Was not told what charges would be ahead of time not given itemized receipt until I called back for one and charged twice for ointment and disinfectant once for the in office use than again for take home which were the same ones he used in office! For a low cost vet they certainly made a point to charge for every possible charge and don’t let you know before hand the cost

Dr. Ravi Murarka is a wonderful vet! My cat, Cricket was very sick and in some pain and after seeing Dr. Ravi he is 100% better! Dr. Ravi is so thorough and tells you exactly what is going on with your animal. He personally called me on a Saturday to tell me the test results. He is no-nonsense, doesnt make you worry with incorrect speculations, and doesnt act superior like other vets. Dr. Ravi and his staff let you know that they are there for you and your animal if you have any questions or need additional help. His vet tech, Caitlyn is professional, efficient and kind. She skillfully tackles the obstacles of working in the COVID environment with confidence and proficiency. I also heard from dog owners that he knows how to handle big dogs very well. We went in to get our bunny neutered, the process was hassle free and the staff was friendly. We received a call from them the next day asking how our bunny was doing, which is thoughtful of them. Personally I was satisfied with the service.

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, they are under Dr Murarkas care. I found his name that referred by my pet insurance from my union-sites. Dr. Murarka is a great , kind and compassionate to all my furry kids. Once, we had an emergency, I called him in the mid of the night, he picked up the phone and answer our question. Knowing his passion to all my furry kids, I am sure trusting him to care all mine.

Dr. Murarka is experienced and has a good knowledge base. Always ready to see an animal in need. He makes himself accessible by phone for questions and follow-up. Been using him for years. He helped to start one of the first feral cat programs in Philadelphia.

We have a bearded dragon with special needs named Zeus. We went on a 9 day vacation and was baffled at how many places wouldnt take zeus to board. Our anxieties were quelled when CVC took him in and cared for him wonderfully. When I came to pick him up, they had a detailed list of when they administered vitamins, baths, and syringe feedings. We left Zeus in great hands, and we cannot be more pleased with this wonderful vet clinic!!! 5/5!!!

Dr Ravi Muraka is the Best Vet in the World and has helped Animals All his life. He is definitely a Vet that cares the most about the welfare and care of the animal and its Never about Money. He started and set up the Surgery and Clinics @ PSPCA and has worked tirelessly for years to assist animals and does the best surgeries in the city for the lowest cost.

I have taken my pets to Doctor Murarka for the pasted three years, and his professional services have been excellent. He is compassionate.

This is a money scam facility. Took my cat there because he has a cough. The vets manhandled my animal and even dropped him off the table. The one vet said sorry, laughed and said he was a dog person. Told me a blood test would help and when results came in said everything was fine but still had no possible answers to what could be causing a cough and suggested I spend $100s of more on Ultrasounds, Xrays, and others but with no information as to why. Gave me pills labeled cough tablets which didnt work at all. Every time I call for records no one is in the office, I have to call back later, etc. Facility is not well kept either. I was more upset leaving this place than I was going in.

Dr. Murarka is a wonderful veterinarian. He is very compassionate and has fantastic follow-up. Im quite fortunate to have the Veterinary team close to my home.Thank you Dr. Murarka!

Dr. Ravi has by far been the best Vet I have ever visited. The care and services he offered were more than spectacular. On 4/13 I had been calling around to all sorts of Vets quoting prices for spaying rabbits. Dr. Ravi had by far the best offers and no way do I regret choosing him. 4/15 was our appointment date and were told to come a 6:45pm to drop our little ones off. We had arrived quicker than expected at 6:00 and he had no problem taking us right away. We filled out some paperwork and just like that we were told to come back when he called us at 8-9:30pm. At 9:30pm we receive a call about our younger, she rabbit took longer than expected but surgery was a success. The phone call then goes on and he mentions he finds a scar on our other rabbit and asks us if we would like to move forward. I say of course and the surgery begins. It was about 10:30pm when we got the call that our little ones were ready and we wanted nothing more than to bring them home. Picked them both up, paid the man and went off to home. As soon as we get home we go to put them in the cages and our youngest one has blood in her eye. After further review we determine the injury was due to her trying to get the cone off but as time passes it gets worse and worse. Finally, I call Dr. Ravi and immediately he answers and at this point it is about 11:15pm and this man lives an hour away and has to be up at 8:00am the next day. After talking on the phone and sending him pictures of what her eye looks like we were told to meet him at the Clinic. We got there at about 11:45 and he was waiting patiently and I could see how tired he was, but he did not let that stop him. Our rabbit was given the proper eye care and today 4/16 I receive a phone call and text message asking him how she is doing. Her eye inflammation went down and she is looking better and better as the hours pass. What Doctor do you know that would call you, text you personally, or turn around when he is on his way home at 11:15 to take care of one of his little patients. Dr. Ravi cares about his animals and I would recommend him to anyone I know and you should to.

Dr Murarka is a great vet, he is kind and compassionate and cares greatly for animals. Ive been coming here for 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr Murarka makes caring for your pet affordable and is always available for a questions you may have no matter what time a day. I recommend him to all my friends and applaude him and his staff for the contribution they put forth everyday for animals and there caregivers.

Vet was ok at first, but felt I was overcharged. The vet knew how sick my cat was & I was prepared to unfortunately put him to sleep. Yes, he did help but only prolonged my cats life for a week. When I called to finally have him put to sleep, he still insisted on doing more procedures. Obviously that didnt happen. My cat died the following day. Clearly, he was trying to use my sadness to gouge me for more money. I wont go back to this vet.To my fellow cat & anamal lovers stay far away

I had an appointment to have my dog neutered and 20 minutes after my appointment I was still waiting for someone to show up. I finally got a hold on someone at the other location and found out the doctor had eye surgery that day and my appointment was rescheduled.

Had horrible experience with this placeMade an appointment, a “doctor” that barely speaks English was 40 minutes late and he didn’t even say sorryMore over I’ve spent 200$ to treat my cat from ear infection and his medicine never help so I had to go to other placeDon’t recommend this place to anybody!!

Worst vet ever should be named no compassion vet clinic tried to get me to do unneeded test and then couldnt locate paperwork on my dog only a few months after test were done never again will I go here
