The best facility in Philadelphia. So kind and caring. Highly recommend all of the doctors here. The vet techs are equally as great as well! I will be coming here with all future pets I own!

After an evening of vomiting, Art City Vets saw my cat Matilda the next day at short notice. Her vitals came back fine, but an x-ray showed that, much to my surprise, she had swallowed over 10 hair ties and had to have them surgically removed. Art City Vets was extremely communicative, frequently calling me with any updates, even “no news yet” updates, and explaining the cost & benefits of every recommended procedure and option. The price was communicated up front with an itemized bill at the end and no hidden or unexpected charges. It was extremely stressful to have my little baby in surgery, especially because I couldn’t go in at the time due to covid restrictions, but I felt assured that she was in excellent hands with a team that really cared about her health and comfort. She has now made a full recovery and I couldn’t be happier with the experience (given the circumstances). I hope to never come to their urgent care again, but I will readily recommend them to anyone with a sick pet. A minor billing issue was quickly and kindly resolved. Art City Vets took amazing care of my puppy Duchess! All of the doctors were very professional from the start of her care.From checking in at the front desk, the professionalism and care I’ve received over the phone was beyond my expectations, and being an urgent care hospital, I know how hectic it can get but I was never made to feel as if my pet wasn’t a priority. The techs made sure to answer any concerns I’ve had and kindly explained the medications to me, making sure I didn’t leave without anything not being answered.I trust this hospital with my pets care! They truly care and are passionate about what they do and it shows.

If you ever have any questions about pricing, good luck! Theyre completely non-transparent and unhelpful with a deep unwillingness to be helpful in this context. Originally they were really great and provided good treatment. Id only recommend them if you just dont care at all about pricing being consistent and fair.

The team at Art City vets is fantastic! Everyone in both locations (conveniently across the street from eachother)is all so kind and you can tell they are passionate about animals. I had to bring my beabull here for a walk-in visit due to a bad cough that she developed over the weekend. Each employee that we encountered from the front desk staff to the vet technicians as well as the doctor that we spoke to were extremely professional, thoughtful and helpful. They were able to diagnose her issue and provide medical care promptly. Best vet I have been to in the Philadelphia area by far.

Easily one of the best vets out there! We kept coming here regardless of where we lived in Philly. They did a fantastic job helping us prepare our dog for export when we moved to Australia (notoriously strict). Thanks Dr Aller and the rest of the team!

I switched from companion to here after going to them for years with my one senior pugs ear infections. Was referred to Dr. Aller by a fellow person with a senior pug . He had a game plan to attack the ears and so far it has been working well. They even flushed out his ears something they never did at companion which I am sure helped the medication get in there better. Since then we have had out other middle aged pug have a dental with Dr. Aller, something I always was nervous about bc of the squishy faces and anesthesia but it went extremely well. They also follow up when they say they will which is something that started to bother me about their former vet.

I just can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone on staff is. My poor girl (8yr old pit bull) developed a hematoma on her ear. We visited as a walk-in appointment. Every single person on staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, & professional. I felt comfortable and knew my Letty was in good hands just based on the warm welcome but even when I called and just seeing how they interacted with the rest of their clients was so nice. It was great to be treated as well as people who already had an appointment. Great location, fair prices, & amazing staff. Just perfect. Looking forward to making this our permanent Vet for Letty and her two fur brothers. THANK YOU ART CITY VETS!!

All of the doctors are very knowledgeable and keep me informed along the process. Client education is key and they are firm believers of that. Prices are beyond fair compared to everyone in the city. I’d recommend this office to anyone! Everyone I spoke with was sweet, informative, and very comforting. I took my cat Buzz in for an emergency. They took care of him right away and called me every step of the way to let me know what was being done and how he was doing! They give you the best advice and price options available so if you’re pinched for $$$ they will find a way to make it work. I will definitely take my cats here from now on! 5 stars across the board

