but they where very nice and helped her through it without her Momma. And the girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

1st Access is a blessing to me. I suffered for three months and to visits to the emergency room, my first dental experience in 10 years in this state was my worst in a time of need between covid 19 and trying to find a good dentist I had no idea what I was going to do after my first bad experience. I came to a stop light in my car and said God help me and look to my right and ther was a sign that said 1st access dental I went and made appointment and from the time I walked into the office the lady at the front desk offered to validate my parking to the prifessionalism that surpasses my expectations of a dentist. I truly want to say to the doctor and nurse thank you, thank you🙏

Obviously the most noticeable parts of a dental visit here is the view, which is in fact great, but they also always have such amazing staff. The thing I love is that they rotate their staff between their Chase Tower office and their new office by Dunkin Donuts. It gives them great flexibility and its a great chance to meet the new hygienists. With this being said, they have such flexible hours! How many dental offices do you know offer weekends and evenings? Theyre one of a kind. The most invasive procedure I have had done in their offices is a tooth filling, and it literally took the doctor like 10 minutes, and he was done! So quick and simple, you could honestly get an entire dental cleaning here during your lunch break and be back in time. Im so happy I discovered this place. Also, you can schedule online! How great is that? 5 stars well deserved. :)

So, Ive had HORRIBLE experiences with dentist. At 19, I was to have 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. Not being knowledgeable, the dentist performed the procedure. Long story short, 4 shots, a broken tooth and blacking out, I was quickly ushered out. Fast forward to March of last year and it was time to find a new dentist (I have trust issues) Found them because they are located right across the street from my office building and what a blessing it has been! They are WONDERFUL! I explained my PTSD and every time, they have been patience, understanding and do such a good job. Went in for a filling last week and they made sure I felt nothing. Great front staff, great back staff, great dentist. Highly recommend.

I have only been to the dentist twice in my life. Both times I went to this place and I will never go to another dentist! The atmosphere is amazing and tymerie makes me fee right at home when she greets me! She’s very helpful answering any questions that I have! She should get a raise for how good she is for sure! The doctors are another thing! They are always making sure I’m comfortable and they aren’t hurting me in anyway shape or form! This was, by far, the most enjoyable experience. I have never met a more personable staff with the greatest customer service. Not one person failed to say hello and ask me how my day was going or how I was. Each step of the procedure was explained to me as or before it happened and April showed that she truly cared for my comfort during the procedure. They made scheduling my future appointment a breeze and each member thanked me for coming and expressed their desire to see me again. I was as comfortable as if I was in my own home and I am extremely impressed. I have found my new home in dentistry. Thank you all for a great experience.

I am incredibly disappointed by the service this office provided today. I specifically called to schedule an appointment for a general consultation regarding minor pain in one tooth and removing three metal fillings. I arrived at the office and the only information the office had was that I was a quick emergency walk-in and they essentially were ONLY willing to look at the one tooth when essentially all I wanted was a consultation. They respectfully refused that request because they accidentally scheduled me for a short-term appointment and they only had time to work on my tooth but did not have time for a consultation. I also explicitly informed them three different times that I did not need a cleaning since I had one last month and they kept using that as a reason for not being able to fulfill the appointment. Personally, I rather go to a dental practice where customers can build a long term working relationship. This was not that place. I felt uneasy, pressured and disappointed by the lack of customer service delivered by this location. Im sure others will possibly have better experiences, but I personally would not go back even if the service was provided completely pro bono.

Dr. Shaw and staff were awesome. Had never been to their practice before, called with somewhat of an urgent situation and they were able to see me within a couple hours. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Shaw and the staff have me feeling confident with my upcoming appointment that I will be in good hands. Thank you!

I had my first appointment here today and was extremely pleased with the service I received from the staff from start to finish. Nicole completed my exam and I must say that she is the reason I will be coming back. She was very kind, helpful, and took her time. In addition, my previous experiences with dental offices have often been negative due to their aggressive sales approach. Nicole did not make me feel this way at all. She was genuine and personable in her approach. I am so grateful to have found this practice and look forward to a long lasting relationship!

