Short version...Dr. Wilson & staff were exceptional!Ive had two visits to the biting edge and both have been phenomenal. The staff was extremely friendly and social.On the first, Nan was my hygienist and was able to get me efficiently in and out of the chair in spite of me talking through half of the cleaning. Josie hooked up a bunch of cool technology to my head and did a great job answering all of my questions about the high-end equipment. Dr. Wilson ended up checking me out and did a great job explaining my treatment plan.On the second visit I ended up seeing Dr. Wilson again. I think her assistants name was Jocelyn or Yocelin? I had a decent amount of work done but the entire process was quick and painless. She was extremely nice and did a phenomenal job with both the procedure and answering any question I had. New lifetime customer here :)

Dr. Smith and Nan, and the entire team at Biting Edge Family Dentistry are wonderful. I have been a patient for two years. We created a thorough dental plan with all costs being shown upfront. The office staff and dental team are professional, caring, and concerned about the patients well being. Dr. Mike and his entire staff are the epitome of professionalism and excellence. I had oral surgery/implant yesterday and have no pain at all this morning. My temporary bridge looks better than any bridge I have had in the past. Im on my way to a perfect smile in the coming months.I used to be nervous at the dentist but Dr. Mike puts me at complete ease with his attention to detail and perfection.

I was referred to Dr. Smith by my prior dentist in California, and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Smith is very capable, focused, conscientious and a perfectionist. He is obviously incredibly passionate about what he does, not to mention being equipped with the latest technology. I had signifiant work done on my teeth, and although I was apprehensive before having the work done from a financial and pain perspective, I am now so glad I did, and so grateful to Dr. Smith. His Dentistry is impeccable, he has all the latest in technology ,that allows him to be the best smile maker in the West. No CONCERN for helping others. It feels all about the HARD SELL!Before going in for the intial testing, I notified them that Im a U.S. Army Veteran and I have limited insurance.After I spent over $900. for testing, to find out I need help with my TMJ. I received a dental plan from an office admin for over $30,000. I asked for help for different ideas on how to approach my concerns. The ONLY ideas I received were from the office admin to open credit cards in my wife and/or sons name.I NEVER received anything from the dentist himself! No call! No email! Nothing!Very dissatisfied that I was referred to this dentist and payed so much for exams and testing to find out its about the hard sell.Still looking for a dentist that cares!

I greatly appreciate the work that their staff does. They helped fabricate appliances for my patients and their technicians are greatly informed and well trained and the appliances come back needing little adjustment in many cases. Thanks.
