I have been waiting months for a call back from a therapist after doing an initial interview/screening. I called multiple times, and even was told I would hear back from someone in February. When I called in March I was sent a crisis plan after the call and told I would be reached out to by a Whitney in a week. Its May 31, Brian Gadinski emailed this March 16th.??

Horrible experience no therapist for weeks, then they give me someone who has a very strong accent. Then when asked to change therapist because my therapist is not calling me for my sessions I get the head of the frankford wedge who said he would take my case personally....... guess what no calls from him and he dont return my call

Mary-Kate Barras is the best person I have ever spoken to , very professional and respectful. this place needs more employees with her qualifications, she responds to emails accurately and calls you even when she is sick at home, that is an essential worker that deserves the utmost respect and a raise!

Simone Duke is a wonderful group leader. Very fair but stern. Keeps us engaged and talkative so we reap all the Benefits afforded through group therapy.

I was enrolled at the wedge last year and I met my D n A counselor Ms. Gayle and she is so awesome. Also if you really want to get help with whatever problems you have. I mean seriously. They will help you in every way possible. But you have to want this for yourself. I wish they would bring back Ms.Gayle though she is an amazing person and Im glad to have met her.😀

The staff were friendly and for the most part professional , they were also flexible with appointment scheduling .

I would give them a negative 0 they kicked me out of the program because somebody else had a problem with me that I was completely unaware of and lied and said the person had a restraining order and they didn’t if somebody can help me with the board number to report that incident it would be awesome because no telling how many other people treatment they effected from favortising
