I love going to Oak Street, everybody is so nice and pleasant. Dr. Weiss is the best. I was so happy when she returned after she had her son.

New Dr. seemed more interested in my health concerns.But, why wouldnt they give me my prescriptions for procedures instead of waiting 1-2 weeks for them to come by mail.

I attended a new patient appointment with my dad. Everyone was so polite, patient, and professional from check in to check out. They clearly explained their managed care model and offered my dad time to determine if they were a fit for him to continue receiving care from them. The location was clean with a socially distanced lobby.

Stay away from this place!!! They will steal your identity. I went to Oak Street health. On May 1st 2019 to see a Doctor. They registered me and about 4-5 days later I received a letter from Medicare informing me that I opened an online Medicare account which I didn’t. I have no user ID or password for that account. I have reported the theft to the offices that I am supposed to report it to including the inspector General’s Office. They admitted to opening the account and apologized but sorry doesn’t always make it right. I could have opened an online account if I wanted to Fact is I didn’t want my info on line because I don’t have the time to monitor it and I’m angry about it.
