I originally started going to Satori Laser because there was a really good deal for 6 armpit laser sessions. I had a couple different technicians until I got Laura, who I then stuck with and am still with. Laura is so gentle and makes it quick and as painless as possible. She really is the best. The location is fantastic and the facility is super clean and crisp. Definitely a boujee laser place, but the prices are actually very good. The ladies at the front are incredibly nice and I always chat with them at the end of my session to catch up a bit. Overall, I would rate Satori a 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for laser hair removal in Philadelphia!!

Im relatively new to laser hair removal and I am so happy I chose Satori in Philly. I loved that the business focuses strictly on lasers - they really know their stuff. The results have been more than amazing - my arm pits and Brazilian area have never looked SO good. Laura, my technician, is funny, comforting and knowledgeable. She answers any questions I have and genuinely understands/knows the process. She always knows when a certain spot may be a little spicy and puts pressure on it immediately to mitigate any sting I may feel. I would recommend Satori Laser to anyone and everyone.

I just had my third appointment with Satori Laser at their Center City location and honestly they are AMAZINNGGGGG. It was so tedious having to shave so often but now I shave maybe once every other week? I recommend them to literally all my friends, family and anyone I meet thats interested in Laser hair removal. All the women are super nice and no one has ever had a bad attitude. Its all around a really pleasant experience and they make sure youre comfortable.

I have been going to Satori for some time now. I started off with treatments on my underarms and upper lip. Everything is as to be expected, the facility is clean, the customer service is great and the process is very smooth. Because of this I decided to finally start my Brazilian. I was so nervous and scared and almost even cancelled but I went in anyways. The technician who provided the service was Stephanie and can I just say her customer service was the best. Ive been here several times and every time was treated by Jayne, and probably once by Mia, if Im not mistaken. They were very professional, nice, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and always checked while treating the area if Im feeling ok. They always ask if it burns to let them know so they can slow down. Well, today I went for my last treatment and I saw a new person Stephanie. Stephanie mispronounced my name and didnt even try to check if she said it correctly. Instead, she just turned around and walked to the room without saying hi. I brushed it off and just followed. She asked one question if I had deodorant on my skin and started treating it right away. She didnt double check as others do if there is some hair left and shave it before starting. There is hair left on both underarms which I never had before with Jayne. I didnt feel welcomed. The whole treatment takes only 5 minutes, and maybe a minute on each underarm but I felt she did each side in 10 seconds. She burnt my left underarm. It was freaking painful and all she said was are you ok? Not even Im sorry, let me take it slowly. Just wiped it with gel and moved to her computer. I saw her at 6 pm and probably she was tired but so am I. How can the 5-minute treatment go so terrible?I spoke to Lisa on the phone and after looking at the picture I sent she said there were no burns but irritation. She tried to help and offered me to stop by today or tomorrow to pick up hydrocortisone. She also followed up by email. I was told the manager will talk to the technician. Overall it’s a good place with nice people but this last treatment left me feeling very bad.

They are booked more than a month out and she went day by day to see if anything had opened up in the schedule and put me on a waitlist, they contacted me in a couple of days when something became available. (I’m try to call early but no body answer the phone) when I was at the door they said don’t t have time until end of December. When you call to change your appointment always is a problem. This place is a scam! They change the setting of the machines so you will have to keep coming back for more appointments! They have all these ridiculous charges and are extremely difficult to book appointments with! They get you with their Groupon deal but you end up needing so many sessions in order to get rid of the hair!!!

They definitely deserve less of a star in this place, they dont tell the truth. A year ago I went to them to do laser in many parts of my body, including my face, they told me at the beginning, they will need a maximum of six to eight sessions. For every time you never see your hair, sometimes with six youll end up. I had a total of twelve sessions and now I ask them when this will end. They told me unlimited that you will keep coming and we will continue charging you. I told them that this was not the deal, nobody mentioned anything about unlimited before when I first came and the owner tells me that I can not do anything for you, you have to keep coming, finally, I recognize that they tell people the same thing that You need a certain amount of sessions just to start and then, after spending thousands and thousands, you will find yourself in the middle of nowhere ....or you will lose what you spent or keep coming forever, that is exactly what happened, I also told her I have no problem paying up to 20 sessions for each one, but just give me the guarantee that I will finish, they refused.

I bought 6 sessions for armpit and legs and there is no hair anymore!! I am so happy with my decision because I hated waxing and shaving all the time. The people working there were very helpful and attentive to me all the times I went. 100% recommended! Its totally worth the money.

I saw ZERO RESULTS AFTER FIVE SESSIONS. I moved and missed 4 months of sessions due to COVID and I got no refund. There was no consistency in the technician I got each visit. Other places use ice to minimize pain, and they use nothing. They kept changing the settings to the YAG laser every session after the first one even after I repeatedly said the first one was the only one that had any effect. Appointments were rushed, less than 10 mins. Do not trust this place.I will add that I have since gotten results elsewhere and likely this place does not know how to treat different skin tones. Where I now go, they use the regular vs YAG-type as a gradient not an either or like you must be black or white. Also lasers with true cryo technology are much less painful. I never felt to cold from the laser machines here.