If I could give 1000 stars, I would.I brought my dog Milo to Art City Vets after another vet had told me that, while doing x-rays to see if a chicken bone he had scavenged had done any damage to his stomach, Milo had what appeared to be a mass on his heart. I had been told it was likely a tumor, and that there wasn’t much they could do. I was devastated, and was meant to hear back in two-three days from a specialist if what was really there was life threatening.At urging of a friend, I went to get a second opinion and called Art City Vets. While they were booked for scheduled appointments, the lovely tech who answered the phone told me to absolutely bring Milo in as a walk in after I blubbered to her my situation.I had to leave him there due to COVID restrictions (and it being 20 degrees outside at the time) so I couldn’t wait outside, but I was called by the doctor who was attending to Milo and she was very sympathetic and understanding of the situation. Being a walk in visit, the entire process took a total of four hours, but I was promptly called every 30 minutes with an update from a tech, just letting me know how Milo was doing even if he hadn’t been seen yet by the vet. Sometimes two different techs would call me with the same information, not having realized the other called - they were just so mindful of him and gave him so much attention and love in my place.They ended up having to do a second round of x-rays but in comparison to the first vet I took him to, they had his results back within an hour for half the cost I paid at the other vet.As it turned out, Milo has an aortic arch that is on the larger side of normal, and what had caused all the fuss in the first place. The tech who met me when they discharged him relayed how relieved the entire team was as we got my (slightly traumatized) boy down to my car.Since then we’ve had much less traumatic visits, but every time the staff greet Milo and I like family, and I know he’s getting the best care. I will never take my dog anywhere else, they are truly some of the best care in the area you can find.

Great experiences here everytime. They really care for your pets and its very everyone is friendly and professional. They helped us connect with the compounding pharmacy to compound medication for my cat. Dr. Edward Aller and Dr. Annie Howell are excellent. Highly recommend.

My English Bulldog would be a red, itchy mess without Dr. Aller! He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us several treatment options, explaining each carefully. The brand new facilities are gorgeous and top of the line. I am so glad I found exceptional care at a central location close to my home. I also feel at ease knowing Art City Vets is open after hours and 7 days a week. Best vet in the city!

Had my dog checked in for urgent care at 5:15pm when walk in ends at 6pm. After I had finished checking in they came out and told me they would no longer be seeing me and to come back tomorrow. When I asked if I could come at opening and be seen first they said no and that I would have to wait in line all over again. Absolutely awful. The front desk staff also tried to say my dogs eye injury was not an emergency and my dog is now admitted at another vet hospital. I would never recommend this vet.

We had such a great experience at Art City Vets urgent care that we started taking our three pups here for their regular vet appointments. Every doctor and vet technician is so knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. Their COVID-19 precautions are also very safe. The prices are very reasonable and the service is wonderful! The medical care here cannot be beat!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!I took both my pets here a couple weeks ago as a walk in, on a Monday morning nonetheless due to them deciding that they both needed to see the vet urgently.From checking at the front desk to speaking to the technician and then the vet to go over my concerns was easy as well as the level of professionalism and care both my pets received.With ACV being an urgent care, of course they’ll have emergencies being admitted first but they never made me feel as if my pets weren’t a priority with their check ins and following up with me, assuring me my pets were comfortable and happy.

I was there today with my dog as a walk in. They were great. My dog is scared of the vet office and was very anxious before going in. When they were done woth his visit he was fine and relaxed.Didnt have a long wait to be seen. The staff is great. Doctor took the time to go over and explain everything to me.

I called ahead to verify that I could come in as a walk in to get my pup a heartworm test. When I arrived I was turned away because I wasnt an established patient. Im confused why you present yourself as an urgent care facility and when someone is seeking care they are turned away. It is a simple test and an important one. Maybe its because my dog wasnt golden enough for this yuppie clinic.

Had to take my pup here after he had a UTI and Art City Vets made the process so easy. I felt like they took such wonderful care of my boy. He recently also needed a tooth extraction and they were on the ball about everything. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner!!

