If it wasnt for Dr. Franzi I would go somewhere else. You can never get through on the phone and when you do they dont help you at all. I needed a referral while at the doctors and they basically said Id have to wait all day because they were busy with patients. Well, Im a patient. Front desk staff is always rude. The wait is always long but thats expected with COVID. Dr. Franzi is the only saving grace here.

Staff totally efficient and knowledgeable. They call, with patience, to inform test results, specialist recommendation, refill and ensure scheduling. No hassles, pleasent and Dr Franzi is the best MD Ive ever had.

The doctors here might be the best in the world - I wouldnt know. I had my documents sent to them early this year and was still waiting to hear back from them in March. I called and asked what was going on - it had been almost a month - and was told that the doctor was reviewing the paperwork and I would hear back from them if I was accepted.I know a lot of stuff has been pushed back now, because of COVID - Its now the end of May, and when I called to inquire what the heck was going on, I was told that they werent taking any new patients because of the virus. Thats great, but maybe someone should have notified me so I could find a doctor who wanted my business *before* I needed an appointment?

We have been seeing Dr. Franzi here for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent physician. He is caring, listens to us and explains everything. On top of all of this, he is a great person. Could not ask for a better doctor.

Under the state medical board, Doctors must ask the patient if a student be present, every time Im in the room the student just barges in disrespectfully.front desk staff are very rude, I feel like Im walking into a war zone, because of staff I walk out a nervous wreck. I come south jersey because Ive doctored under Dr. Wohl for over 20 yrs. hes the only reason I go..........

I love Dr. Wohl. He spends time with instead of rushing like some doctors. I followed him from another practice. I will follow him wherever he goes. Ive been with for about 17-18 years.

I have been going to this practice for 40 years since Dr. Stein and Dr Rottenberg were there and then started seeing Dr Franzi over 20 years when Dr Stein cut his hours . I love everything about him his kindness, consideration, and just how he treats people in general. it is a shame that he has the 2 blonde woman (Ann and Maureen) in the front representing him and the practice they can be mean and nasty and ignorant. I have heard them being so unprofessional in that office. talking about patients and just being disrespectful. If you need to treat people like that maybe you are not in the right position or this job for that matter I understand that dealing with people can be a thankless job especially when they are not feeling well but there is no reason to treat people this way. I had to get a hold of Dr. Franzi for my mom we were in the hospital at Jefferson and she was getting a serious surgery done and the surgeon needed to speak with Dr. Franzi ASAP I called the office and asked the women if I could speak with the doctor Franzi explained the problem and stated that the surgeon was standing in front of me and needed to speak with him. I was told that she would have Dr call me back. I then explained again that she is on her way to surgery and that the surgeon before he preforms this heart surgery he needs to speak with Dr Franzi again she said that she will have him call me back. She said that he was with a patient and would no disturb him. I then said thats interesting because I have been in with the doctor and someone pokes there head in and tells them that there was a phone call or an emergency so I do not know what her deal was. so then she puts me on hold and said I have to wait until he is done with the patient. SO FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THEM. Finally Dr Franzi picks up and spoke to the surgeon. Five stars for the doctors 1 star for Maureen and Ann

Dr Franzi is my dr and Im ALWAYS treated wonderfully. The care is amazing. Im in and out quickly and he gives each patient he same care and time.

Called to make a 1st time appointment was told I needed to send all my records for my specialist doctors first to then see if the doctor was gonna ACCEPT me. Lady on the phone said that the doctor, as a private practice, has the right to deny anyone. When I asked what reasons they would do that she said for any reason they want to. After expressing my urgent need for a Primary Doctor because Im having surgery soon and need a new primary, I no longer felt comfortable going there in fear of being unaccepted by the doctor. I understand them needing prior records but I didnt like the fact that they judge you on your records... I thanked her for her time and explained that I no longer want to make an appointment. I didnt realize there are doctors out here picking and choosing who to care for. I have great federal insurance that I pay alot for why do I now have to be worried that a doctor wont see me due to my medical history especially AFTER sending them all my records to all my doctors... Seems crazy to me.
