Never again will I go here. I went last week after work to get a full acrylic set and a pedicure. The water was steaming hot. As I was getting my pedicure still sitting in the chair Sue came over and was gluing nails on my fingers. It was my first time at this nail salon. I’ve never had this happen before. Then I told her a nail was crooked she denied it after three times of me saying it she took it off. Then after gluing the nails on they moved me to the table where nails should be put on at. They didn’t even clean my cuticle. She was in such a rush. She sent someone else over to paint my nails and jumped to another table to do someone else’s. After only a week of having my nails I’m already missing two. This place is the worse I would not recommend it to anyone nor will I be going here ever again. Save your money and go else where.

I’ve been a customer for years with Sue. She was yelling at a woman with oxygen on July 4, 2021 The women was explaining how she wanted her eyebrows waxed wSue started yelling do you want me to do it or not. Once women went to waxing room Sue was yelling so loud I heard her from the front of store. I will never be returning due to her being so unkind to client the woman was very upset crying in her car. I went over to comfort her. Prices are very expensive. I would not recommend anyone going there for a relaxing time kindness not even good work

I went to get my nails filled 2 days ago and I am very disappointed with the outcome. The polish is on my skin, the nails are the wrong shape, and the polish is already chipped/cracked. I have had gel acrylics last more than 2 weeks from here in the past, and this one not even lasting a week? Each nail is a different shape and the whole appointment seemed rushed.The price for a full set costs $40, and I paid $40 for a refill which also seemed like a lot. I have always had great experiences in the past, and this for sure was a surprise.

My daughter and I treated ourselves to spa pedicures and full sets of ombre nails. The pedicure was divine. Mia and Nana did great with our nails.The salon is very clean. The staff is gentle and kind. The experience was delightful. I will be going back.

I have been going to this salon for years. Today, they lost my business. I got a pedicure 2 days ago by Fiona. It turned out horrible and got completely destroyed the NEXT DAY in the evening when I put socks on. This means it never even dried because evidently, she put on too many coats. I returned today to get a color change because the pedicure looked atrocious. Despite explaining to the front desk the reason for my visit, I received a bill at the end of the color change. After trying to explain, again, that I was getting a color change from the pedicure I received just two days ago that was faulty, the male owner came over to me and gave me the biggest attitude, saying I should have done something differently and that it wasnt their fault. I then explained, again, what happened. He laughed in my face and then told me to do things differently next time. I told him there would be no next time, and he laughed in my face again and said its fine and then proceeded to walk away. The lack of professionalism and plain rudeness is outrageous. Clearly, this place does not value years-long customers. Never returning here again.

I am very disappointed after going here today. I went to get my dip powder removed and get a gel manicure when I asked about the price they told me a gel manicure was $25, they didn’t mention anything about the $5 just to remove the dip powder. When they were using the bushing machine the woman pushed so hard it felt like my nail bed got burnt all while she was trying to tell me that I should keep the dip powder because it’s stronger, too concerned about he money. After sitting with my fingers wrapped for 30 minutes, which is waaay more then you should, another woman finally came over to take them off to start my manicure. Then the woman who did my gel manicure was rushing. When I got In better light, it was lumpy, uneven color and had bubbles in it. I don’t think it took her more then 5 minutes. I used to go here all the time but their service recently has been subpar. I will not be going back and will go to another nail salon to fix their botched job.

Rita does phenomenal job. I got the deluxe pedicure and gel mani. Service was totally worth the money. Shes very nice and friendly. I was very impressed that I had to write review immediately after leaving.

Trust me when I say that you will NEVER go wrong with having Iris as your nail tech. She is extremely good at what she does and is very on top of length, shape, etc.. she makes it worth every penny and gives you what you want. An absolute perfectionist. I make sure to see her every two weeks for my gel refill and I tip her well every single time. Love this place and love her!!!

Very bad service. I asked for a refill and they refused to give it to me and when they put on new tips they filed them down so much that my real nail bed it longer than the tips.