I had the most amazing experience with art city vets and with Dr. Aller. My dog, Pebbles, had a very inflamed and irritated area on her ear that she scratched and it developed what looked like a very serious infection that was causing her pain and a lot of itching all night. I was so worried and hadn’t found a vet in the city yet. This vet office was recommended by a friend and I took my dog in as a walk in the next morning. Dr. Aller saw my dog immediately despite my dog being a new patient to their office. Dr. Aller was very thorough with his assessment of Pebbles and was very professional and caring and explained everything so well. I also love that they offer such flexible walk in hours every day in case of future emergencies! I highly recommend this vet office and am definitely making them pebbles’ new permanent vet!

What a great place. I had bought my cat Bruno in on a Sunday. A day after his regular vet visit where his vet stated that he was fine. My cat had a urinary blockage which is deadly and I knew that was the case. My cat was not well and Art city vets were the closest that was open on a Sunday and I was told by Penn vet that they were full. Art city vets looked over my cat and knew that he needed the care of a hospital. They had contacted Penn vet to refer him as an emergency and Art City did not charge me for the visit! They were so caring and efficient. I went to Penn Vet afterwards, My cat had to stay a couple of days but hes back home and doing well. Art City even called me to check on Bruno! Thanks so much for the great service at a stressful time!

I take both of my cat babies to Art City. I don’t trust just anyone with the care of my fur-children. Every experience I’ve had at Art City has been a positive one. Every doctor I’ve seen has really listened to each of the issues we’ve had and has worked with us to find the best solution. Every vet tech has been kind, caring, and accommodating. And every customer service representative has been friendly and helpful. Putting trust in the people taking care of my babies has always been a big deal to me. So I don’t take this lightly when I say that I’ve always felt secure with the care that Art City has provided. Not only are they hard workers, but their level of care and compassion really shows.

I have been taking my cat to Art City Vets for almost two years and am continually impressed! The staff is extremely friendly, informative, and patient. It is easy to schedule an appointment and the pricing is fair. I am especially thankful for Dr. Glantz (and Dr. Shafer), both of whom have seen my cat. Both are thorough, good with my cat when he is nervous in the exam room, and do an excellent job of explaining information and providing options while keeping health and care the priority. I highly recommend this practice!

Ive been coming here since my puppy was 2 months and he is now just over a year old. Today, I called about a non-emergency walk-in visit. Amy said the wait is about 45 minutes. I live 5 mins away. I drive there to wait. I call to let them know I am outside waiting. Suddenly, the wait is an hour and 45 mins. Now I wish Id stayed home to get some more work done. An hour and 45 mins later, I call, wondering why he hasnt been seen yet. Im taking time out of work to wait outside and its 89*F. They said hes almost up. They call me back to get his history, which I already gave twice. It has now been well over 2 hours and I have to leave. I am home now and they just called me to come in. I said its been too long. I am never coming back.These people really dont care at all about your time. If they did, they would allow you to agree on a window of time for walk-in appointments, and not just demand that people be outside waiting at their door for untold hours as if we dont have anything else to do with our time.Aside from this, ACV is a very basic Get you in/out vet office. They initially recommended a diet for our boy that caused serious ear infections. Ive had to take all their advice with a grain of salt, do my own research, and go to another vet for second opinions. For dogs, if you have a mixed breed and a lot of free time to wait around, they would probably be good for you. Dont go here if you have a bigger/purebred/unique health needs dog that needs a bit of specialized attention, or any semblance of a schedule to adhere to.Also their customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes, youll get a nice welcoming associate. Sometimes you get someone whos just angry at the entire world and doesnt want to hear about your issues/questions.Go to a vet office that treats you like a human being and lets you accompany your pet inside to see what the heck they are even doing.

I brought my cat Gus to Art City Vets today for the first time. I was very happy with the service they provided. Even though they were clearly busy, they never made me feel rushed when answering my questions and speaking to me about Guss care. I felt like they actually cared about his wellbeing and he wasnt just a number! I saw Dr. Zack Glantz and he was so kind and knowledgeable. Everyone there was kind, helpful, and caring. I spoke to Sophia at the front desk and Dominique as the triage tech and both made me feel heard and at ease during the process of Guss care. Thank you guys so much for helping Gus and easing my anxiety for what was a stressful situation with him being sick!