This place delivers. Have had 6 sessions on underarms and a couple of other areas and the results are undeniable. It is clean, the front desk is courteous (always take calls/can move appointments/never ever rude) and they often have sales and offers. The only thing I have issue with is some technicians really are better than others. I love the girl I usually have, Brienne, who takes care to give breaks, put towels under goggles, make sure youre comfortable and informed. However, I recently had a tech that seemed to mix up what I had remaining on my package and tried to sell me three more sessions even after I was told by my previous technician that with my results from 6 that I might only need one or max two more. The other technician took no breaks even though I expressed I was in pain, tried to up-sell me again on another package for another area and was very quick, clipped and seemed openly unhappy I didnt purchase more. Always keep an eye on your balance for services, tell the tech if youre hurting, and definitely contact the front desk to see who may be around. Otherwise, this place is great, the service is phenomenal and the results are fast and final. I recommend LHR and Satori to anyone considering it, and especially recommend Brienne.

Buyer Beware! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as a result of the unjust and fraudulent service. Here’s what happened: I was told not to purchase the Groupon deal during my initial call as they would honor it during my appointment. They did not - classic case of bait and switch! Then, they told me that Groupon was not even authorized to sell the medium and large areas and that they wouldn’t honor any of those vouchers, despite the fact that the receptionist I spoke to on the phone said otherwise when I booked. I can’t imagine they will be in business much longer with those business ethics and poor customer service approach. Their issue should be with Groupon and not an innocent bystander.

This place is meh in my opinion. Its clean, easy to schedule appointments, and reasonably priced. But I didnt like that they are hair removal happy and didnt understand the concept of wanting to keep some hair and would push me to buy more packages.I also didnt have the best experience with the Brazilian - they would always miss spots, especially in the inner thigh and say I needed to buy an inner thigh package for it even though it was very clear the patch was not leg hair. They kept enforcing a two inch rule from the bikini line which is ridiculous imo bc, what? Im going to be left with a line of hair on the edges in all the places where my hair grows further? That makes no sense on its own but even more so considering that thats the area that will show when Im in a bikini. I feel like Brazilian should be all pubic hair, not some arbitrarily defined region that I had to ask about beforehand. Occasionally they would go way outside the 2 inch area when I wouldnt ask but then insist on the rule when I would ask. Very confusing. I had to grow the hair out to show them how ridiculous it was so theyd treat certain areas. But in the mean time those spots hadnt been treated for multiple sessions. So now Im going to need more touch ups. Several of my friends have done Brazilians at other places and told me they didnt have these issues.They also once tried to get me to pay for a full Brazilian package when the number of pulses made categorizing it as a touch up cheaper by 10 or 20 bucks. They kept insisting beforehand that if that were the case then Id pay the cheaper price, but then in the end charged me for the more expensive option. They corrected it when I pointed out their error and that technician has since left, but it just left a really bad impression on me.

I haven’t had any issues as of yet. Went for consultation and laser hair removal once and they were friendly, clean and professional. The atomosphere is too white. Like it blinds you as soon as you step into the door and makes you feel like you’re in a doctors office or something. Im testing them out since Ive had a bad experience at Metro Laser.

I agree the place is clean and comfortable. At beginning of my consultation they told me around six sessions should be good or max of an extra 2 more sessions depends on the hair growth.. But at this moment, they’re telling compulsory of 12sessions is needed, forcing me to buy packages.. becoming too commercial.. some Old staff left the place, no proper guidance..I asked them that my previous technician did not told that I need twelve sessions means “sorry” I’m not sure how they communicated initially but require minimum of twelve sessions and pushing to buy packages.. Don’t even accept Groupon for on-going patients, Groupons only accepted for new customers (then what’s the point of the Groupon deals) - they don’t even mention that point..Some technicians are not even friendly, just trying to complete their job as fast as they can..

Today was my first store laser removal experience. You can easily find the store through its clear windows. The place is so neat and clean; mostly due to the fact that the walls are white. The place is paper-free so you check in with an iPad and get a copy of the confirmation of what you signed in the store. No wait because this place knows how to schedule enough time for their customers.Laser is for the lazy person that doesnt like to shave daily or wants to avoid ingrown spots from waxing. Ive done both and prefer lasering after todays session. I met with Akiko who gave me a quick detailed consultation and did the laser procedure for me. She was quick with the laser device so it made the process as painless as possible. I immediately booked my second sessions with her.

I’m quite hesitant to do laser hair removal because of all the various reviews I’ve watched and read about it online, and tried tons of hair removal process like electrolysis, depilatory process, tweezing, shave, etc. so I’m out of choices and option but to try laser hair removal, so I search online clinic close to me and I came across Satori Laser. First impression, the place is so classy and very comfy, staff is so friendly and I talked to Akiko (laser expert) and you’ll know that she knew what she’s doing and talking about,all my inquiries and worries been answered properly and correctly, since i want my upper lip and chin area done and I have a very thick hair on those areas like I’m a bearded lady.So let’s go to the laser hair removal process, they used the most modern , up to date type of laser machine in the market. The pain is tolerable, it’s quite painful at first because it kills the hair for the first session but for the succeeding sessions, the pain is lesser and very tolerable sometimes no pain at all,The result.... superb!!! I purchased the 6 session but after 1 session i saw huge result, my hair grew back soooooo thin and fine after the first session, and as for the succeeding sessions, the result of the hair on my corner upper lip areas( which is considered stubborn areas) grew back soooooo fine and very very thin and unnoticeable like there’s no hair at all and amazingly smooth, I’m so amazed and on my chin area, no hair grew back,(as long as you follow their instructions they will tell after each sessions RELIGIOUSLY)So for all you Philly girls out there that are very hesitated to try laser hair removal, Go to Satori Laser, the most reliable, fast acting result for laser hair clinic. You’ll see what you pay for the treatment and it’s worth it!