Disrespectful and rude. instead of fixing the mistakes they made on my friends nails, they decided to mock her. they were all laughing at her and went as far as making jokes about her old self harm scars. this is unacceptable, there is absolutely no excuse.

Very nice people and clean, no matter who you get here they all do such a good job....just make sure to have money on hand for tips because they dont take it out from debit...they do have an ATM machine in the salon but I got charged a fee eventhough its said to be free-guess its depending what bank youre with.

My pedicure tech forever to do a pedicure and then I got another lady to finish. Then when it was time for my manicure, the lady rushed. Now two weeks have passed and my manicure color wont come off. The polish is stuck to my nails and seems so old.

I come here because I live right across the street and Its convenient but I honestly don’t care for this nail salon their prices are very high I came to bring my 3 year old niece to get her nails and toes done and they charged us 33 dollars for a 3 year old smh

The workers are ignorant, made fun of my friends self harm scars right in front of her face while laughing at her and just being outright disrespectful, 10/10 do not recommend this place the employees are very rude

Started going here about 5 years ago & loved it. Nana was my go too tech, and when she left no one could tell me w/ a straight answer if she was actually gone or just off for the day. Then I started seeing Jennifer, she was amazing & knew exactly what I wanted/needed by the time I walked through the door. She ended up having issues with the owners & ended up leaving, after that the shop went down hill.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

They always make me happy, all of them are nice, gentle and makes you feel comfortable. I live far from there but I dont care to travel because is the only place that I trust my nails too.

HORRIBLE!! my nails came out so bad! my lady rushed so much and skipped multiple steps (filing, buffing, cuticles, and cleaning under the nail to get the extra acrylic out). She didn’t give me a hot towel when it’s supposed to come with an acrylic set. When one of them smudged, she fixed it in the wrong color. My friend was in the middle of getting her nails done and the nail tech (the only man that works there) answered his cell phone and sat there on the phone for atleast 20 minutes. we were all extremely rushed and are NOT happy with the results.

I like the atmosphere in here. Its nice and relaxing with the pretty lighting. It is a hit or miss with the nail tech though.

My nail smudged and the nail lady saw that it smudged and didn’t fix it. So after my nails were done drying i told her and all she did was paint over it with the color and clear coat, she didn’t even fix the smudge.

Linda took care of me from start to finish!!! I got a spa pedicure! It was amazing, we had good conversation, Linda was very personable! The massage was just what I needed to lift my spirits! I recommend this place 100%! Ask for Linda! Get the spa pedicure they have specials throughout the week!

I got my nails done today I got a overlay which they said was 25 and a gel pedi which was 35 and they charge 70 .... the lady was rude !! NOT GOING BACK

The best place to go for a pedicure. I love the spa pedicure because its about 45 minutes but they massage your legs and feet for a perfect amount of time and also use hot towels and hot rocks. Its so relaxing. The reason why Im only giving it four stars is because Ive been coming here for about three years and they never used to charge me to for certain things and now they changed. Still, if you want your hands done, ask for Sue, shes very good.

First time there today! The First Lady I had looked like she was scared to cut my Cuticals for my pedicure, and I politely asked someone to cut and shape my toes, they had no problem with my politeness!!! They were so nice! & I love my nails!!! Thank you Linda

I went to get my eyebrows done this morning, I asked the lady to keep them thick. She completely took half of my eyebrow off on both sides. Now I hardly have eyebrows. I will never go there ever again or recommend anyone I know to go there!