The team at Art City Vets has been awesome to bring our pets to over the past couple of months. We have been to a few vets in the city and this is by far the most responsive, helpful and affordable place we have come across. We will definitely be sticking with them for the long term!

My friend recommended Art City Vets, and I was not disappointed. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs to the doctors themselves was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was incredible. They asked me how to pronounce my cats name, they apologized for calling me later than they say they would, and they always answered my questions in a non condescending way. Parking is ample, and there are a variety of stores in the area to visit while your pet is inside. Wait times are high, but that is to be expected given we are still in a pandemic. They are opened on weekends and weekday evenings and have an active Instagram page. I dont get spammed with emails, and there is a pet patient portal I can access online. Their website is easy to navigate, and you can read about the doctors there. I would say ACV are mid range in terms of cost and they are a little far from where I am, but I am willing to pay a little bit more and travel a little bit further to give my cats this level of quality care.

Art City Vets is so wonderful! I love bringing my cat here because the space is so clean, the staff is so kind, and the doctors really show care with the animals. The COVID procedure of not entering with your animal is seamless, and all conversation and payment is done over the phone. Going to continue coming here, even though I am moving farther away!

HIGHLY recommend Art City Vets for your urgent care needs. I had a dog with tummy issues, unable to keep food down and eventually stopped eating. I brought her in and she was in and out in just about an hour. I was expecting to wait much longer but they were able to figure out what was going on and we were on our way with the needed medication and prescription food. After a couple days, my girl was on the mend and were all good a few weeks later. The positive reviews are legit. Im very happy with my experience at Art City Vets.

Posie was recently spayed, and I was incredibly nervous (we had a dog pass away during surgery a few months prior--at a different practice).Dr. Glantz was incredibly detailed and patient leading up to the surgery and Dr. Fennelly was amazing the day of and following surgery. Fantastic first time experience as a new customer all around! From speaking with the customer service representatives setting up the appointment to dealing with the staff in general my experience was nothing short of professional and pawsitive!!

I took my rabbit in for a general wellness exam and to check out his eye which was very leaky. This is one of the few veterinarians in the city I found that works with exotics which includes rabbits. Dr. Aller was the vet for my rabbit and he was very knowledgeable and good with communicating me the details of my rabbits health and his eye problems, both in the first visit as well as during the follow up to recheck.He also helped me carefully weigh different options for care and allowed me to come to my own decision about how to move forward. I asked about the pricing before any procedures were done and medicines were purchased. I appreciated the transparency with the estimates so I could understand the total invoice better. The prices were very reasonable as well.They are having customers wait outside during the COVID period and giving customers information over the phone. The process was pretty smooth still. I waited in my car when the weather wasnt so great.Thank you to Art City Vets for helping my rabbit get better!

I have now had two emergency incidents in the last 3 months between my senior cat and a 6 wk old orphaned kitten. Both times I had called my vet to see if they could fit me in and both times I was told it would be weeks. I understand the pandemic has caused issues in staffing and whatnot, but it was still disappointing.In both events I ended up reaching out to Art City Vets and they were so kind and understanding to my situation, and were able to see my kiddos same day!They treated them with such care and were so kind to me. They gave me solid, sound advice on course of treatment and were not pushy about doing more than I could afford.I’ll be making them my regular vet from now on. They are great people and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Had to pay a visit to their urgent care facility yesterday for our senior dog. Was recommended by my normal vet clinic for a fast response to the issue we were having. Dr.Howell was fantastic! It goes without saying that we had to wait a bit for a walk-in appointment, but once we were seen the process went smoothly. Dr. Howell explained everything to us by phone during the appointment and even gave us a few additional tokens of expertise.She just called me for a follow up to make sure Maximus was doing well on the antibiotic. Will be recommending this place to friends and family and plan on making the switch permanently to this facility. Thank you again!

