Love this place. Dr lem is fantastic..Went in for a routine cleaning. Then had a tooth extracted a few months later. Very competent employees. The office and rooms were very clean. And I was immediately put at ease. Highly recommended.

Went to them for the first time today and the service was awesome! Loved the vibe of the office. Everyone was so personable and friendly. The cleaning process was fairly smooth as well. Not really much pain or discomfort from the typical gum poking they have to do. Compared to my last dental office they are a super upgrade. I highly recommend!

Struck gold by going to this place. I have had very high anxiety lately and the dentist was a trigger for me (sorry doc 🥴). The dentist and his assistant was extremely patient, gentle and kind with me - it was in all the small gestures they did to make me feel calm and I felt so happy about that even though I was in some distress. They put on jazz music for me to relax and were just overall so accommodating and it made all the difference!

I called for an emergency appointment an was scheduled within a reasonable time. My experience from start to finish was so amazing. The front receptionist was friendly and efficient. The Dentist and his assistant Ashley were GREAT. He & Ashley were calming and very reassuring the whole time I was in the chair. He made sure I wasnt in any pain before he started my extraction and the music was nice an soothing. This was by far the best experience I have EVER had at a dental office. Im thankful for them all and will be returning for dental care.

Ive visited P3 Dental in NE Phila. I cant express it enough that Dr. Liam is amazing. I hated dentist since its scary and more than often it hurts when the needle poke at your gum. Dr. Liam numb it with the gel first and then injected the needle to slowly numb my teeth. I dont feel any pain or discomfort in the entire process. As for the reason I go see Dr. Liam is I had a chip in back of my veneer, but Dr. Liam took the time and found out that it was my actual tooth that is chip and just needed a filling instead of replacing a veneer. I really appreciate the work and honestly of Dr. Liam and P3 Dental. I highly recommend this place.

Very easy to make appointment, quick check in and fast with paperwork. Paperwork is slim-lined and easy to fill out. Mostly check boxes. Dr Lem very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The office is very clean, and autoclave noted in special area for cleaning devices, The office staff very friendly and helpful. Their office staff is very friendly and committed. I live in the 19116 area and they are in a convenient location. They have a clean and caring environment. That lady took her time cleaning my teeth and she made me feel confortable with no fear that my teeth are going to break or that my gum would be ripped. I was never very fond of going to see dentists and always felt intimidated by the pain I expected to happen with each visit. Lacking insurance in recent years I began making trips to see student dentists and wasnt very pleased with the experience as a whole. Finally I made a decision to pay a little more and see a established dentist to finish the dental work I needed. Doctor Lem was highly recommended by multiple friends, so I made my first appointment and afterwards knew I would never go anywhere else, period.Every staff member I met is pleasant, extremely helpful, very professional, and have a natural feeling of concern for their patients that instantly impressed me. Doctor Lem was amazing and even had me smiling during a extraction! The procedure was done with expertise and the amount of care to make sure of my comfort was relieving. And the best part.. painless! Ive had multiple visits since then and each time the experience was just top notch. As mentioned before I have no insurance as well and found the prices very reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive. P3 are my dental heros and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I am and always will be frightened of needles. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentist in 45 years. The facilities are extremely clean. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist is very nice, friendly and ready to answer questions or address any concerns. I wanted to hug the dentist after my root canal. I can finally look forward to going to the dentist.

A wonderful Dentist Office!!! From the minute you walk in the door you are well taken care of. Every time I visit the office is clean . The doctors are amazing and very gentle. Ive always been uneasy in the dentist but the staff here really do have a way at putting your mind at ease. I brought my 93 year old father in to see them. Even with him not being able to communicate much at all, the assistants in the back took their time and cared for him as if he was their own grandfather. Very nice and down to earth staff. All around a great place!!

I cant say enough about this office. The front desk is amazing Belma takes great care of everything, hygienist are great and the dentists amazing. I as most have a fear of the dentist, in March I had to get a tooth pulled and have never done so while awake. The hygienist Lenore was by my side the entire time, the dentist eased my fear, they even let my spouse be in the room with me the whole time. I am now in the process of an implant and dont think I would have considered getting one anywhere else.

I had a molar extracted about two hours ago, & I was so afraid because it was the first tooth I ever had to have removed. Dr. Lem made it so relaxing for me & made me laugh which really helped the pain. Finally Ive found a dentist Ill be hanging around with for a while! Also, Olga, the receptionist at the front desk was SO polite compared to the others, she was so compassionate & friendly & really made me feel better about being at the dentist.

