Impossible to get somebody on the phone, line is always busy every time I call. Doctor is great but always a problem to get somebody from front desk on the phone

I just recently switched to this Temple Physician and I am very glad i did! The staff is very nice and was attentive to my needs. The Lady up front was very nice and caring, listened to all my needs. I didnt have to wait long for paperwork, results, or being called in, I am glad I picked this Doctor! Outstanding and professional staff! God Bless you All who care for people the way you do!

Dr Azrilevich is amazing but his girls are not as nice and caring as he is. And to get through to his office is almost IMPOSSIBLE.

There is no other place that will treat you like family! Dr. Azrilevich is such a caring doctor! The nurse staff are always glad to help, and can work so well with scheduling. I couldn’t ask for a better family doctor!

I am under care of Dr. Michael Azrilevich from 2009. He is the TOP Doctor who work in the Office and Hospital. He is a highly professional, constantly care about his patients and provides modern treatment plan. Dr. Azrilevich has a great team and you can expect medical assistance at any time.

Doctor is exceptional physician, very knowledgeable and caring. He is warm, compassionate and confident.The staff is very friendly, they truly care about patients and always showing the dedication in every encounter.

We love our Primary Physician but front desk lady, her name in Natalia, is sooooo rude! Can’t believe customer service can be that bad. She actually said “Why are you wasting my time?!” When my boyfriend called for his refill.

The front desk lady is the rudest person I have ever spoken too. We had the worst experience with the front desk and for this reason we are switching doctors. They are not helpful whatsoever. Whatever you do do not go to this office. Waste of time and energy with these people.

The front desk is horrible. I even didnt have a chance to see a doctor bc the receptionist was so rude. She literally asked me to leave the office bc they have enough old clients and they dont need new. Dont even think to visit them!!!!

The doctor is amazing. The front desk is horrible. They never answer the phone and if they do they just put you on hold so fast that you cant say a word or they just forget about you. I have been calling all day. Ive been put on hold 3 times and hung up on while on hold. I have dialed 12 times and have not to spoken to one person.

Wait-line is INSANE. My second time coming in because of an emergency flu, sat in wait for over an hour. Trying to call over the phone is even more useless, as they don’t pick up or put you on hold for the rest of the day. Absolutely no way to reach the doctor when needed.