Its obvious that the whole staff cares about the pet as much as the owner does.Dr. Tassoni diagnosed his MCT. They were incredibly comforting and informative. They went above and beyond at making sure the diagnosis was correct and that they didnt miss anything. When the lab results came back from the biopsy as low grade I could tell they were as happy and relieved as I was! Thats goes to show the level of passion they have for their work. Im very grateful.The surgery was performed by Dr. Howell and the anesthesia team. The surgery went off with out a hitch, considering my dogs age that must be no small feat. The incision healed wonderfully, especially considering how much tissue they had to remove relative to the size of my 15 pound dog. Nothing but good things to say in that aspect.All of the receptionist are very courteous and helpful.As an anxious owner the fact that they are so willing to answer any questions I have as soon as possible weather by phone or email was a godsend.Also, you can tell a lot about a business by the level of precautions they take in regard to the pandemic. Although its not the best having to wave goodbye to your pet at the door, it is far outweighed by the fact that they very obviously care about the safety of the staff as well as clients. Who would be there to save your pets life if everyone is home sick with covid?Nothing but positive things to say about every aspect of care throughout this whole experience. There are a lot of other good things that I left out, but there was nothing bad that I can think of to mention.

I took my dog there when she had been sick and our regular vet wasn’t unable to see us. For a walk in, they were very fast! My appointment was over within an hour. It was difficult not being able to go inside with your pet, but I felt confident here that my dog was in good hands! They also followed up the next day with a call which was very much appreciated!

This evening I noticed my 5 1-2 month old puppy acting very strange. She was frequently urinating anywhere but her potty place and that just wasn’t like her. I called Art City Vets and Urgent Care and they were able to see us immediately. Turns out she has a UTI. The vet was AMAZING! He informed my husband and I of every step of the procedure. And held our little fur baby who we could hear crying while he was going over the results. We are extremely grateful! Thank you Art City Vets and Urgent Care for your open line of communication and phenomenal care! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of care for your pet!

The staff are really sweet towards our dog. Dr. Zemanian was really responsive and thorough in answering our questions and giving us extra tools to help our puppy be healthy and well socialized.

After many years with another area vet, and many recommendations, we decided to switch to Art City Vets. They were very supportive, particularly with COVID restrictions, when Snoop Kitty, our wonderful zen cat, passed away in June. After being petless for the first time in decades, we adopted two adorable black kittens (Bo and Scout) and took them to Art City for their checkups.Both the vet and the entire staff are professional and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

My cat is very shy and skittish, so the kind and gentle nature of Dr. Tassoni made me feel completely comfortable leaving him for the virtual appointment. Dr. Tassoni was very thorough and answered all of my questions, and Im very happy to continue to take my cat there.

My new cat (his name is Chicken!) wast eating for days so I brought him to Art City Vet walk-in. They took him in and treated him within minutes and the Vet spent plenty of time with me over the phone explaining things and even follow-up personally a few days later. Even with the complications and demands of COVID they provided better treatment than Ive had at any other local vet!

I am SO excited for Dr. Allers new hospital. He is an amazing vet that has cared for my girl for years. Hes extremely compassionate, kind and patient with my lab that does NOT like her nails trimmed. He truly cares about animals of all types, YES he even sees rabbits, guinea pigs and other exotics. Hes an advocate for rescue groups and always goes above and beyond to help them! Congrats Dr. Aller - youre AMAZING!

I just moved to the area and have a sweet kitty boy who gets sick a lot. No other vet has reasonable hours or could see him within a 2 week period. Not these guys. Called this morning and told me I could WALK IN! (Call in for Covid times) but as a busy gal who wants to make sure her cat is taken care of... can’t express my gratitude enough. During quarantine time, I took my kitten for vaccine. Art city seems like a place people recommend a lot on Google so I picked here.Because of this pandemic period, they ask pets owners wait outside and only pets can get in, which is understandable. However, they injected the FeLV vaccine without asking if my kitten is an indoor cat or outdoor cat!!! By reading articles, I learned how harmful this vaccine is for kittens kidney and for indoor cats theres no reason at all to inject this vaccine!!!!!!!!!! This is so unprofessional and not reliable!!!My poor kitten got 3 shots at ONE TIME!!! WITHOUT ASKING any information or explaining any vaccine to me before injecting!!!!What a horrible experience!!!!Again, even thought Im not with my pet, you should verify conditions with the owner before injecting vaccines my pet doesnt need!!!

