My wife had a appointment for 3pm we waited for a hour and still dont not call my wife and she have lupus they dont care about you so hot in there no ac on. They races in that office

I had been calling for a week straight to talk to Barbra and attempt to switch my in person appointment to a telemedicine appointment. The receptionists were all extremely rude, refused to take a message and refused to let me speak to Barbra in person. Today i went into the office for my already scheduled appointment. The receptionist checked me in, said she would tell Barbra I am there and then proceeded to tell me that they have tried to call me the last two days, I had no missed calls or voicemails. Barbra came out and proceeded to call another patient in then approached me in front of the entire waiting room and told me she was refusing me treatment and my already scheduled appointment.

Wait weeks for an appt just to be called 2 days before to have it rescheduled out for another 3 weeks because they don’t enough staff. So unorganized!!

I’ve worked in doctor’s offices myself and never have I seen a more unprofessional and unorganized office such as this one.. they tell you that you have to come in for an appointment but yet you can’t make one and then when you do make one every time you turn around you get a phone call saying that there was an emergency and that the doctor or the doctor’s assistant won’t be there!!! I’ve called for referrals where they said they were there and then when I called the office where I’m supposed to go it was never put in I’ve left a message after message that never gets returned they tried to charge me a co-pay when I had none!!! Dr. Kimmel has the personality of a wet sponge and Barbara Anne...Who is not a doctor but sees patients like one... can never be reached!!! I would not allow my worst enemy to go there!!! 👎👎

First time being seen, had to schedule 3 months in advance because the doctor is always booked. Appointment time is 10am and waited an hour and a half to be called back. Then I waited 20 more minutes in a room. I had it by then, I walked out to the Receptionist desk to refund my five dollars I had to pay to get my blood drawn. As I walked up to the desk I saw a woman in a white jacket. She immediately stop talking to the patient and walked away towards the first exam room that I was assigned to. She seems to be a good NP or Dr .whatever she is because she never introduced herself 👎🏾

Never had a problem with Barbara! Shes guessed things that she thought I had when I went to see her! I had test done and she was right on point of what was wrong with me! After seeing a so called Dr.Habboushe who prescribes all kinds meds for everyone! The Death Doctor Thank God I left!!! Barbara Layton is the one for me!!! Love Her!!!❤

Dr Kimmel has been my Doctor for 30 years. Never thought that I would find one as good, now he has as his associate Dr Barbara Layton. A good place to visit for York health needs.

Dr Kimmel is one of the best Doctors I have ever been to . He gets right to your health problems ASAP.Never had I called a Dr on there off day and them call me back with in 10 min .. The staff is Amazing too . If your looking for a new Doctor hes the one!! Thanks Dr Kimmel for caring✌🏻😊😊😊

Dr. Barb is the best doctor here. Hard to get an appointment with her sometimes, but the wait is worth it.Expect your appointment time to vary by at least an hour when youre seen.

I like the doctors every one was nice. I will go back. 😊😋😊
