The office staff was friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Ji dealt with me in a quick, thorough, and respectful manner and I feel confident in her medical opinion. My only issue was in receiving an automated call to make an appointment for the wrong month. I would recommend!

There was a snafu with my insurance and the office was unwilling to work with me in adjusting the bill. To make a long story short, they were willing to end up making more money off of me as an unhappy, self-pay customer who wont be returning than as a satisfied customer who would come back.
