I had an appointment this past Monday and was extremely excited to have my tooth extracted because it was causing me alot of pain. However during the exam the Dr. Informed me that I had a small abscess that she would take care of and that after my tooth was extracted any infections would automatically disappear. Well after a painful extraction ( I could feel EVERYTHING) the Dr. Instantly left the room and went to another patient and never came back to drain my abscess or whatever needed to be done to it. I wasnt given antibiotics for it. I was only given ibuprofen and Tylenol for the pain. Im not happy about this. Im still in the healing process and its very inconvenient to have this happen. I only gave it 2 stars because the dental assistant was AMAZING, she made my visit go very smoothly otherwise I wouldve rated zero stars.

Yikes! I was half way through the initial exam when I was asked what I wanted to do in the way of treatment.I honestly replied I wasnt sure mainly due to not knowing what (if anything) I could afford. Repeatedly I am asked the same question, what treatment am I wanting. I again and again tell the truth.. I do not know the cost factors so how can I know what I want.So the lady asking these questions leaves and brings back a younger woman who begins with all the exuberance and fake cheer of a sullen camp counselor speaking to a bad camper.Basically telling me I have already paid for the exam.. do I wish to continue...or not?In other words I was wrong to be interested in cost. Bad Camper! Bad! We have your money you wont get it back. Be silent or leave. I shut up.From there it went bad to worse as I ended up speaking to the sullen camp counselor once again as she sat entirely too close being too loud and way too snippy. I found myself laughing out loud as she was speaking to me because she completely ignored my requests for some kind of price break down. I was laughing and she was so obtuse that there was any issue! Seriously? No options no pricing just this is what I Want To Do To You. Agree And Wait For Further Instructions You Prole! This is this womans thought concerning treatment and cost options.Agree to what she wants PERIOD. Then in a short while someone will discuss with you a list of options as to how you will pay. PERIOD.Nothing like there are several options, this is what I recommend but the CHOICES are YOURS.Long story short I went away knowing that I am not a person to this medical professional because I was interested in going over prices.So if Pricing is even remotely a concern for you either Stay Away from here or put your big boy gloves on! Sister dont play nice here! And Trust This You Will NOT be given any prices until they have tried to push you into a verbal agreement. Just like a Used Car Salesman. They try to get you to agree in principle prior to you actually seeing what the total cost is. BEWARE!And as you read this if youre thinking Im just butt hurt because it cost more than I can afford well, Yes. I am butt hurt that the cost is much higher than I can afford! But I dont have to be treated in an offhanded fashion. Not at all. I paid for the exam in full prior to going in!I am not at all complaining about the cost. I am complaining about how I was spoken to! Thanks for reading!Bad Camper! Bad! No Pudding For You!

Implants are installed incorrectly causing the housings that they snap into to fall out. When your dental apparatus breaks, they don’t fix it even when you have had these for a short period of time. They don’t care if your dentures are off center or correctly aligned. .Financial supporters have different visions than them. They contribute to benefit those in need, to help those in the community to look and feel better, giving them a sense of self worth and confidence. However that is not the vision of the doctors. I have had issues with them since 2018. I will not use brighter way ever again. It was a battle since day one trying to get everything completed and they go back on their word. They only care about money. There is no professional work ethic that I have seen in that establishment.2 stars is generous.

I can’t give enough stars! I had an implant bridge completed, and had the best service from start to finish. I always had excellent service with the front desk personnel with setting up appointments and getting reminders.The doctor explained the implant process in detail so there were no surprises. I experienced the whole process pain free! All the doctors were very knowledgeable and took time to go over everything with me during all my appointments. The dental assistant even went out of her way to make sure I had my temporary flipper before I left the office. I had excellent professional service from everyone I encountered here. Thanks to Brighter Way, I now have a beautiful smile!

