It is definitely a little awkward when you walk in, and they barely speak to you. We waited for about 10 minutes. The massage was great for a general massage but they don’t ask any questions on where you want them to focus on or if you have any health issues. Luckily I don’t have any, but maybe some other people do and they need 5 minutes or so to express their concerns and issues?Overall, I would return. The ladies were friendly.

Very professional. I experienced none of the previous complaints. Staff consistently asked if pressure was correct.

Requested pressure be lowered 4 times and she continued to ignore me. I have bruises on my legs and back. Rooms were only closed with a curtain, which other staff opened up multiple times during the massage to talk to my massage therapist. Just very basic and mediocre. I doubt the cleanliness and licensure of the place. The massage was just horrifically uncomfortable and not private/relaxing.

The massage was great until the end where the owner will argue with you about how much you should tip and will try and give you stories on how hard they work but they should get more money? I find that unprofessional and rude to argue how much I’d like to tip. Tips are never required but they should be done which I did, which the owner thought should be half as much as I paid for the massage. I suggest anyone go to Hot Hands and Spa on Broad Street. They are more professional and speak English.

Asian massage parlor, best foot massage I have ever had. Walked around the city for about 2 hours. Stopped in here and got a 30 minute foot massage, excellent strength from the lady. Feet felt a whole lot better when she was done, wish they were closer to home! Would go back weekly.

Tipping is Very Much optional and im a big tipper but the schedule me for a time that they didnt have availability in once I left and begin to leave they called me to tell me to come back and when I came back they required the payment up front and when I went to pay the tip that I was going to leave was not the tip that she wanted and at that point I was over it and I just turned around and walked out that was very unprofessional. I am very displeased and dissatisfied with them their quality in the way they operate. I give it a ZERO 😒

The deep tissue massage was okay, not very deep or relaxing just rough. They were very unprofessional about demanding more tip but oh well you should’ve given a better massage that didn’t leave parts of my back sore

Just left this place , I had wonderful massage with Tina ,she hit all the spots I needed , but they need make an appointment first ask Tina ,she is pro . Definitely will be back .

The massage I got here was very good and I felt the therapist was very in tune with me. The one downside was that they didnt accept the wee massage Groupon that I had.

We walked in and they were great at accommodating 3 of us last minute. My friends got the 30 min deep tissue / 30 minute foot reflexology. I got the 60 minute deep tissue and that was lovely.My therapist was wonderful, kept checking in with me about the pressure and if it was okay. My shoulders feel wonderful and the hot towel at the end was nice.The place is warm and welcoming. Heads up, they are cash only but there is an atm in the building.

Had a massage here a week ago and will certainly return. Walked in and was taken immediately and received a wonderful massage from the masseur. He was friendly and asked how I was and hit the right spots. Price was right and the service was even better.

They are so efficient and reasonably priced. Great service. The facility was clean and organized. I recommend making a reservation (even an hour or two beforehand) to make sure you have a spot. Highly recommend, Ill definitely be coming back!

Good location, nice people very small business. Good prices(even through Groupon.)Following guideline for Covid-19. Deep tissue massage was okay. I had to tell the masseuse MULTIPLE times she was to hard and rough. I mean elbow in the spine, too much pressure in other areas too hard. Also the massage beds are a bit uncomfortable in the face area, after awhile the pressure on the eyes begins to hurt.Im actually sore from the massage but all the kinks are out. Overall the massage was okay, I have had better.

The absolute best, no frills cheap massage. Ive done full body, back and feet multiple times here and its amazing every single time. If youre looking for a relaxing spa like massage, not the place but if youre looking for great deep get all the knots/tension out massage - definitely the place.

Very nice staff and clean. I was a little nervous cause I didnt know what to expect. But I trusted the good reviews. I did a couples massage through groupon. I called and came in the next day. Even with it being so last minute, they fit me in at 10 a.m. as soon as they opened up. My girlfriend also said she will come back. Oh, and we feel very good and the massage.

I have used this massage place numerous times and they have always been terrific! Today I had Emily and she was wonderful, I told her if my sore spots and she actually listened and concentrated in them. Would recommend this highly to anyone who wants a therapeutic massage without the frills!

The place is nice and they honored the promotion they claimed. They are professional. I dont believe any effect of the foot massage. But it makes me feel comfortable and erase the tireness away. The environment is pretty clean and no any bad smell or dirty on the floor. Tips more if you feel good. Always provide feedback to the service provider. Let them know whether you wanna them use more force or less.

My first professional foot massage. I didnt get the foot scrub, but I totally enjoyed the massage and while my feet were soaking she worked on my hands. Ill most likely be back hopefully get the foot scrub.

Tonight was my first time here. Today i called all over the city for a couples massage and even though last minute Wee was able to accommodate me. Although i got lost, my appt was for 7, i didnt get there until 7:35, i still greeted warmly by the staff with smiles! The massage was very much needed and the nice ladies who did our couples massage did a wonderful job. They targeted areas that i didnt even know was a problem for me. Only regret is i wished i would have booked a longer massage. I definitely will be returning.

The mix of massage techniques was nice. The massage area was clean. Price was very good compared to other places in the area. My only two complaints are that the couples massage wasnt couple oriented. My gf was placed on a table where we couldnt see each other. Not really a deal breaker. However, they only concentrated the massage on our backs. They never turned us around to massage the chest, front of arms, or thighs.