On November 8, 2018, I walked in to Queen Spa Nails located on 1701 Welsh Road suite 5 in Philadelphia, PA 19115 to request a eyebrow waxing service. Upon services providing I asked employee would I be able to pay via debit card, she replied yes. After service was provided I gave the employee my debit card to process payment, I assumed something had to be wrong with their debit/credit machine. Another employee was called over to help with the transaction, she comes over and says DENIED, you have no money, and tossed my card back to me. As I gained eye contact with her I replied Maam I know for a fact that my funds are available, there may be something wrong with your machine, because I know that I have money and I dont know why you just assume that I dont have money. She rebuttals to say If you have money go use ATM to get off twenty dollars. So As I walked over to the ATM I check my mobile banking app and I see there was a debit from Queen Spa Nails for $6. I walked over to her to show her the payment went through and she continues to tell me that the card was declined and I dont have any many. To say I felt embarrassed, belittled, and disgusted is an understatement. I felt the employees treated me unfavorably because of my race, and it is unlawful to accuse or harass a person when it comes to any aspect especially when conducting business. To end this story, the payment went through, which means I was accused, and humiliated in front of other customers for no reason at all it was completely unacceptable and any business owner who conducts business that way should not be in business.

I usually do not post reviews but I just wanted to let other ladies know about my experience. I went in on Sunday 8/9/18 to get a Spa Pedicure and gel refill. Spa pedicure was wonderful which was done by another technician unfortunately the acrylic work done by Sue was very poor. The gel polish was on my cuticles and terribly uneven. I had to have them fixed by another technician...i believe her name was Nana. She was very gracious and did a good job fixing and redoing them. Probably will not be returning.

This is my go to nail salon! I refuse to go any where else because these ladies (and man) are amazing. Once youve been there acouple of times and they get to know you, they actually remember not only how you like your nails but they actually listen. Everyone here is so personable and it makes the experience so much nicer. And of course my nails look awesome every time :)

I have gone here multiple times which they would do a nice job with my nails but I have recently been disappointed. I went in for a set and asked for something quite simple but the lady doing my nails messed up multiple times and couldn’t get it right. When she was done it didn’t look of what I asked for and there was nail polish all over my fingers which was hard to get off. I don’t think I’ll be coming back...

We asked for the spa manicure and spa pedicure when we made the appointment I mentioned it when we sat down but I still felt the two ladies starting us out had no idea. They moved way too quickly which is a bummer when you were looking forward to relaxing. During our manicure it became evident that the ladies had no idea we asked for the spa manicure. They were very nice but lacked the customer service skills that you expect from a serene spa experience. The whole experience just fell flat so we won’t be returning. The reason for only two stars is a basic lack of understanding of the English language, rushing through the services as if it was a busy time of day and they have little knowledge on how to use the hot rocks, and the fact that they thin the polish while doing the nails which creates streaks and could be considered a violation with the State board of Cosmetology.

I visited this salon since they opened. Lately have been disappointed. The lady was in such hurry, did not clear cuticles, nail polish applied really sloppy. I asked to have nail polish redone, not much difference as nail prep not done correctly. It appears as salon tries to service as many people as fast as possible. Would not recommend this salon and most likely will not return.

Warning to all about this place! I have been going to this place for years and thought they were pretty clean and did right by their customers. Well this past Thursday i went into this nail salon to get my nails and feet done and i was having a really relaxing time until my manicure! As the girl who was doing my nails was getting rid of the extra skin and stuff around my Cuticles she pulled to hard on my right middle finger and my finger started to bleed some. So as the girl was helping me to try and get the bleeding to stop on my finger she worked on my other hand and came back to my right hand, my finger had stopped bleeding yet and she began to paint my bleeding finger and when i got very uncomfortable about her painting my finger with while bleeding and ask her to kindly throw away the polish that she used she refused and acted like she had no clue what i was talking about! So i called the manager over and asked her to explain to the girl that she cant use this nail polish again and the manager said i dont understand what you mean by this! So i walked out of this place! Please dont go to this place they doing so very Unacceptable things

I love this nail salon! I had one bad experience and they fixed it for me with no problem. I have seen a few people here but I love my carlie. They are clean and always busy when I go. So that should say something about this place. Let me not forget to mention that carlie does an amazing job each and every time. My gel manicures last me the full two weeks.

I got my nails done on Monday by sue. I kept pointing out the issues she was rushing the whole time. My thumb nails acrylic was lifting. Was so upset I didn’t let her paint my nails. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!!It is now Friday and I’m getting my nails done again and that’s BS!!!!