14th Floor Dental is by far the greatest dentist experience ever. The hygienist and dentist are super knowledgeable and by utilizing some of the most up to date technology, they are able to show the health of your teeth and gums on their big screen monitors. No pain here, each time I have attended it has been soft touch and constant consideration of comfort level. I started going there a little over 6 months ago and I recommend it to everyone. This place is very conveniently located in the downtown Chase Tower, the staff is friendly and energetic! The chairs have a scenic look over the downtown Phoenix. The receptionist is really easy to work with for appointment/reminders and great with handling the insurance.

Five star customer service and excellent dental work by Dr Rabizadeh. Visiting from PA, I was hesitant to have work done here in Phoenix, but I would highly recommend them. Very professional and state of the art equipment.

Just moved to the area and I received a flyer in my welcome packet. I looked them up online and was thrilled to see how easy it was to schedule an appointment and loved the new patient cleaning deal they had. The minute I walked in I knew I found my dentist! The welcome was warm and friendly, the place was squeaky clean and the paperwork was minimal. I was seen right away and Jaimie (my dental hygienist) was phenomenal! She was kind and walked me through everything that was going on with my teeth. Even thru the cleaning we had a lovely chat and got to know each other, I felt like I had known her for years. Doctor Shaw has a lovely, calming presence and really explained what was going on, what I needed done and why. The advertisement said I would be in and out within an hour. I thought that unlikely since it was my first visit and I needed exams and cleaning. However, the super friendly staff were quick and thorough. I literally walked out of the office at the end of the hour. Whatever you do, dont go here. This place works like an assembly line where you wont see the same dentist every time unless you request it. I tried this place for the first time back in June since they had good reviews and it was close to where I live. I had the usual cleaning and xrays done. They told me I needed 2 crowns and a filling. I had the two crowns done first. It was the worst experience ever!!!! I couldnt chew anything on the right side of my mouth while the temporarys were on because it hurt so bad. I went in numerous times to have them alter my bite but it didnt help. I went in two weeks later and the dentist said that he didnt put the temporary on completely because it it looked more natural this way and said that decay has gotten in there because of this. They had to clean my gums with peroxide (which by the way did not feel good) before they put the permanent crowns on. Ever since I had the crowns put on my teeth have been super sensitive and I have had issues with chewing. I had a filling down two months later after the crowns were done I have only been able to eat soft foods on the right side of my mouth. Here we are now 6 months since my first visit, Im having to see a specialist to have two root canals done. I regret ever trying this place as I have been in constant pain and have spent thousands of dollars since my first cleaning in June! I would never, ever recommend this place. DONT GO HERE!!! Not worth it.

Ive been to a few dentist in the past and this one by far was one of if not the best. The staff was super nice the office clean, neat and very inviting. Did I mention the downtown view was great. Over all I would recommend it to any one looking for a new cleaner mouth.

I originally tried them because of the convenience of their location. However, I will continue to go back because of their friendliness and professionalism. They have been extremely helpful and, unlike every other dentist Ive visited, I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled time; I can get in and out quickly. I highly recommend them, especially if you live downtown.

Don’t go there unless you want to waste your money. I spent so much money on my bridge that they recommended for me and actually after 8 months of having pain and my infection back they told me I need a root canal now. They didn’t fix the root cause initially and had me start with the more expensive procedure just to ask me to do more later. They weren’t understanding at all and blamed me for everything.

I was treated very respectfully . I didnt have to wait long. I will be back for my future dental care. I would gladly recommend this office to anyone.Months later, another great dental experience.

I highly recommend 14th Floor Dental. The office might be a little confusing to get to but the staff was friendly and the service was quick. I was able to go over on my hour lunch break and didnt have to deal with the waiting around in the reception area for the dentist to actually see me. I went straight back and had x-rays, an exam, and cleaning all in an hour. It was a pleasant experience for a change. And the pricing was lower than I found elsewhere.

