I came across Dr. Grahams listing and was surprised to see a mediocre rating. Please keep in mind that the majority of people who take the time to leave ratings are those who are unhappy with a service. Im leaving the 5 star rating Dr. Graham deserves. Ive been a PT for many years and from checking-in to seeing the vitals nurse prior to Dr. Graham, has always been smooth and professional. I have had the best care Ive ever received from a primary care physician with Dr. Graham. He is a rare breed that is going extinct in the medical field as far as bedside manner is concerned. Dr. Graham has always taken the time needed to hear my concerns and do his medical assessment without rushing you out the door. Which is becoming the common practice with most other primary care doctors. He is easy to talk to and his energy level is comforting, stress and anxiety free. I know for fact that he reviews your medical records when received after any visits to the ER or specialist as I have received follow up calls just days after ER visits from the doctor personally. I worked at a popular primary care physicians office in S. Philly YEARS ago, way before computerized documentation and we were trained to open medical records sent via postal service and just to file it in PTs charts. The doctors didnt review anything unless you came for a follow up appt. or your next visit.Dr. Graham is a 5 star doctor. I recommend Dr. Graham and Dr. Meghan (I dont recall her last name) to anyone looking for a REAL doctor.Dont rate Dr. Graham or Meghan based on your frustration with a staff member. I totally understand that the front-end of an office is a reflection of a business. But, there are times you may be dealing with a someone who is in training and flustered in busy Drs office or they may have one foot out the door and the other on a banana peel already.

It is taking the better part of four days to get a prescription renewed for my wifes migraines. Between the empty promises and the woman who answers the phone who seems incredibly bored but the whole thing its quite upsetting

I have no idea how the below reviewer gives Dr. Graham a one star rating! It appears the reviewer based his review after only one visit. Besides his review was not even given on the treatment he received from Dr. Graham but on his secretaries. I personally have never had a problem with his front staff. Referrals, prescriptions, lab work, appointments were always completed in a timely manner.I am not even associated with Jefferson personally, but I do work for a completely different health care system (I work for Penn and Dr. Graham is with Jefferson). However Dr. Graham is my moms primary care physician. With me working in the health care field, I dont trust many clinicians. However I think Dr. Graham is one of the best PCPs around.! Hes helped my mother through some difficult times over the many years that he has been her PCP. His clinical judgement is second to none! He is very compassionate which you dont see much with many physicians these days. On each visit he spends ample time with her not only assessing her present situation but also on answering any and all questions we have. Hes not like most physicians that run in and out like a production line because of the many patients in the waiting area. Likewise I have never waited more then 5 or at the most 10 minutes before being taken back into a treatment room. I value any opinion he gives regarding my moms care. In other words I trust him with my moms life. If you are looking for a good PCP who is knowledgable and cares then look no further. Dr. Graham is your man.