Came in to get my eyebrows done... it was about 5:55 when I walked...the girl did a horrible job she took out a big chunk of the top of my eyebrow and made my eyebrow super short on the side I live right across the street so when came home and took a better look I called the salon to tell them I had an issue I went over to the salon and told them the girl messed up and they tried to tell me they didn’t know if my eyebrow was like that beforehand and that I had to come back When their employee was there needless to say they gave me my money back horrible service ive never in the 15 years of getting my eyebrows done have I ever had to ask for my money back because my eyebrows were messed up so bad

I always have a good experience here. Its a busy salon, but I have never had to wait for service, even as a walk-in. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Nice place it was very busy I had the spa pedicure and a manicure the only thing is I felt a little rushed but that might have been my perception because of it being so busy. I didnt have an appointment I walked in there and they took me maybe the next time Ill go in the morning when they first open.

If i could give less than a one star i would. This place is absolutely horrible! I got a gel refill the lady rushed through it and did an absolutely horrible job. The gel acrylic was hanging over to my skin. Before i left my nail was lifting off and the lady tried to blame me when my nails were not lifting before i got my refill done!! Find another place this place is terrible and the work is horrible!

I think this may be my second review but I absolutely love this salon. EVERYTHING is on point to me. I drive 20-30 mins to go here when I have plenty good options less than 5 mins from where I live, so I imagine thats saying something!

Went in today around 12, received a wonderful pedicure by a lady named Iris. She did an amazing job! She spent her time with me- and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Very small talk because of a language barrier, but I am usually very quiet and rather not talk, so I enjoyed that!The last time I was here, I was rushed.. probably because it was a Saturday in July...However this time, I felt incredibly relaxed, the small massage felt awesome! I feel soooo confident now that my toes look pretty!Will be coming back here every month on Thursday’s with Iris!

I asked for gel mani/pedi but got regular instead. My mom and I wanted the same nail color and the lady tried to give me the same one from a different bottle which we kept arguing was a different color until she finally put the other color on my one nail and then she had to re-do everything. We were there forever and it was unnecessarily stressful the day before my wedding.

The first time I came here, I got a gel mani & regular pedi. It was rushed and the final result was ok. I decided to come back and I’m glad I did because Linda was great! She took her time and was nice to talk to. Definitely will come back and ask for her next time.

I noticed that this nail salon doesn’t have great reviews but I’ve been coming here for about a year now and every time they have done a good job and they are fast they have so many people working u don’t need to wait hours for your turn lisa is my fav very good and clean nail salon I can say that one lady did mess up my eyebrows one time but for nails and toes they are great and there special on mon-wed is my fav

I have been going here for years and there usually is never a wait and the staff is always nice, but about 2 weeks ago I went to get my usual gel mani and pedi and within days my gel polish was chipping. I brushed it off and thought maybe I had done something different and it was my fault. Wrong, yesterday I went again for my usual nail day and today they are chipping and wearing off. I have seen them constantly watering down the regular polishes with remover but never saw them doing it to the gel colors. Im wondering if this is the culprit. Either way, I wont be returning.

Ive been going to Queen Spa Nails for now for over 3 years I will not go anywhere else in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to get my nails on my feet taking care of. It is one of the greatest experiences that you can ever have going to Queen Spa Nails they do other things that are the nailery refuse to do you get the hot rock treatment on your legs and feet theyre very very happy people they dont mind doing anything that you ask him to do four and designs on your handsTrigits on your toes the atmosphere is great and the nailery is very very clean Im very funny about things like that. The spa and Sue the owner is a great person to know. She would do whatever you asked love the place the people try it youll like it.

First time I was there was like last year. the asian women argued with each other when I wanted a darker pink color for the french gel mani. i almost walked out. I came back the first time today. french gel mani cost $25. every single one was crooked. I will never come back. ended up there today because the one across the street was packed. the woman who did my nails today was nana.

Like the service , if there is a wait they will make sure you arent waiting long. I just wished they used brand, new tools on each customer , they sometime just dip in barbicide to clean . Other salons use new equipment per customer
