Rescue facial with Greta was marvelous. Goddess hands, Clean & great communication.. she got ALL the oil out of my deeply clogged pores in my chin/nose,..after the facial I was literally glowing, really brought me back to life & my skin is tighter, thank you!!! Full 60 min but felt longer, didnt feel rushed. Every serum used felt tailored to my needs. Consultation at the end was explained patiently & left with amazing products not too expensive. Don’t think twice, BOOK.

Rescue spa is very clean and relaxing! The staff are always nice and welcoming. I’ve had nothing but positive experience. One thing I will say is, whenever a female is getting something like a Brazilian wax and lady parts are being exposed it should be the customers choice to have a transgender waxer. I was never informed or given the choice to have Enna as my waxer. Although they were very polite to me, I still should have been given the choice. That is my only complaint. Besides that very clean and refreshing!

I’ve been going to Valerie for about two months (thanks to my sisters recommendation) and my skin has already transformed since my first appointment! My skin feels so much smoother, my acne has reduced, acne scars are fading, and all the products she recommended has worked so well with my skin (sensitive, combination, acne prone). She’s very kind, helped educate me on how to care for my skin and knew exactly what I needed! I’ll never go back to my old products. I had an amazing facial at rescue spa! I was breaking out for weeks right before my wedding. I got a facial from Monica and I felt a big skin improvement as soon as I left. The acne was completely gone in two days. Highly recommend this place and their products.

Its pristine, gorgeous. The workers at the front desk and my nail technician are awesome and very friendly. I recently got a bio seaweed gel manicure and my nails came out beautiful. Just had an amazing experience with Christina for my rescue facial! I was really impressed by the measures the spa took to make sure everything was impeccably clean- they really thought everything through. The treatment I received from Christina was unbelievable. She was gentle, personable, and very professional. Throughout the facial she was attentive to my needs and explained every step of the treatment, which I really appreciated. ReviewHands down the best customer service in history! I needed a facial badly for a wedding I was attending- called Rescue Spa and spoke with a very pleasant Gentleman, Gio! He let me know they were booked the rest of that week and the following week; he added me on the waitlist (quite frankly I’ve been on waitlists at other establishments and they never call me back) so I figured he was just saying this to appease me. I kept asking for certain days and he was absolutely patient even in his tone! I didn’t feel he was annoyed or rushed!He called back two days later even sent me a text message saying there was a cancellation! I didn’t read or listen to his message until later that night and I text him back later that evening at after 11pm thinking it was a “work” cell and he responded right away and in seconds I received a text notification saying I was booked for the next day! Only later did I realize it was his personal cell. He could have easily ignored me until the morning, but he didn’t!Gio truly went above and beyond. He has set the bar for true customer service! By the way, Sylvia gave me an amazing facial, but what made me a Rescue client for life is Gio’s amazing service! I came in for my facial and let Monika know that Gio is a true asset to their business and should give him a raise! Incredible experience getting a facial from Monica here. I am a beauty novice & she walked me through everything, made me feel incredibly comfortable & made super helpful suggestions on how to jumpstart my new & improved beauty routine. I was worried I would feel out of place or intimidated b/c this type of pampering is out of my norm but it was quite the opposite! Monica worked with my comfort level and helped to educate me on how to care for my skin with patience & understanding. Love this place so much. I mostly went there to do my facials, and HAVE to say that Shannon O’Brein is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and carrying. She was the person I happened to go to the first time (about two-three years ago), and I NEVER switched to someone else. I had pretty bad acne back then, it went away probably after my first three-four-maybe-five sessions (which could be around 3-4 months). She taught me to love my skin, and how to take care of it. If you think you struggle with skin problems, please invest in it. Acne won’t go away after one facial, it will take time and a few months. Be patient and fall in love with the routine and your skin.I put four stars because seeing the front desk ladies wasn’t always a pleasure. It seems like they never happy to see you, they are never friendly, or that you disturb them every time you come in.I am no longer living in Philly but I feel that I owe a big thank you to my esthetician, Shannon. This was a life changing experience that I wish every women get to have. Much love to you all, beautiful people.