I was qualified for the all on 4 clinic. I was quoted for both upper and lower during my big surgery it took 11 hours, I was not put under and felt 90% of the surgery. I had all my teeth removed, bone and gum grafting as well as the implants. I went into shock and was shaking uncontrollably in pain. They didn’t care. Now I have my temporary teeth and was expected to get my permanents in May 2020.. Covid19 happened and conveniently the company has lost my records of what was originally quoted and the contract signed. Conveniently all the doctors that have worked on me are no longer are employed there. Luckily I kept the copy of the contract and dental procedures that was given to me. I had called to see when I’d get my permanents the manager proceeded to tell me they’d no longer honor the price originally quoted and that even if I paid the extra $16,000 toward it that they don’t even have doctors to finish the work that’s already been paid for!! So basically they started work, tortured me, took my money, conveniently lost my contract, and can’t finish my work!!Beware Beware!!! They are dishonest and do not care at all!

Wait times can be long after your scheduled time. But these are less experienced people who are learning so I can imagine estimating wait times can be a challenge. And I had an extraction with a dentist who made me never want to go to the dentist again. That said, cheap by comparison to a traditional dental office, and if you are able to, request Dr. Nash (Nashid I think is her full last name). She did extremely well with an extraction I had (not painful, fast procedure and fast recovery - which is the exact opposite of the previous dentist I had there), and she has done other dental work for me with positive results. So it can be a bit luck of the draw, but its a great option if you dont have dental insurance or are on a lower budget, etc.

April 2019 I have had the all on 4 immediate implant fixed dentures on the bottom done. That went great absolutely no problems. Not super happy with denture but it’s just my temp and not the permanent. I’ll be getting them in 2 more months. Today 8/22/19 I had a sinus lift done so I’ll can get the all on 4 implant dentures on top. Again all went great no problems & not as painful as I’d thought it’d be. I could have never afforded these procedures if it wasn’t for Brighter Way! Their fees are phenomenal!It can be a little trying to get in contact & sometimes the wait is a bit long, but well worth it. Keep calling till you get through you’ll be very happy you did! Any difficulties you encounter long forgotten once you get the procedures needed. You won’t find dental services any where near as affordable as they are here!I can’t say enough good things! I started in 2018 for dental procedures. Still not finish. They cancel your appt. without letting you know. No professional when it comes to your total dental plan. I signed a statement on the plan they suggested. Now they stated it has gone up because their new management team.. They have cost so many people to be unhappy and will not finish the job because they want more money.

Brighter Way Dental Center helps a lot of people who need affordable dental work. Therefore the wait times can be long but the results are worth it and the staff truly cares for the patients. I’d highly recommend this clinic due to the high quality of care and affordability.

This dental center is truly one of a kind. It was explained to me recently and I think very important to understand that the appearance of the waiting area and clinic at this time is only temporary. The clinic is undergoing some major renovations and expanding with more dental chairs to be able to treat and provide more dental care on a daily basis. Please dont judge a book by its cover, I have received wonderful care here and Brighter Way has become my dental home.

I read these reviews and felt they need to be addressed. First of all, this is a clinic that does AMAZING things for the community. The quality of care is outstanding, the competency of the staff is impeccable, and the wait time to schedule an appointment is due to the fact that this clinic makes it POSSIBLE for lower-income individuals to even get dental care. Please understand that this clinic serves a diverse demographic and does what it can to accommodate all individuals. If you are in need of dental care, please do not hesitate to give them a call.

I had a decayed wisdom tooth that was incredibly painful. I suffered for weeks while I tried to find help for uninsured. The first dentist I went to refused to pull and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon who was going to charge me 600$ to pull it.I got the number for Brighter Way the morning after spending 4 hours in the ER to get pain relief. I call them and explained my situation. They told me to come in and they would evaluate. I was there a total of one hour and their stellar team had that tooth removed!Their team was thoughtful, kind, encouraging, compassionate, helpful, and flexible.There were 4 staff in my room helping me through the process because I was so nervous. The dentist, was amazing. I am eternally grateful and dont have enough kind words for ALL the staff at Brighter Way. If there were more people like them, the world would be a better place!

