I usually dont leave reviews but I just had to for Dr. Toni(Dr.Rao) and his staff. This is by far the best Dentist i’ve ever been too. Dr.Toni makes you feel Like you have been best friends for years. He is honest and careful, he made me feel safe with my deep cleaning. Out of all my years this is the only dentist I feel confident in. I highly recommend going to Discount Dental, again Dr.Toni and his staff will take care of you! (Dr. Toni, just wanted to let you know i’m in Utah now :) and I’ve also been keeping up with my flossing everyday, my teeth have never felt so clean and New! Thanks a million !!! )

Hey everyone My name is Jochai. Just came here to try to get my wisdom tooth pulled and these lovely people gave great hospitality. Dr. Rai was able to tell me what was going on with my teefers and set me up with the oral surgeon. Very welcoming and he didnt make me feel insecure about my smile . I will be coming here again. Oh yea the prices are great too! I was hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews but i think those small amount of people was just having a bad day or just used to getting free work. Lol thank you all.

Just had my wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Rai. He was very professional and kind. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. His assistants where very attentive.He doesnt know this yet, but he will be my Dentist for all my dental needs..Thank you

The people here are amazing, and extremely friendly. I have been seeing this dentist for quite some time. He even took me in while he was doing another procedure for an emergency. Its a long drive from where I live but definitely worth it. :)

More expensive than my normal dentist at L&M Family Dentistry, not to mention a cancellation fee from when I couldn’t come in because of a car accident. I have never even set foot in this place due to being injured, and yet I already have an outstanding bill. Doesn’t sound very compassionate at all, and I’m struggling to understand what is “discount” about it if it’s going to be $40 more expensive for everything I need for a cash pay procedure. Shame, because when I took my daughter in for a cleaning the dentist was very gentle and referred us to her amazing pediatric dentist, who we love.

Very pretty staff! I was like wow, I come in for my cleaning and it was just a bonus to see good looking girls working the front desk. Other then that, Dr Tony is awesome, he tells jokes to calm me down, so that was nice. All I ask is too see a better selection of magazines in the waiting room. I mean who reads the economist, or national geographic when most want to read US weekly and People.

I just called to see if they accept Mercy Care Insurance but unfortunately they dont.

I have been to discount dental several times the dentist is very caring. And gentle. I highly recommend

Dr Anthony and staff were extremely patient with my dental PTSD from previous experiences. He has a great chair-side manner. As a healthcare professional, I highly recommend Dr Rao and his staff.

I love this Dentist. He always makes you feel like you’re just two friends chatting. Also, gives the best discounts, and even wrote a letter to my insurance to refund me when I got charged a larger amount. He does great work, would recommend 10/10!

I usually hate going to the dentist and I’m always super nervous when I go, but today that changed! Dr. Anthony Rao and his staff are AMAZING! They all made me feel very comfortable, and I didn’t feel a thing(had a tooth pulled)!! It was so fast and painless I couldn’t believe it. He is the BEST dentist I’ve EVER had. Definitely going back to him for all my work. Also wanted to note that I don’t have dental insurance and they were very affordable and the price they quoted me is what I paid. They didn’t try to add any extras or anything and actually listened to me(I had another dentist at a totally different place that I tried going to that didn’t pull the tooth I wanted and just wanted to do what she wanted). I highly recommend this place.

I have never been to a dentist when after I left I had anything good to say. After todays visit I made sure to post a review. I highly recommend this office. The staff are friendly, compassionate and courteous. Dr. Tony is phenomenal. He is outgoing professional and there for his patients. I feel so blessed to have found this office. Excellent service and care here!When my wife and I drove up, the building’s exterior was enough to make me nervous. Don’t let this throw you off. What the exterior lacks in flash, the service and staff make up for ten fold.Dr. Rao was really kind and encouraging, and a great communicator. He took a look at my four wisdom teeth, and made sure to express any concerns he had. One tooth was farther back in placement, and he was concerned that he may not be able to extract this one, but he reassured me that he would be able to get three, and that he would attempt the fourth. He offered solutions if the fourth gave him any problems, but I was confident in his abilities, and I went ahead with them.If you need your wisdom teeth taken out, come here. It was the best price I could find, and it was quick and efficient. I arrived to the procedure on a set of prescribed pills. Once in the chair, he numbed the areas around my mouth further with an injection, and then he went in with the tools. Each tooth came out within a few minutes, and I was able to walk away without even getting stitches.Seriously, everyone was so friendly and great. Cant say enough good things.

I have been going here for two years now. Looks of the outside/location can be deceiving. They provide excellent diagnostic and patient care. They provide realistic treatment plans including worse/best case scenarios, and treatment options if on a budget. I was always fearful of dentists before I came to this place. The dentist is very nice, pleasant to talk to, explains what he’s doing and made the experience less frightening. I was so impressed that instead of dentist hoping I have kept coming back over the past two years and continue to get the same level of excellent care.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. The staff is welcoming and really make you feel like you are important. Dr Rao is very kind and does not make you feel like you are just money walking through the door. I had an extraction done and it was quick painless and affordable. You must experience this yourself if you are in need of good dental work.

