The facility was clean and staff were nice. The wait wasn’t long at all. The dental assistant helped ease my anxiety by joking around and talking to me as if we known each other for some time. There was music playing in the background which was a good distraction for me. I am normally fearful of visiting the dentist but after this visit I will definitely return for any future care!UPDATE:After having a good first experience at this location, my second visit was anything but! It seemed like the staff were unorganized. I came to get fillings and after I was numb I sat in the chair for what felt to be a long time. The dental assistant who was assisting the dentist was in and out of the room. When he came in to start my work, he smelled like cigarettes and I’m not even sure if he washed his hands, since I could smell it through the gloves. He was very rough with my mouth. When the dentist came to check up on the work that was done, I told her the man was rough with my mouth. She told me she didn’t see anything where I was pointing, so she gave me a mirror. My lip was clearly red with skin peeling. I asked for Vaseline but she said they don’t have any in their office. It’s been a week since my appointment and my mouth is in so much pain. It’s sensitive to hot and cold and I get sharp pains where my dental work was done. I was hoping to have a good experience since it’s in my neighborhood and I wanted my dentist close to home, but I doubt I’ll come back or refer them to anybody else.

Im glad I found this dentist office. Even on my first call, the office manager (or representative) was great. I had a lot of questions due to the issues I ran into at my last dentist. The manager was extremely patient and helpful. We got disconnected and she called me Right back. This seems small, but its not common with a lot of health care offices. Once i got there, the rest of the staff was equally helpful and helped guide me through what was happening. They were up front with costs, the procedures, and what i should expect next. On top of this, the entire staff was very polite and professional.

I made an appointment at this practice twice. Both times I was told my appointment was canceled the day before my scheduled appointment. First, I was told the Dentist had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency. Due to the current pandemic I assumed that the doctor or someone in his practice was sick so I was very understanding. I rescheduled my appointment and have just been told that this appointment is also canceled. When I asked why my appointment will be canceled I was told that they were already booked up, which I didnt understand since my appointment was made a month ago. Then I was told it was due to having a new dentist in training in the office. I was then transferred to another young lady, Elsie who proceeded to tell me it was because an automated system called me the day before and left a voicemail to confirm. However my phone does not have a voicemail box set up so its impossible for a message to have been left. I called the following day after seeing the missed call. Now she is saying that she has no idea what message is on the voicemail because it is an automated system. She also said they call everyone the day before to confirm, but my appointment isnt scheduled until tomorrow and I did not receive a call today that missed call was from 2 days before my appointment.She was absolutely unapologetic for the inconvenience and miscommunication. She continued to cut me off several times and state just bring your children into the office. I would never bring my family or recommend anyone bring their family to this practice!

Wonderful establishment!I was able to be seen right away. The staff were very professional and pleasant. My dentist Dr. Broner was very polite and did his job well. Erica was very polite and personable as well. They even gave me a courtesy call later in the day to see how I was making out after I had my tooth extracted. I felt really bad fir missing the call, so I hope my review makes up for that kind gesture. I will definitely be recommending this dentist office to all of my family and friends!

Dr. Joseph Ciampa temporarily filled in for my original dental doctor, who had an emergency less than 24-hours before my appointment. (I hope all is well.) Nonetheless, I arrived - happy & ready. Dr. Ciampa comes into the room, with a dark cloud over his head. The first thing he says is Lets get this over with. Okay. He then goes on to speed-talk his way through looking at my X-rays. He proceeds to speed-talk, and rush the dental cleaning. He then asks for my age, as if my chart (that he was staring at) does not state that I am 24. He asks me if Im sure that Im 24. Sir, are you sure you belong in this profession ? Anyways, I said Im positive. You seem stressed & overworked. He said Excuse me ? I repeated my statement, to which he says Well, what do you want me to do ? Are you a psychologist ? Should I move to Guatemala & become a guru or (insert sarcastic hypothetical statements here .. I tuned him out.) I laugh it off & say, Thats your choice. From then on, I mustve angered him. Every two seconds, he says Maam. Maam, could you hold this ? Maam. He then scraps my gums extremely fast & rough, to the point where I told him to STOP. He then puts my hand down, and says Oh so today must be National punch a random white guy in the face day. I said Mhm. Must be. He made them bleed & swell, then blamed it in poor dental hygiene. I said Oh really ? Show me. He then says Oh, you want me to put on gloves and show you where it is ? I said Or ... you could look at the X-ray thats behind you & point out the flaws. He then says Yeah, because you have million-dollar teeth that everyone gets surgery to have. I say Oh, how nice of you. Now could you confirm that on the x-ray ? He then says You have cavities on your wisdom teeth, right here. (Hes pointing to my molars on the x-ray, to which he then says) ... Oh, thats not a cavity, nor is it your wisdom tooth ... Uhh ... hold on. SIR, Im not a dentist but even I couldve told you that what youre pointing at was in FACT A molar. At this rate, I couldve been my own dentist ! I dont know how he graduated not knowing the difference between a molar and a wisdom tooth. This was all caught on camera btw. He then says Oh, well your teeth are good to go & I suggest you get your wisdom teeth taken out because everybody gets them out eventually. Ill schedule a consultation. I immediately said No. Im fine. He then says I understand, but you may change your mind so well schedule the consultation 6-months from now. We can do it in the office- if you want laughing gas or at another location - if you want to be put to sleep because we dont do that here. I said No. I dont want either. Thank you. He then gets the assistant to schedule the consultation ANYWAY. He speed-talks his way out of the room & I legit side-eyed /ignored him. I left, unhappy & irritated but just wanting to go home. The receptionists were nice, even after I alerted them about the situation (Which was when I got home. Was too upset to talk in that moment.) So thank you to them. Throw the Paul Blart becomes a dentist dude away. Get some counseling, and some people skills .. Others wont be friendly & forgiving like me. They may just give you that national holiday that you were seeking.