Great place. Will keep coming back. Had to bring in one of my cats to be put down and the team was great at making this difficult moment as easy as possible for both me and my cat. A few days after our visit, we got a very sweet letter in the mail that all of the staff had signed and left us messages for our loss. Human and caring in every way. We will continue to bring our other cat here for the great service we received.

We started taking our puppy here and found them good if painfully expensive (about $400/visit for a dog whose worst problem was ear infections). But then, after a yearly check-up at which they ran several routine tests, I got an email saying all tests were negative... with an attached PDF reading that he was positive for lyme. I called them up, and the person on the phone re-affirmed that the tests were negative. I pointed out the PDF and finally got them to acknowledge there was a positive result. Um what? Why did I have to be the one to interpret the results properly?? Had I been less attentive, our poor dog couldve gone untreated for something serious. This is what we pay them for. The vet apologized profusely, but we cant trust them with the dogs care anymore. Started going to Philadelphia Animal Hospital instead, which has so far been more personable and less expensive.

Art City Vets is by far the best vet center Ive been to in Philadelphia. Dr. Aller is extremely knowledgeable, skillful, and accommodating. The vet techs handle my cat well and ask great questions. The receptionists stay on top of things. Everyone is so kind. The office is very clean and modern. Im giving my highest recommendation.

Dr. Zachary Glantz has been the rudest vet we have ever had the displeasure of seeing. He has accused us of trying to take our dog out of state when we asked for medicine for his car sickness, does not communicate with his staff, does not understand the very basics of canine separation anxiety and was condescending unpleasant and inflexible to our dogs needs.Art Citys staff is wonderful but I will never trust my dog in the hands of someone so incredibly unprofessional. Ask for a different vet if that is who youre talking to.

We recently moved to CC Philly. Initially we had selected a vet close to our home, however, a need for urgent care for our kitty brought us here by referral. Quite frankly I was blown away by the care and experience. Our cat was seen by Dr. Wensil who was very thorough and communicated with us tirelessly. We will be switching to Art City Vets for primary care!

Jessica at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and made setting up my appt a breeze! I wasn’t able to go in the building per covid regulation, however Dr Shafer made me feel completely at ease and thoroughly explained everything that was going on. My cat isn’t the nicest lady to strangers but she seemed very at ease and not stressed at all upon coming home. I couldn’t recommend this office more! They really deserve every single 5 star rating, thank you guys!

Art City Vets are incredible! They opened around the same time that I moved to Philadelphia and they have taken great care of my dogs and my rabbit. It was very tumultuous moving (one of my rabbits got GI Stasis and one of my dogs got a salivary gland infection in a 3 month period) and both their urgent care and normal appointment availability made me feel like my family was getting the care they needed by fantastic vets who understood the importance of my animals to me. I feel confident in the care that my animals receive and look forward to continuing to bring my animals there for all their needs.

Dr aller & staff are amazing. I have never had such a great vet before. Very caring ,friendly. They take care of my rabbit ( pudgy) like he was one of there own. My rabbit just had surgery and I was a ease and comfortable knowing he was in great hands. I love art city vets.

They took great, compassionate care of my 19yr old cat who became acutely ill. They were very kind, recommended reasonable treatment that wasnt over the top, and they are well-priced. Ill be bringing my other cats here for care in the future!

*** update on my review from when I first got my dog***I couldn’t be happier to have found Dr. Aller and the rest of the staff at Art City Vets. My dog, a French bulldog, has had plenty of issues and frequents the vet! Thankfully, i always feel at ease when I have to take Pepper to the vet. They are so thorough and honestly care about each and every one of their patients. Pepper recently had a terribly cough that ended up turning into pneumonia and the staff took immediate action to take care of Pepper, from allowing her to stay the whole day in order to hydrate her and monitor her, to ensuring my husband and I were at ease with the situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet. Thank you everyone for all you do for us and pepper!I just had my first visit today and they were great! Clean and welcoming office, friendly staff, and the vet was excellent! Happy Pepper found her vet in Philly. It’s also a super convenient location and the hours are the best, to fit your busy schedule.

