Dr. Smith, Cindy and the whole team are fantastic! I’ve been a patient for at least 15 years. There’s always a great energy at All Smiles. Everybody is happy and welcoming. They always take the time to get to know you and treat you with kindness. Highly recommended.

Went in for a basic cleaning, waited 45 minutes to get into a chair, got my gums scraped and then they said they can’t clean my teeth until the next visit. Then waited another 45 minutes for the dentist to come in and recommend they redo everything filling I have. So I walked out with a quoted bill of $15,000+, no teeth clean, and a waste of my time.

Dr. Smith and the entire staff are GREAT!!! I have a terrible fear and anxiety (like mini panic attacks and all) with dentists and I know that’s on me but he is absolutely patient with me and all his patients and is very caring and gentle and will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. I will not go to anyone else and hope I don’t have to for a very very long time!!

I have been going to Dr. Smith for nearly 6 years. The level of respect, compassion, and professionalism from everyone is absolutely outstanding. I know I get the best dental care here, and I have referred several people to the practice, all who also report having had a really great experience.

Explains everything in detail so I can get a full picture of not just what’s currently going on and needs to be done, but also speaks about future care too. The All Smiles Dental team is amazing! They offer personalized service with a family atmosphere. Ive been going to this practice for at least a decade and always receive the same friendly greeting, attentive dental care and answers to any questions! You know they care when the team remembers your kids ages, even when they havent seen them in 5 years (took them to pediatric specialist).

I had a short but amazing experience here. I came to get my tooth straightened and so they set me up with braces and a low copay plan. After a short time I lost my insurance and they were so helpful in figuring out continuing treatment as well as payment plans. Really the most honest and caring dental experience Ive ever had. This is the best Dental office I have been to. They were patient with me, even when I started crying, and answered all my questions. DDS Cade Smith made sure I was comfortable and he gained my trust. He assured me that everything will be fine and it was. My Hygienist Aubrey made me feel comfortable as well. She took her time and she also reassured me that everything will be okay. They are extremely understandable and they get it. What I really like is that they really want your dental experience to be a pleasant experience, better than that horrible experience that have you despising the Dentist in the first place. They will make you feel good about going to the dentist. I was not in any pain and I was able to still eat and drink afterwards. I have found my Dentist Office.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and this is the only pain free dentist I’ve gone to in my entire life! I’ve had extractions and fillings, all pain free and that includes injections. Everybody was really nice and inviting. I had a deep cleaning and Carlos the Dental Hygienist did a really great job. I’d say he was more thorough than any other Hygienist I’ve had and he took the time to explain certain things so that I could understand. I’m going to have two implants done soon which will take many visits but I’m hoping the experience isn’t too rough and there’s a great turnout. Way to go All Smiles 👍

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about All Smiles Dental Care! From the office staff, to all the hygienists, to Dr. Smith, they are all great! We started going here last year when my son had a freak accident and knocked his adult tooth out. Dr Smith took the time on his day off to see my son. He is still a work in progress but the work he did for my son helped ease our stress about it. We all now get our regular routine cleanings here as well. I drive all the way from South Chandler to this office in Arcadia. It’s well worth it in my opinion! I highly recommend All Smiles Dental Care!

I have been going to All Smiles for over 5 years. Dr. Smith has always been great. He never tries to get you to pay for anything you dont need and he helped find a solution to a weird shaped tooth I had years ago that no other dentist would help with. All the hygienists do an awesome job and have been there for years. I moved and tried to find a closer dentist I liked but that was a no go. No matter where I live in the east valley, I will make the drive! Its hard to find a good dentist, but Dr. Smith and his team are a 10/10 😁

I have been going to All Smiles for years and they are always great. At my appointment this week they were very cautious, social distancing and disinfecting everything as they went through my cleaning and exam. I felt very safe and was happy to see my favorite hygienist Carlos, Dr. Smith and the rest of the staff again.

Excellent care. Got a crown and the price was fair. I went there during the Covid virus too, and they were very conscientious about being safe, thorough, clean. The Doc has a great. Bedside manner! I went back a month later for a check on my Crown. Excellent.

Update 11/5: Still the best dental place I have had the pleasure of being a patient at. Highly recommend for general cleaning and braves. I got my braces here and love the way my teeth look. Everything turned out better than expected. I had to move like 40 minutes away but still make the trip up here. Look forward to continue coming here!

Dropped a grand on a plan that was agreed upon but was later charged for more stuff 4-5 months later. No appeal process per front office. Only offered explanations on how they cannot assist. Will simply switch offices. Its a real shame because it was close. The office falls back on the contract which of course is their way out. However my dental benefits were pulled prior to processing and thus the dentist had all that which is covered and should have stayed within the scope of my coverage. The coverage that they pull before doing work and they are entirely aware of. If need to go outside of that scope it should have been discussed prior to and the dentist not given executive decisions over my responsible portions without fair discussion. Post notification Ive yet to hear from the office about the existing sum charged in addition to the hundreds made from their services. See more at Yelp. Im not the first or the last. UPDATE: After more than a year later Im having pain and trouble eating from the work that was done here FURTHER UPDATE: Procedure failed, confirmed with my actual dentist. Might even lose this tooth. All money spent was wasted. Now I have to spend more because of this. Do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Smiths for several years now. I am never disappointed at the timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, and personal care that his entire staff always gives. I knew from the first moment that I walked into his office that he was special. His office was full of cases of water that he was collecting for the homeless. He also donates his time and talents to 3rd world countries on mission trips. This is a dentist who truly walks the talk!

I became disenchanted with my former dentist who was always trying to sell me products, treatments and services that were either optional or unnecessary. All Smiles is a breath of fresh air in this regard. Not only did I receive attentive and excellent care (at a fair price), but they were very up front and honest about the necessity and potential outcomes of optional services/treatments indicated by my exam. Carlos gave me probably the best dental cleaning Ive ever had. Thorough and pain free. I highly recommend All Smiles!

This is the ONLY dentist office I will ever use. Even on vacation visiting family (I live in TN) I am always happy to schedule a cleaning or a cavity filling with this office. Ive been a patient for many years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. On Sunday a filling popped out and I called the office on Monday morning hoping to get in quickly. They were able to get me in and Dr. Smith was very concerned about making sure the new filling would be stronger and not get destroyed by my offset bite.

Dr. Smith and his staff were great with my ninety-year-old mother. Everyone in the office acted very kindly toward my old mother, and the care by all appeared efficient and competent. I liked the sort of living-room feel of the waiting area and kid-friendly setup, which precluded that sometimes off-putting clinical, glass-and-steel feel of a lot of medical offices. My mother was real happy with everything too.

WORST DENTIST IN PHOENIX ! My daughter had her baby teeth pulled there and her braces were done at All Smiles, and they were awful, they were cruel to my daughter when they pulled her teeth, they pulled 7 teeth in a row and she was in so much pain. And I had a crown done at All Smiles and it was never aligned correctly and my crown (tooth) always hurt when I bit down. Finally that same crown (tooth) is infected and now I have to have my tooth removed. Dont go to All Smiles! There are much better dentists in Phoenix.