I’ve gone to the same dentist for 22 years and finally changed due to distance. This place is for one so convenient and close (I work on the 3rd floor). The hygienist was so thorough and friendly! She took interest in getting to know me as well and take the time on my cleaning. Dr. Ahuja did a great exam and was able to take photos of my back molars to show and explain my situation. I got a filling on my back upper molar and it was painless and quick!! 10/10 would recommend the 14th Floor Dental to everyone!

Going to 14th Floor Dental has been a pretty great experience! Everybody is very friendly and willing to explain an answer any questions you may have. I personally had a great experience with Dr. Van Dyke. She does a great job of explaining procedures. She has a great attention to detail and it shows when she takes the time to get the job done right. After one procedure I mentioned that the area felt rough and pointy and Dr. Van Dyke was willing to go back and smooth out the area.14th Floor Dental also validates parking for the parking garage that is directly east of Chase Tower and I have never had a problem with parking.

It really starts with me I must do my part for a healthy mouth. The Dr was great walked me through the process and made sure I felt comfortable. This was a blessing. Thank you.

Disappointed with 14th floor. I have been going there for about 2-3 years and I am just waiting for my treatment to be over. I had a filling done and it came off in less than a year. A different dentist at the office noticed it after i expressed pain and he fixed it. I liked this dentist, but he left 14th floor shortly thereafter tough. I am doing invisalign and since my doctor left, they made an appt with Dr. Larson. I went in and waited for over an hour and I had to leave before I was seen. This doctor only goes about once a month, so it took a while for me to be seen again. I then saw the doctor and they did impressions to order new trays. They told me it would take a few weeks, but it was taking longer than a few weeks. I called and they said they didnt know what happened. They had me go in again and was told that someone sent my impressions to a different office and they didnt send the impressions for about 2 months to invisalign. They gave me an old tray they somehow forgot about and it of course didnt fit anymore. I had to get new impressions done. I did invisalign at a dental office over other alternatives to get better results, but that has not been the case. I also never got a good explanation or apology. I went here because it is close to my house and my office, but I will now have to find a new dental office. I am just hoping to finish my treatment soon. I gave it 2 stars because the employees try to have good customer service

I had a TMJ emergency while in Phoenix for work (ironically, for a dental related conference). 14th Floor Dentistry had such fantastic front desk staff who helped work with dentist to get me recommendation for treatment. When I didnt improve they squeezed me into their schedule. The office is clean, professional, knowledgable and their customer service blew me away. If I lived in Phoenix I would absolutely use them for my dental care!

I was in need of a dentist and just started looking online and luckily I came across with the 14th floor dental !! Just walking the staff is so nice and helpful. I was in a lot pain due to a wisdom tooth that was causing my gums to get irritated. I was treated so kindly was walked through the whole process and was even giving medication to help with the pain. I loved their service so much that I have referred family and friends and I have heard nothing but good things from them.I highly recommend this office!

EXTREMELY positive experience. I want to say how professional and flexible San Tan Valley Smiles / 14th Floor Dental (two practices that share doctors) are and I really appreciate how they worked with me on my dental plan. I had to have an impacted tooth removed, I had been suffering for a long time, and they really helped me out. The doctor had such a light touch and my recovery was absolutely perfect. The payment was affordable, with flexible billing, and they made every effort to work around my schedule so I would not have to take time off of work. Everything about their practice is a win! I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental work but is scared about money and/or time. They can help!

I dont review very often, but I felt that people need to know about this Dental office in Downtown Phoenix. I chipped my top front tooth and called the office and they got me in immediately. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was concerned with my smile line and Dr. April Dammann explained different options and what she thought was the best option for me. Amazing office... Dr Larson and Dr Dammann are the best dentist!!! Everyone there was so friendly and office is so clean! So glad I found 14th Floor Dental I was able to schedule an appointment on my lunch hour. I will definitely recommend this office to all my coworkers and family!

Very unsuspecting office, I even work in the building and when I found out that there was a dentist office in the building I couldnt believe. Come to find out that theyve been there for like over 15 years or something! Amazing service, very professional and the work is phenomenal! Not even kidding! I went in for a cleaning and felt like a new man! Now I wont go anywhere else. Thanks 14th floor :-)