Have passed this place a few times in our neighborhood and was excited to see they were finally open. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to accommodate my first choice option. The offices and exam rooms are clean and bright, and the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Aller was awesome with Martin and spent so much time talking with us and answering all of our questions. Highly recommend Art City Vets!

Dr. Aller and the entire staff at Art City Vets is as compassionate as they come. The hospital itself is modern, clean and inviting. In fact, my girl likes to stop in for a happy visit just to see her friends and get a treat. Their prices are extremely fair for the level of service they provide. I also love that they except walk-ins and have extended hours for urgent care incase of an emergency, a lot of other vets are not open late night. WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Art City Vets is great! We took our brand new rescue dog in for a check up and heartworm/flea & tick medicine. They were so sweet to our new dog Titan and answered all our questions. The office is clean and all the people who work there are sweet. This week Titan got into some chocolate and they spoke with me over the phone to make sure I knew what to do in case of an emergency. Im happy to have found a vet so local and so friendly and helpful!

I got to know Dr Aller and his team while designing the offices. Seeing his commitment to creating the best environment for his clients was inspiring! Art City Vets has become my familys new vet since they have opened. All of my animals(2 cats plus dog) are strangely comfortable in the office. They have always been scared in other vets office...their comfort is a big sign to me that the office if full of love and care not to mention clean, bright, airy, and modern. The entire staff is friendly and love the animals that walk in. Office also has great hours that are tremendously helpful for busy lives!

EXTREMELY over priced. Paid over $200 for two vaccines which I’ve never experienced, wanted $500 for my kitten to get spayed which is insane I’ve never paid more than $250. Office looks nice but these people see many animals a day and aren’t personal with the pets, doesnt feel like they actually care about your animal while there

Friendly, caring and welcoming staff and doctors. They truly love animals and it shows. Knowledgeable and take time to explain things. You don’t feel like they are trying to push things on you your pet may not need.

This place is the best ..hands downI took my pregnant female here she was cared for like if she was a queen they were very informative they explained everything to you the front staff was excellent and Dr. Aller Was very caring and understanding. My female had all her pups and I will be returning with the pups to this vet I highly recommend this vet to anybody you will be very satisfied and you will be in very good hands

Dr Aller is amazing! I was hesitant to change vets but decided to try and see because it is so convenient. I was pleasantly surprised. Great hours, amazing staff, and I couldnt be happier they are in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

My only complaint about art city vets is that it ruined all other vets for me when I had to move away for work! Dr Aller was so warm and nice to my puppy, and seemed really up to date on treatment regimens, especially as they pertain to the region. His office is clean and modern with electronic medical records, and a very responsive front desk staff. I loved that they emailed me lab results within 24 hours. I hate my new vet in Detroit, it’s so gross and they have a sad handwritten vaccination record. Missing Art City Vets 😢!

We brought our puppy here for her vaccinations. Dr. Aller was wonderful and took a lot of time to explain everything we would need to know about caring for our puppy in the early stages. His staff was super nice and the whole facility was clean and beautiful. This is a neighborhood gem for sure!

Beautiful new facility, and I believe weve seen every vet there at this point. All of them treat our pitbull mix Auggie sincerely. Sadly, he has a terminal illness now, but the vet initiated the difficult discussion about when to consider euthanasia purely to make sure he is treated as well as possible. Im glad they were so willing to share their thoughts on the matter.

We recently took my beloved cat Lily to the Art Vet. She unfortunately succumb to heart failure while we were there. The staff at Art Vet gave us the most loving and compassionate care in dealing with our loss. Words can never express the kindness they extended to our family. Thank you guys so much.

