This was originally my husbands doctor and now its our whole familys doctor. My kids love the nurses and Dr.tumasz. honesty I never seen the nurses or anyone in that office in a bad or rude matter, they always been so respectful and extra nice. When my kids are sick and need an visit asap they always find a way to fit us in. We couldnt of found a better doctors office.Dr. Elaine is awesome too she always say hi to us.

Doctors take time to actually talk with and listen to patients! Staff is helpful with referrals, prescriptions, appointments, etc. Office has several parking spaces, and on street parking is usually available. Most times I have been seen on time for my appointments; on some occasions the doctor has been delayed for medical reasons (not a scheduling issue). Sometimes it can be difficult to get an immediate appointment for normal appointments, but they refer patients to an immediate care facility for simple items. Overall, I have found this office to be very good as my schedule is fairly free. There are no weekend appointments.

Just moved to Philadelphia from New York City (New Doctors, Vet for the pets) and a whole bunch of new things. Time is always not on my side due to the fact that I travel most if the time and teach out of state. Dr. Tumaszs office went out of their way to fit me into there schedule with little notice (24 hrs). Went to the Drs. office, staff was polite/friendly, explained pharmacys in the area, hospitals even the parking situation and would recommend highly to anyone. The appointment went smooth and the transition to a new doctors was made easy.

The overall Customer Service of the staff is poor quality. Extremely RUDE! No people-person connection at all. There is an exception of two or more staff persons that I can admit who does not partake in this office shenanigans. I ask myself, “How is that this doctor’s office which supposedly structures their practice assumingely from the catholic religion has the audacity to cascade the walls of this office with photos and statues of the Pope as being faith-based orientated but yet they hires such inadequate staffing which are so unprofessional.” I am very much disappointed in the role of the nurse practitioner who stood offensively with the same unruliness behaviors of her office staff. There are two sides to a story but unfortunately she was one-sided with her approach when she entered the room during an appointment. It was never this way in years past experiences with this office. Since the hiring of newer staff I have become applauded at the fact that there wasn’t any professional present to have handled the disposition of the situation professionally. Everyone is entitled to have bad days but not in this kind of business. This staff desperately needs some ethical coaching and quite a few of them needs to face the fact that the healthcare system is truly not their call. It requires the genuine heart of a nursing staff to be of a caring soul to work with people. Unfortunately this is sad because it strips away at the equality which patients are entitled and it leaves behind untrusting feelings towards the decision to find another physician. The role of this staff in the healthcare organization has clearly left me and my family with tarnished residue that such behaviors can exist in this field. I am so disappointed especially with the physician whom I once entrusted and who I honestly felt that we both knew each other respectfully well. My only regrets is that I had trusted you and your facility. I will be praying for this office and the mannerism of these staff persons to be changed more positive towards future interactions with the patients the service.

I am one of his new patients and this has not been a smooth transition for me. For example, the nursing staff seems to be uncooperative because they input the wrong NPI number for my specialist when I gave them the correct information beforehand. This snafu caused my specialist appointment to be cancelled in another medical office. Lastly, the answering service employees need a course in customer service. The woman had the never to blow her breath and be perturbed with me because I wanted to speak with the doctor on call. I miss my previous primary doctor immensely! However, she closed her practice for other career opportunities.

I’ve been a patient at this office of Dr. Lobianco’s for years and the front office women have alway been amazing. The office is busy and they are always working hard but today I had a real problem with a script (medical insurance not them) and Teressa in the office was absolutely amazing she not only called me back with updates but stayed on a call with my perception plan provider through several transfers and even checked with the Pharmacy to make sure the script was correct and able to fill. This may not seem like a lot but if you could of herd her compassion, patients , professionalism and throughness in this call you would be blown away. I just what to say thanks, and a Doctor’s office is not just the Doctors which are excellent but the people who truly give patients the care and help they are the back bone. The ones behind the sceans, in this case Teressa and all the wonderful lady’s helping her while she was helping me.Thank you all for not just a job well done but going way above and way beyond.Scincierly, Ben Pontarelli

Staff is horrible and unprofessional ! The Dr s are terrible about returning calls. My mother is a,patient of this practice. I am horrified by the standard of care she gets and the irresponsible way she is prescribed narcotics! Only go there if you want to be neglected or are looking for an easy way to cop drugs.

Excellent docs! But, . . .Literally the rudest, most absurd and ignorant staff in the history of modern medicine.
