Today I went to the Smile Direct Club in Philly and I had a great appointment!! My Smile Guide, Erica, was awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable (and my mom felt comfortable too), she answered all of my questions (and my moms too), and she didnt rush me. She explained everything she was going to do and constantly made sure I was good. The office was very clean and every safety precaution was taken. Plus we had forgotten our umbrella and when we went back 30 minutes later, thankfully the security guard had it. Everyone at this location was great! I highly recommend going to the Smile Direct Club on Walnut St. in Philly...if your guide is Erica, then your in great hands. Thank you Erica for your help today! 😁🦷

My whole experience was wonderful. Emma was great at explaining everything, and she even gave my mom a free lip balm. Erica was also really great, and the shop was very clean and inviting. I definitely recommend just going in to the shop instead of going through the hassle of getting an impression kit shipped to your house and having to ship it back with the possibility of having to redo them.

Yesterday I visited the Philadelphia location and had a pleasant and informative session with Erica. She was polite, professional, patient, attentive to my concerns, supportive, understanding, and most importantly non-judgmental. All the information was explained thoroughly and questions were answered when clarity was needed. I arrived doubtful and left hopeful, cannot wait to see what improvements the dentists are able to produce.

I feel as if this was a con going into the shop I though I had a decision on if I wanted to move forward or not, I guess I didn’t and was basically then forced to pay for the whole thing. I guess it’s my own fault but the whole thing seems scammy and I didn’t even get the results I wanted at the end of my treatment. I’d avoid these guys.

Brought my teenager here for the initial 3D scan 🦷. What a wonderfully pleasant experience! The staff was friendly and personable, office was clean with a relaxed atmosphere (the little pots with long grass and cacti 🌵 were a nice touch). Today I went to Philadelphia smile direct club.Erica was the best made me feel like home . It was the best visit.

I had a consult with Erica and she was great. The process is very simple, they take some photos of your mouth with an iPad and then take a 3D scan with a wand and go over the pricing and timeline. Erica made sure I was relaxed and comfortable and the whole visit went by very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Please note that this Smile Direct Club validates parking for customers that park at Park America Inc. located behind the CVS at 1117 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19107. I was not informed of this prior to my appointment, however. Placing aside my frustration with having to pay $27.00 for a little over an hours time of parking at the Jefferson University Hospital parking garage, I was pleased with the customer service I received from my this locations SmileGuide Emma. What I really appreciated about her was Emmas attention to making sure all of my questions were answered. I felt well attended by Emma and her manager who reviewed Emmas digital scans of my teeth. I look forward to receiving my aligners in the mail.
