First, the staff was great! Professional AND friendly!Nice facility.It was my first visit to OSH so I had to go through the initial paperwork to get my PCP changed on my insurance card. Michelle was very patient during that process!!I do not like the way future appointments are arranged by phone call instead of setting them up before leaving. Also not happy with 3-month interval between appointments. 6-months would be fine.Other than that, a pretty good experience.

Very welcoming and nice personal at the front desk. All the personal I met at the facility were extremely pleasant and helpful. The echo technician was pleasant and informative with regards to the procedure. I wish the best of success for OAK STREET HEALTH.

I called twice to ask a important question about my mother. Being a senior who attends Bingo on a regular base, never showed up & forgot her phone. And I called just to see if she was Ok. My never got picked up after more then 30 minutes later. How concerned you are about a person who’s were abouts might have been in trouble. Calls got transferred over twice and were never answered….Really???

They pick me up on time and when I got to oak Street the receptionist was very courteous and I interviewed with the coordinator saw an assistant position and then finally my doctor who Ive had for 10 years everything was professional courteous resulting in a excellent visit
