I love Dr. Kenig. She is wonderful. No matter what I came in for, she always does a basic check-up. She listens when I talk and truly shows she cares for her patients. The other doctors here I am not fond of, but I keep coming back for her.

Dr. Kenig is one of the nicest doctors in the Northeast. My wife started going to see her and each time she goes she always leaves with nothing but a positive attitude. I would definitely without hesitation recommend her to anyone who needs a good doctor.

Ive been seeing Dr Kenig for 3years or so and I love her. I see a number of doctors, but she treats me like I matter and she listens. She genuinely cares for her patients.

This doctor is the rudest one I have seen, ever!! She has no value for your time and when you call in for an appointment (front office)or inquiry, they dont let you speak. Instead they say Let me finish first. The doctor does not care if you are upset; instead she says i trust my staff and if you dont like us, please dont come in the next time. Trust me, these were her words. Im not changing it even a bit! I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and they are taking the necessary actions as of now.The hospital is average, not very pretty or even clean for that matter. Long waiting lines and lack of communication!!So whoever plans on going and seeing her, or the ashton medicine hospital in general, I would advice you guys to not waste your time and money.

I just received a letter from Melissa Kenig dated 4/16 re my visit on 4/15 the letter came on 4/26. It was marked to be certified with a return request and I received it regular mail. The letter stated that as of 5/16 she will no longer see me as a patient at Bucks Family Medical due to the problems I had with her staff. She stated I was out of line with comments. EXCUSE ME? The staff (especially the so called receptionists are the rudest, most ignorant and obnoxious things ever! I had to go to the hospital the day before (Sunday) due to the sudden onset of a stiff neck. Obviously I couldnt go to Kenig so I went to the clinic on street rd Bensalem Jefferson Urgent Care. That was a waste of time. The doctor said I probably (not might) have meningitis. I told her I know its not meningitis. Her reply was that the clinic couldnt help and either go home or to a hospital. I went to Lower Bucks Hospital and right away was told I dont have meningitis. I replied I know all that and only got one Tylenol with codeine and a lidoderm patch. Up all night; didnt sleep from the pain. Felt even worse the next day so called up Kenigs office and as usual got the runaround. Was told there was a spot around 4 p.m. and my reply was already told you I was coming in now, not when she felt like it! The b ....... actually said youll be waiting and my reply was no I will not! I was in even worse pain than when it first started. A neighbor dropped me off and as soon as I got into the office I got nothing except nonsense from the girls at the front. The medical assistants were great and so was Dr oxebhenny. But again I told him the front staff is not only unprofessional but outright rude and Im reporting them to keystone and other insurance companies

Dr. Kenig is great. Never had the slightest bit of a bad experience with her or that office. Before you’re done your appointment, shell always ask if there’s anything else. Making sure that you’re 100% good to go. She really seems to care. And once I needed a blood test done there, she actually called me with the results, not one of the staff. I like that from a Dr. not that it matters, she just happens to be really cute, too. Haha, sorry. But, no complaints about her. Although, I’m not sure she works at Ashton anymore. I believe I saw her name at an office in Bensalem.

Dr Kenig is a good doctor but staff is terrible! They never listen to you on the phone properly and sometimes they hang up the phone on you! You need call them again and again all the time!!!

I think shes great. I dont understand the first critical review. That is not the Dr. Kenig I know.