I had booked a massage and a manicure to unwind the day before my wedding. Rescue Spa was just the place for relaxation and provided a calming/stress free environment. From booking over the phone to walking into the lobby, the process was seamless. Geo greeted me at the front desk, walked me through the COVID19 safety protocol/restrictions and invited me to shop around while I waited. Both services I received were wonderful and would rank them a 10 out of 10. I look forward to my next visit at Rescue Spa!

I have long hair, same hair style forever and really wanted something different but that I can style on my own.Moe gave me a beautiful cut with lots of layers to add volume & shape around my face. The cut came with a wash & blow out. Best blow out of my life.In addition to the cut & blow out, Moe did my keratin. My hair has never been more shiny, it feels like silk. I highly recommend Moe if youre interested in a keratin treatment.Rescue Spa is lucky to have Mohamad, he is FABULOUS!

I thought it would be safer to go to a nicer spa to get a pedicure during the pandemic. Rescue was the perfect location. They are super careful & safe. They respect social distancing and cleanliness. The cherry on the top is that I got the best pedicure that I have ever had!

I love this spa. Best facials ever. They absolutely get in there and do the work- this is not a facial you will fall asleep during- yet somehow it ends up being relaxing. I also love the deep tissue massage!

I have been a longtime client of this spa faithfully over the years. However I am dissappointed to say after covid the owner has raised the price on a regular facial by a 100 dollars for some of her senior facialists! This is really absurd considering we are coming off a major pandemic many people are hitting hard and to raise your prices like this is extremely upsetting. She also has started hiring younger less experienced facialists who arent as good and give just an ok experience. These girls need way more training and keep your prices where they are if you want folks to stay loyal. Now Im beginning to understand why so many of her beloved staff left after covid to start their own practices. Very disappointed.

AMAZING as always! I love going here because they are so friendly and they really look out for you! They are not on top of you trying to sell you products or other deals. They recommend what they think is best for you and then move on. This was not my first time at rescue and it will be not my last! Ive had a lot of facials and this was by far my favorite. You can tell Veronica loves what she does because it shows. Her hands are amazing. She has the perfect touch and knows exactly what feels good. My skin looks incredible and now I have a customized regimen she started me on and I feel so much more confident with this glow. I went during the COVID-19 pandemic and was impressed with their protocol for safety and hygiene. Waiting area was closed so needed to arrive 10mins prior and was immediately greeted by Geo and he explained everything to me. Masks were to be worn during the service, the appointments spaced out further to allow time for cleaning appropriately, the sheets on the bed were disposable, hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE and I even appreciated that products for sale were not to be touched. If you wanted to purchase a product or look at something an associate would help you. I would absolutely come back as I felt very safe aside from the fact that my massage was amazing. I wish I booked the 90 minute instead of the 60.

My Mother came to Rescue Spa for the first time for a service . She exclaimed it was pristine, the front desk was great. What made it extra wow’ing was that she had asked for water and whoever she spoke with advised the cafe was closed due to CDC guidelines; however, a very young Gentleman explained that typically they don’t provide water due to the guidelines, but out of nowhere ran out to buy her water. She’s much older and definitely needed a glass of water. I’m in the industry and for that Gentleman, Gio to actually run out of his way and perhaps jeopardize his job to get an elderly woman a bottle of water was a WOW factor. I have recited this beautiful story for the past 48hours to friends and family. Thank you for making this a much enhanced experience, Gio for my elderly Mother! It takes someone who gets it to make an experience spectacular.

I had my first facial at Rescue Spa and the experience was very high-end! Christina was amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Erin who was extremely pleasant and so patient with all my new-bee questions. It takes a well oiled machine to provide a five star experience and Erin started me off on the right foot. The facility is pristine. The front desk staff is very welcoming especially Gio who gave me a tour since it was my first time. I came in on a busy weekend and not once did I feel rushed. He even walked around his counter to talk to me. I work in the service industry and know what 5 star service is and Rescue Spa Team exceeded my expectations! I’ll see you in a few weeks.

This spa is not only gorgeous, but you really do receive quality treatment and they use incredible products! The products that they used on my face and recommended that I purchase have completely changed my skin. My skin has honestly never looked of felt better!