I emailed and called them for months daily, no response back. I called them for 3 days straight multiple times a day when the problem got worse and couldnt wait anymore. They barely took messages and never got back to me. They said theyd send the messages to the office ASAP. Clearly, they didnt do this. I never even got an appointment set. At this point, Id be estatic for an appointment a month away,like others are complaining about. The people who answer the phone apparently cant make appointments.They should make clear that they arent accepting new patients. A lot of raving reviews here. Im not sure how all these people actually got an appointment made. I hope the homeless,kids and vets are treated better. From what I read everywhere they are. I surely wasnt.

They helped me out alot with dentures staying late everything I would recommend them to anybody and did a great job they where caring

They wer awesome in some areas, not so great in some. They only got 2 stars instead of 4 because they are failing miserably in taking care of someone after they depart the office. I have had issues in the past and had to leave voicemails, they never return them. And now just recently, Ive had two separate teeth break out of their implants, simply by eating chicken wings, and have left multiple voicemails about the issue, and they have never returned a voicemail. So dont bother leaving a voicemail because there is a 0% chance that they will actually return a call to you. I had these implants put in barely six months ago, so this should not be happening now, let alone only eating chicken wings. So I am relegated to putting them back in with super glue, because they refused to give me a call so that we can figure out what to do about it.

This place is amazing! The staff set you at ease and explained what needed to be done. I havent been able to smile over the last couple of years. Finally, I have my smile back!! Thank you Brighterway!!

I got the implant post put in and it went a little rough with dental student I had. I felt uneasy and worried about her but thats who I was lined up with. There was no dentist around to oversee any of this procedure, it was just the dental student and an assistant beside her. I was sent home to have a rough recovery, the worst I ever had with swelling, numbness etc..months later I still found numbness in my chin and gums and did not want to go to the next phase and be numbed again. I wanted to give it more time to see if it would improve. 6 months later I returned to the office and the numbness did not improve. The assistant took a CT scan and the dentist told me the terrible news. The implant had been placed incorrectly and I have permanent numbness in my mouth. I became very upset to hear this when the dentist tells me I need to see an oral surgeon. The dentist did not indicate that the school would take care of their mistake and make it right. I became much more upset that they were not wanting to fix this problem. I came to this school because I dont have dental insurance. I went to the front office crying and hysterical and the woman came out and said they would have this taken care. Im thinking they were just trying to get me to leave the building peacefully because its been almost 3 weeks ago and this school doesnt answer phones in their office, they do not return messages to discuss resolving this serious matter. This is awful stuff that people should be warned about. I dont even want to give them one star on this rating but this site is forcing me

They have a clean waiting room, very friendly staff and a set up that will make you feel at home. This is a Dentist who really cares and is passionate about dentistry and you wont feel a thing.

If I could give them less than one star I would, I know I get what I pay for but Good! God I had Temporary filling while waiting or the crown. I didn’t just get the filling in that tooth it was spilled all over my mouth I couldn’t floss I called to ask for appointment they didn’t have one. My mother had filling, all of her filling fell within a month.

Dr.Smith and her assistant Martha was amazing felt comfortable they handle my extraction of my wisdom tooth very well plan on coming back awesome team!

I think what they do here is great. However, the front staff is honestly awful. We were recommended by a higher end dentist because we can’t afford to get my girlfriend’s dental implants. We couldn’t even get through to anyone to start an appointment for months! We had to contact our dentist to get through, and he got through in 30 seconds. We also missed an appointment we never knew existed because we were never even told about the appointment! Frusterating especially because we travel an hour to get here. I love what they do, I love the accessibility, but the front staff and he back staff NEED to communicate more throughly, both to themselves and the patients.

The entrance can be a little intimidating. This feeling goes away once inside the clinic. Friendly staff and very professional Dentists. Felt good to know that the money I paid for my dental services will help veterans in need, people experiencing homelessness, and the undeserved access oral care.

It’s been over 2 1/2 years and they never finish fixing my teeth I had to go elsewhere the teeth they gave me kept breaking and they wanted me to pay for them They can’t never keep A decent staffvery dishonest and a lying Manager of business I truly hope that no one give them their money I truly hope that no one gives them their business they went from $500 to 3500 It hurt me so bad 2 1/2 years and I had to go elsewhere and spend money to get my Gorgeous smile back
