Dr.Phelan has been my husbands doctor for many years. He had 2 forms of cancer, leukemia and bladder cancer. He wasnt feeling well and saw Dr. Whelan to be checked. Dr. Phelan examined him and called his oncologist at Fox Chase cancer center immediately. He didnt like what he saw. My husband went to Fox Chase immediately as requested by Dr. Whelan and was diagnosed with SLL. A very serious and life threatening cancer. My husband was hospitalized for 2 weeks. And is now on medication. As far as we are concerned, Dr Phalen saved his life. I cant say enough for our external gratitude to Dr Phalen. He is the best!!!

Dr. PHELAN is a compasinat and humble Doctor. He goes the extra mile for his patients. Dr.Phelan never rushes he takes all the time you need . I am very sad not to see him anymore as he now is a concier provider. I will miss him very much. Thank you Dr.Phelan I am a better person mentally and physically for having known you.