Phone representatives and spa receptionists have been consistently rude and impatient for no reason. I buy a specialty skincare product from Rescue Spa Philly that isn’t found anywhere else close to me, otherwise I wouldn’t put up with such shockingly poor and disappointing customer service. Veronica performed my facial at Rescue Spa. The experience was excellent. Very professional and an excellent facial. She even included a nice upper back and neck massage. Her technique to massage the facial muscles was something I never had before but felt great and is really good for the face. I highly recommend her and the spa.

Rescue Spa is amazing! The staff is exceptional. Today I received the rescue escape package and I loved every minute. My facial done by Vivianne was particularly great. Beautiful place. Great services with nice extras like steam shower and sauna. They also have complimentary infused water, coffee and light treats Ive had wonderful massages and facials there... Ive had a few duds along the way but most are excellent. Their products are pricey but most are well worth it and in many cases they will give you samples to help you decide if you want to invest.

Just had the most generous and kind online chat with amanda, who helped me choose the Lait VIP02 facial wash. this is so helpful for me, because my skin has been red and splotchy lately. not only did she pick a lovely product, she told me how to use it (with dry hands and face) and why! so helpful. love that they are keeping the online site going, because there is a wonderful wealth of knowledge here

This trip was my first to Rescue Spa, but it certainly wont be my last. Rescue is located right in the middle of the citys hustle and bustle, but you wouldnt be able to tell that from the inside. Step off the elevator and you are suddenly surrounded by calm and tranquility. I visited Ashley (the brow whisperer) who made me feel confident about being able to transform my eyebrows into what I have always wanted. Consulting with her is so much more informed than going anywhere else for an eyebrow wax or threading. I was also happy to hear about all the other treatments that Rescue offers. With that said, no one tried to upsell me on services, which I appreciated. All staff seemed cheerful and did not hesitate to answer my questions. Im eager to try their other services and cant wait to go back!

I rarely write reviews but I had to share my wonderful experience!I called in with questions about a specific brand of skincare products after I fell in love with my last purchase.I spoke with Erin and she was super pleasant/knowledgeable and assisted with my skincare questions. I came in the next day to purchase more items and asked for her since she was so helpful over the phone. Not only was she even more pleasant in person but she was patient and offered me samples to try of other skincare recommendations.I was blown away by this experience, especially given that spas can be busy with appointments and phone calls. I already loved Rescue and all the ladies are lovely, but Erin made me a loyal customer. She is truly a gem! I will be back for more products and spa services.

Ive been seeing Connie Henry for facials since 2007 and its been transformative. Hands down, the best facial and most knowledgeable skin care professional Ive ever seen. Im a more recent client of Liz Szot in the hair salon, and also cant sign her praises highly enough -- she is immensely skilled and true artisan. Finally, the front desk team, especially Geo, go above and beyond the call of duty every day. Its a marvel to see them in action. Much respect and gratitude!

I received a gift certificate from my husband for a massage which was such a positive experience it led to me going once a month throughout my pregnancy for prenatal massages, all with Elaine. It’s not inexpensive but the value is unquestionable, from the reception by staff and facility to the massage. Elaine played a key role in keeping me sane and healthy during my pregnancy. Always friendly and professional, she had an innate knowledge of where my body needed help. As a veterinarian working 12 hr shifts she was a lifesaver. Elaine and Rescue Spa will have a loyal client in me for years to come, and I’d recommend them to anyone. You can pay for two less expensive, lower quality massages somewhere else or pay for the real health benefits and exceptional experience at Rescue Spa.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Front desk staff was lovely - made a point to make sure all my needs were met, was a perfect welcome to a relaxing experience. My aesthetician was to die for - she worked wonders. I came in feeling dull/dehydrated after recent travel and temp changes (florida in winter etc) - I left glowing - and a week later I still am (which is rare)! Have been to many top rated spas (NYC, Canyon Ranch, and abroad) - this facial was for sure one of (if not) the best.