I found a new Vet for my cat Sergio!! I had the best experience when I went there for my cat. My cat was hit by a car about a month and a half ago, I took him to another animal hospital and I will say the care was good, however it was more about the money to me. Update my cat is recovering well, he still is limping and his bone is still healing but I did bring him to Art City Vet because he was hiding under my bed a lot and not drinking water so I was very concerned. I was trying to find a place and I found Art City Vets online and I read the reviews so I took a chance and I am very glad I did! From the first phone call the service was excellent. When I took my cat in the same day the service was super amazing, everyone was polite and very caring and warm. They took my cat right back even tho they originally said it might be a wait but they wanted to make sure he was ok first. And when Dr. Aller came in for the exam he was very attentive and through. I do wish I got the names of his assistant and the front desk lady but I was just so relieved my cat was ok. And after the visit they called the next day to check in on Sergio. I did not get a chance to talk with them however they left a message. And to top it all of the price was very reasonable and Dr Aller made it about my cat not the money, so whenever my cat needs service or any check ups I will be taking him to Arts City Vets from now on! Best experience I had with a Vet yet! Thank you guys for the amazing service !!

I was really hopeful when I found Art City Vets. But unfortunately, my experience was mostly negative. Everyone was rather friendly, the office was beautiful and welcoming, but when it came to actually getting my cat checked that is where this office fell short. My cat was rather unsettled at the vets office, as he isn’t a fan of being held down (who is?), but this resulted in his temperature not being taken, his heart not being listened to... really anything that is supposed to happen in a vets office did not happen. My cat was basically visually looked at from a distance. My cat is a really sweet boy, who had no history of acting out so this whole experience was very shocking to me. It seemed to me that Dr. Aller was experienced, but the veterinary tech had no clue what she was doing, and this was very disappointing and I believe it ultimately was the reason my cat was so aggravated. I feel this way because I was able to take my cat to another vet, and they handled his aggravation just fine and were able to do all the necessary checks. Ultimately, I am more than disappointed as I did pay full price for this experience and as a struggling grad student, I don’t have the extra money to spend. I care very deeply that my cat gets the best care, which is why I chose ACV in the first place, but who has 75+ dollars to waste? I was also given a drug to give my cat when he goes to the vets office and to clip his nails which I tried to use, but it did not work. This obviously could have been my error. But needless to say, it was truly an unfortunate experience.

Dr Aller is a fantastic vet. He’s been taking care of my cat for years, and it is very exciting that he has his own spot now. The hospital is very modern and feels state of the art. Not only does Dr Aller do well with the ongoing issues a geriatric feline has, he also got him to get down to a healthy body weight, all with only inexpensive and easy techniques. The new hospital has a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

By far the best bet we’ve ever used! Dr. Aller and his staff are phenomenal, and truly care about their patients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup! Dr. Aller has gone above and beyond his duties as a vet to make sure my dog is happy and healthy— he has even called and texted on several occasions just to check in on him! I will only be using Art City Vets from now on.

This place was amazing! Super clean and comfortable and the whole staff was friendly and warm. Its great that they care for small animals, which isnt very common, Dr. Aller took great care of my sick Guinea Pig. When I returned for my cats care I got Dr. Shafer who was one of the nicest people in the world and a ninja with giving cats shots. The techs are all amazing too. I am proud to call this place my vets office and recommend it to anyone!

We couldnt be more thrilled that Art City Vets moved into this neighborhood. Dr. Aller is an incredibly compassionate veterinarian who is patient and willing to take the time with our four animals and us to understand their needs, medications and such. We have a cat with breast cancer and navigating her treatment and care has been challenging with other hospitals in the past. We had a great experience on our first two visits with Graham and Tabitha, our vet techs! Thank you to Dr. Aller and his team for all you do.

Dr. Aller is a wonderful veterinarian who is absolutely up to date on all of the latest trends in the field. My beagle has been his patient for sometime now and I cannot express the level of compassion and knowledge Ive witnessed over the years. To say he is the BEST is an understatement. Dr. Aller saw my dog Cooper for his first annual well visit since moving to the city and I was very happy with the appointment. I got a reminder call the day before. Dr. Aller got my dog up to date on all his vaccines and educated me on one that wasn’t in his records from previous vet hospitals. The location is ideal and the clinic is nice. Will keep coming