This is coming from someone who is horrified of the dentist. Gonna start from the beginning came in today 9/7 early morning appointment after experiencing pain in my teeth. Had an amazing warm welcome from the lady at the front desk after telling her how nervous I was she calmed me down simply by talking to me. When it was time to go back I was shaking and D really kept me calm again by taking not about my teeth she took my focus off being nervous and talked to me about other things life, work, things of that nature I think thats amazing because it truly kept me in my seat and kept me from running out the door. Next was for the dentist nicest lady I have ever met so gentle. I was told I would need my wisdom teeth taken out but would have to wait until I take an antibiotic so now time for the price and appointment I was thinking I would have to wait but they got me in for next week to take them out and get me out of this pain and showed me the price witch I thought I would be paying an arm and a leg this place is the first dental office who did not take advantage of me they all seem to truly care about the patients and i think they need to know how amazing they truly are keep doing what you are doing I know this my sound crazy but see you in a week for my extractions!!!

From the time I came in for a dental emergency in February 2014 through today, Ive never enjoyed my time at the dentist than I do when Im here. Ive never had a problem with pain during a procedure, but Dr Lem, Lenore, Ashley and the rest of the staff here are top notch. Anytime Ive been asked about a dentist, this is my only referral. Terrible experience.I spent there 2 hs for front tooth bonding (the procedure itself takes no more than 30-40 min). Dr. Lem who was treating me is completely incapable. First he applied too thin of bonding material and instead of adding more of it he trimmed of the front surface of the healthy tissue to make it even. To add more damage he also scratched my tooth and now I have white marks on it. So instead of having small chip fixed I ended up with severely damaged front tooth.On the top of everything, I waited more than 40 minutes before being even called for Xray. Then Dr. was running back and forth between me and another patient all the time. So I spent there 2 hs instead of 30-40min as procedure requires.

Worse experience ever , I came to them for retainers & they messed them up . Then made we wait 3 weeks for new ones that apparently never showed up . wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

I was able to get in for a next day emergency appointment for a cracked tooth that was causing me major pain. The staff was friendly, pleasant and very accomdating to all my needs. I highly recommend this group.

Im allergic to latex and the doctor keep using latex gloves. Shes changed the latex gloves without wash her hand. Its happened so many times.

I came to P3 dental for a root canal. The first time I went to P3 dental they did a full assessment on everything I needed to get done before they talked about pricing. After the check up, They gave me a list of the work that I needed to get done as well as the price of each with my dental insurance. My dentist was Dr lem, hes an extremely nice guy who is great at his job, highly recommend Dr lem and P3 dental, you wont be disappointed.

Dr.Len is awesome had double root canal today and its 4 hours after and I feel fine. Minor minor pain but nothing a few aspirin wont take care of. Most I know are in severe pain for days.

This is my second time going to p3, to be fair after going this time, my second time, is when I fell in love. My first time I didn’t feel any particular way.... my teeth weren’t that bad besides some yellowing so I just assumed they wouldn’t be whitened again without a professional whitening service. However, after going today and having a cleaning with their new hygienist my teeth are whiter than they have been in months. She spent her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth and educated me on technique and critical areas while informing me that I had a lot of build up (which is the yellowing I was experiencing before). I was then seen by a younger doctor who had amazing chairside manner, he took the time to listen to my concerns, did an exam and assured me everything was fine. He also didn’t try to push unneeded treatment like fillings. I really recommend them both and actually look forward to my next appt.

My last visit recently was for a routine teeth cleaning and I was very disappointed. My dental cleaning was literally 10 minutes long. I remembered because I texted my sister to tell her that I was about to get my cleaning and 10 minutes later I texted her that I was done. The cleaning was not thorough and I felt like it was very rushed. When I first went there, Dr. Lim did my cleaning and I was very satisfied and wanted him to do it again but they put me with someone else the next visit. What also made me very upset was that I had to pay out of pocket since I dont have dental insurance. I paid 100 dollars for 10 minutes. I really dont want to go back.

Ok my mom is the person who told me about this awesome place. My dentist dr. Lem is the best. Really cares about the person. And is very funny. The staff at p3 are the best. They try to make sure you get the appointment you need and call right away if anything changes. About a year ago I came in for a normal cleaning and they asked if I thought about Invisalign braces. I said no I cant because of how bad my teeth are. The dr came gave a look and fast forward to now Im 4 weeks away from having straight teeth . 1st time ever.