On the day of service I was like ok I like this place massage was good facial was nice the nail service was ok would have been better if she reached the sides of the nails next day to my surprise my toe nail paint already has a chip in it and the other side was never sealed in the front one day for that to happen is unacceptable now I have to go to a different salon to redo my toes if they manage to mess that up I know my fingers should as well get redone too don’t want to go to a special occasion having chipped nails. Extremely disappointed in their nail service other then that everything else was good.

All employees are very courteous, polite, and passionate about their work. I had the most amazing Full Spectrum Facial with Kellyann Cronin. I cannot recommend Kellyann highly enough. I have had many facials and visited many estheticians, but both Kellyann and this particular facial were absolutely phenomenal. Kellyann was extremely knowledgeable about skincare and about skincare products. All the advice she gave me was extremely invaluable and I will be going back as often as I can. I enjoyed my time at Rescue Spa and I have to say it is well worth the price. If you are on the fence, dont be - call and book a facial with Kellyann. Your skin will thank you.

She was very informative knowledgeable and I left the facial room feeling so relaxed and a new woman. she gave me additional information about self care, skin care and maintenance. First class as well to the front desk staff: Amanda, Lilly, Erin, Victoria, Debra, Jess and Geo (I made it a point to take all their names) because they enhanced my experience. Super helpful and friendly ladies here. Not my typical type of store, but they carry a hard to find soap that I use on my psoriasis. They always greet me, help me get my soap, and get me on the way. Thanks for the soap and pleasantness!

First time visiting and received a BioLift Facial with Aneta. Let me just say it was life changing! Best facial I have ever had and I have had plenty and love skincare and all things Anti aging. The spa is beautiful, everyone is super nice and professional and immediately when you walk in you feel relaxed. I can’t wait to go back! Also my skin looks so freaking amazing Im obsessed.

Tried a dozen different ways to log into their website via Facebook (it recognized me from before but still needed a different local login) and tried creating a new account but kept getting errors. How do you get a login error when creating a new account? Why do you need a second login when you are using your Facebook login? So frustrated this place is highly rated and just wasted over 20 minutes trying to login and failing.

This was my first time being a customer, at a spa and it was everything I was hoping for and more! First of all the whole staff was friendly and very helpful.They took my jacket, showed me where the refreshments were, and showed me the locker room. The locker room included a sauna, two showers one with steam, lockers with a robe and a pair of sandals! I had a classic facial done by Kate! She was so sweet and so knowledgeable, she asked me my concerns then analyzed my skin and provided her recommendations! She offered me products based on my what she noticed while analyzing my skin! The facial was extremely relaxing and my skin looks amazing right after the service! I will definitely be returning and telling friends!

Had my first visit at Rescue Spa today and let me just say that I will definitely be back! I had the most amazing massage with Mahlon. I had no idea how much stress I was carrying around until he worked out every knot. I had a facial with TaraLyn who gave me great advice on how to bump up my skin care game and sent me home with some samples and hand written instructions. Ended the afternoon with a manicure and pedicure from Brittany. 10/10 all the way around and every person was beyond helpful and so friendly. The atmosphere is perfect! You can definitely tell how much they care about their clientele.

I love this spa. I have been a client for almost 10 years and it is hands down the best spa in Philadelphia. I have manicure and pedicure as well as facial services here on a monthly basis. While, the costs is a bit higher than other spas in the area, the quality of service and expertise offered is well worth it. It particularly suits me as well, because I live a clean, no make-up no fake nails life. My skin is taken care of by a top esthetician and my nails always look beautiful and healthy. Additionally, during my visits, I am always greeted by the lovely Lisa who provides me with a relaxing cup of freshly brewed hot tea or a glass of iced tea. Overall, it is a great place to escape to from the hustle and busle of the city, work or anything causing stress in your life.

Went here for the first time today and had a classic facial with Enna. It was the best facial Ive ever had. So often I leave facials red and blotchy, but today I was glowing and not at all red, even after all of the extractions. I also learned so much throughout the process.And I really appreciate the fair pricing here. Ive gotten facials along the Main Line that I think are just overpriced for the experience you get, which is why I started looking in the city. I cant wait to go back and maybe try some of their other face treatments!

