They like money!!! Was in a group, was changed therapist part way through & didn’t get much out of it.. When I first started, things were a little messy, I was told by my therapist that I would only have to pay a one time fee… well now I’m being charged almost 300$ because i was charged per session- which i never would have done a group if that was the case… which this now means I need to stop my current therapy which I actually get stuff out of because I don’t have the money to pay this off & keep going to therapy.. clearly after reading some reviews, money seems to be a priority in this business.

👍🏾•everyone’s nice and supportive•Are consistent with communicating with you•Have reoccurring group times•Get to meet others and create a new support system if you do choose•have a psychiatrist connected to the program so you can get your meds while in a program there•have specialists who deal with things your are going through instead of a general counselor or something.👎🏾•wish there were longer one on one counselor times•have to find the right fit for you sometimes (but that’s a given sometimes)•can’t get the psychiatrist help unless in program•sometimes you can’t reach anyone on the phone or it takes a little while (but when you do they’re nice) but still•sometimes if yo many are in a group you feel a bit like your being over looked or it’s not enough time•not enough openings for on one in my opinionSo I feel like there could be more openings when speaking to an individual therapist here in there, but my experience has been pretty consistent and in the care that I’ve needed. being in an intensive care program and even in one on one therapy I will say the tools given were very helpful in my life especially dealing with a lot of depression and other things I think it’s amazing and very resourceful to have a psychiatrist connected to the program so you can get your meds and even report that over to your doctor to then continue that if you do decide to leave the program eventually which I know is the goal! 😌 everyone Will have their own opinions on the therapists that they’ve had but it’s OK to stop seeing a therapist and reach out to another in the program until you feel like the one is the right fit I do feel like group therapy was very helpful for me and my issues because I got to really connect but I also did 1 and 1 therapy the only down I would say about the one therapist as I feel like it was just too quick for my comfort was speaking with them but it was consistent enough but the therapist wasn’t just right for me I needed another therapist that was a better fit for me and did so. It’s good getting stable and getting consistency back into your life. I enjoyed group most and it’s been easy getting my meds as well.

AWFUL communication skills and lack of care about the patients, cancelling appointments without any attempts to figure out technical warnings or give a heads up, MULTIPLE TIMES - absolutely ridiculous when people need help. I wouldnt give it a single star

It took me months to find a therapist that would take my insurance, because most offices were already at capacity. This was the only organization that took me in. The therapists are very great people and genuinely want to help. Depending on your needs, there are services and treatments to help you get better! You get what you put into it, I think thats what people dont understand. Its not the therapists job to get you better, its their job to help you and educate you on how to manage your mental health.I am eternally grateful to The Light Program

Absolutely TRASH, especially Monroe and the male therapist that works here. I dont see how people this slow can get a degree. And VERY VERY rude to their clientele. Had horrible experience here from my teens to a young adult (now) Dont go here if you want to actually get better.

They milked my insurance for two months before cancelling my first appointment because of their own disorganization. Not the place to go if you really need help.

My sister needed help and this organization was the only one who helped me. I greatly appreciate everything you have done for our family....