I went to discount Dental I met both Dr Tony and His wife They are so sweet. I actually was treated by both of them today and With no insurance and being in this state for 30days it was very helpful. I am thankful for The services they gave. I was comfortable and I only had to pay 233 for my 1st molar being pulled as well an exam and Also they worked with my condition and made sure I had no pain. Found this place on Google and they mention on there website that payment arrangements can be made if no insurance so Im having terrible tooth pain and stop by their office. I have never felt so discriminated against!! Before I can even tell the lady at the desk what the problem is she stated It isnt your wisdom tooth is it or a regular tooth because xray will be 165 dollars. Where are they priced 165 dollars at?. When I asked about the payment agreements she states We dont do that here. Im like wow really. Then I asked for the wifi guest password and she tells me She doesnt know it. I was looking for a place to received care for my emergency dental needs and received very unprofessional discriminating service instead. I cant say how the actual dentist is because I wasnt able to be seen by him but his front office lady is a terrible sad soul!!

Just awesome. Called ahead, I was in pain and they got me in right away. Price quited was what they charged. Staff was very friendly and professional. Doctor explained everything and asked me how I was the entire procedure. No insurance, no problem. The fees were extremely reasonable. No hidden fees, extra costs or inecessary charges. Will use this dentist going foward.

The office was also very sterile and beautiful. I went to a commercial dental office, that claims to be low priced, the day before and they were nothing compared to Discount Dentals office from the staff to the atmosphere to the price. At commercial office they wanted me to wait 10 days for an oral surgeon and in the pain I was experiencing I couldnt wait. At this office they got me in immediately and took care of the issue promptly and was about $200 cheaper. I will definitely be back to fix my remaining issues, the dentist and staff really know what theyre doing. I highly recommend this office to anybody in need of a great dentist with great staff. Amazing dental staff had a very bad infected wisdom tooth and not only did they go way out of the way to make sure I wasn’t in pain but was going to send me to a surgeon because I was feeling some pain when it was getting pulled but they gave it a little time and he was patient and got the job done great dentist I did not have insurance at the time and they also didn’t charge as much as other places I checked prior very upfront and honest people

Oh my word. Dr. Rao is the absolute best doctor I have ever been to ! I have dental phobia so bad. I had my first abscess impacted need a root canal tooth. He was so kind and gentle. Before even seeing the rest of my misery he helped relieve my pain with novacane. It was the first time in a week my mouth didnt hurt. He extracted the tooth so very easily and explained everything to me calmly. Even during my panic he stayed assuring and gentle. Im sad to be leaving AZ when I have found such a gentle kind dentist. I am so thankful I stumbled upon him ! Wonderful experience and thank you so much ! My mouth feels so much better. Best dentist ever.

We have been to very expensive dental offices with all the bells and whistles to lure parents.This office is not that......it doesnt need any of that stuff.Dr.Anthony Rao is very good with children and he is inexpensive.His office decor is simple and sparse....but thats not what were paying for,were wanting good dental care,which we get in spades! The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful. Dr.Rao wont do anything on your teeth unless it is necessary.What our family loves most,is he set up shop in a lower income neighborhood so all people can get good dental care.We cant get over how great his prices are.Dentist like him are very rare these days.

I needed to have an emergency extraction of two teeth. I walked in without an appointment and had the teeth extracted within an hour of arriving. I am normally afraid of the dentist and was very pleased with how simple and quick the process was.

So skilled and as painfree as they could make it!!!Because of recession itd been a long time since I could afford care.I think What new hell will this be because of past other dentists.NOT SO HERE.And a my terrible schedule to work with too.BEAUTIFUL COUPLE

Dr. Rao is wonderful! Not only are the staff a great group of people, but the prices cant be beat! I got a quote about a year ago from another dentist office and for everything I needed done, Dr. Rao quoted me 3,000 dollars LESS than the other place. Dr. Raos work is efficient and high quality. Hes also a people person...allowing my teenager to watch the process and ask questions. Hes passionate about his work, and this is evident throughout every aspect of Discount Dental, from the time I made that first phone call😉

Very good dentist.I went to him a few years ago and he put a filling in my tooth.It lasted years.Going back now for a crown.Refuse to go to any other dentist.

Dr Rao is VERY kind, patient & understanding. I went to a fancy dentist 2 blocks from my house and they said I needed to have my teeth yanked out and get clip ons or implants, the loan wouldve caused me to lose my townhouse or go bankrupt. Dr Rao fixed my teeth cheaply without getting them yanked out.

Dr Rao saved my life and changed it ways I could never have imagined this time last year I thought I would be dead by now seriously I didnt even know what was wrong with me I thought I probably had some kind of cancer eating away at me as it turns out that was all being caused by infection in my mouth Dr Rao took out all my teeth cured the infection and made me feel like a brand new man I look and feel 20 years younger Ive gained 35lb in a good way (I was down to 110) I was skin and bones in less than 6 mos Ive increased my size by 25% thnx 2 someone else who had a huge part in this and Im stronger than ever I cant express how much this experience has changed my life Im beyond grateful to the entire staff at discount dental