Got a classic facial with Ida, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and she gave me some samples to try at home! My skin has never felt so great after that, I will definitely be returning!

Of the handful of facials Ive had, Jenis was by far the best. Incorporates lots of massage so it felt good during, and left my skin in great shape. I had no problems with the counter staff (dressed pretty casually).

Just finished my second facial with Cheryl and WOW. Not only is the facility beautiful and the front desk staff friendly and helpful (they always take the time to price products for me and even provide samples for me to try), but Cheryl is amazing. You absolutely cannot beat the quality of a Rescue Spa facial and the price point is beyond reasonable for all the time, attention to detail and product used! Cheryl legitimately takes the time to analyze and assess my skin and any concerns I have, and treats EVERYTHING within the hour period I have with her while educating me on what she’s using and what I might benefit from. I never feel pressured to buy anything either. Cheryl makes recommendations and pulls product for me but I always feel comfortable to say, “You know what? I’ll do this product today, and this one the next time I come.” Overall, I’ve had two back-to-back quality experiences where I’ve left with visible results, and I buy one product at a time so I can start to build my own skin care arsenal to take better care of my skin at home for more consistent results. I normally love this spa, but my experience this time was terrible. I am left with many pimples that I did not have before and what looks like a rash:( I wish I could say good things

I got a facial for my birthday and omg was it worth every penny! Felt amazing and my skin looked so glowy without being oily. The place is beautiful but no one was stuck up or snobby. Everyone was actually super nice and I cant wait to go back.

Annettas facials are the BEST. I travel all the way from NYC to Philadelphia just to receive one of her treatments. She is kind hearted, knowledgable, and her bedside manner is excellent.

Terrible customer service. Purchased Lotion p50 and I had developed 10 cystic bumps from it. Stopped using the product, bumps went away and restarted and the bumps continued. When I called to ask for an alternate product recommendation ... the so called consultant laughed at me, was rude and condescending instead of recommending and alternate product and spoke to me as if I was less than intelligent. The product may work for most ppl but no product works for EVERYONE. I will NEVER spend my money with these idiots again.

Barbarann- Hair stylist- is exceptional at what she does. Anyone who has long hair knows how anxiety riding it can be when your stylist asks how much you want trimmed. When the split ends come, I leave it in her hands. Her cuts frame my face beautifully. Whether she does a teeny tiny or a whole whopping inch i know shes gonna do a great job. i felt silly for feeling emotional when she suggested an inch and a hafl this last time! She reassured me that it was normal to feel that way, and our emotions and health are connected to our hair. I agreed with her suggestion, probably bc shes so nurturing and not pushy and the hair needed it!. BarbaraAnn surprised me be only taking an inch, saying she compromised bc she wanted me to feel good about it. Thats quality respectful service. We play around with color and I havent been disappointed yet. Blow outs, hell yes. All in all shes top notch and the way my hair moves and feels and looks, reflects that too.

Connie is amazing! I have combination skin and difficulty with sensitivity. I have lupus and during flares the inflammation causes a malar rash on my face. It makes my skin red and irritated with raised lesions. Ive had e estheticians confuse the rash for acne and make it worse. Connie knew exactly what was going on with my immune system. She suggested products from Biologique Recherche, P50 and cream dermopurifiante along with Jan Marini sunscreen. My skin looks and feels phenomenal. Ive had multiple physicians ask me what I was using on my skin because its glowing. Several people actually thought I was wearing makeup. Not only has Connies expertise helped my skin look beautiful, she has helped me feel beautiful. I will continue to order any product Connie suggests for my skin. I cannot wait to get a facial from her at Rescue Spa on my next visit to Philadelphia. Connie is truly an asset to the Rescue Spa team. Im grateful shes helping me take care of my skin.

Best massage Ive had in a long time!

I was really hurt by the massage therapist Andrew at this location. I went for a massage and told him I had a bulging disc in my neck and he went very rough. I am now having horrible neck pain and migraines from the treatment. We have tried to complain to the spa but they deny it. Management is horrible. Do not go here - there are a lot of better places to chose from.

Maria does such an amazing job with eyebrows!! She is so talented!!