My daughter Erica who works there referred me to the office. Everyone is very friendly, nice and professional. The office is very clean. I recommend this office to my family, friends, everyone. The best dental office I’ve been to. Looking forward to my next visit. I give this office 5 stars.

This place is Modern and with all the state of art equipment, with that said this place lacks common sense and good business practices! I went in for a cleaning, check up and for a tooth that came out! I was told I had cavities the last appointment I had, however no one asked, nor scheduled an appointment to fill my cavities at the end of my first appointment! I was given a price to replace the tooth and the option of a mouth piece that would be covered by my insurance. It seemed pretty strange that a dentist office would let a patient walk out without offering to fix a patients cavities! after all that is what they are trained to do? In the mean time I made an appointment for 2 of my family members! When I got there, the receptionist on Tuesday September 8 at 12:15 noon was the worst receptionist I ever encountered! She did not understand a word I said even after repeating myself several times! I made it very clear that I did not understand why this office never followed up on the cavities they said I had, and when I told her I was interested in making an appointment to do what the insurance covered, she repeated that anything other than a mouth piece, would have to be out of pocket! Let me make it clear here in this review, I opted out of implants and wanted what the insurance company would pay for! The girl at the front must have told me 3 times that the estimate they gave me was not covered, each time I told her I was interested in what was covered! Then instead of giving paperwork to be filled out as they did with me to the 2 new patients I brought, they just sat in their cubicle and ignored me! While I was there waiting, another patient who just got what I needed brought back his mouth piece because it was done wrong! At that point I realized I was dealing with an incompetent dental office and left! I would highly recommend to not use this incompetent office!

I called to make an emergency appt and they offered me one for within 2 hours. They are taking COVID precautions seriously. Dr Nash and staff were Great. He is one of the most personable dentist I have every seen. The staff as a whole were Awesome. I had a complicated issue and Dr Nash and staff were able to diagnose and remedy my condition that day. Outstanding!!!!!!! I highly recommend them for your Dental provider.

This dentist place was great in this pandemic time! I was greeted by some wonderful staff at the front desk they keep in protocol with the COVID-19 rules. Temperature taken at desk! Also my dentist Astrick completely transformed my smile I went in feeling embarrassed about my smile in the first place and now I can’t stop smiling in the mirror! I’m so happy and highly recommend them! Especially coming from someone who been afraid of the dentist my whole life this experience was great!!

I like the dentist at this place. However my issue is with the receptionist, I just got a werid feeling from them. They didnt seem as friendly as the dentist were. Also I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. Im getting tired of making a appointment just to still sit there for awhile.To the owner who responded to my review. Amazing experience very clean and friendly

I came in because I thought I had a filling fall out but it was a hole in my tooth that apparently a dentist saw some decay before, 2 months prior, and put a watch on it but never expressed that to me. I dont recall being told that or even given advice on how to prevent the hole in my tooth. When I asked the receptionist that, she told me that he was a temp doctor that day, still no excuse why it was never relayed to me. The same visit I was also charged much more on the recent visit because the last time I was there, it was apparently a new front desk clerk at the front desk who under charged me and I had to pay more the second time, which isnt my fault. I feel like the front desk person gave me more advice on my tooth than the actual dentist on what to not do with my tooth after I received a temp filling. I honestly dont want to come back.

There’s so many things that makes this place dope...the fact that they are super awesome and friendly. The front desk staff is helpful. The dental staff always puts me at ease when I have services done there. I definitely recommend this office, they are top notch!

The staff was really nice at the reception desk. When it comes to dentures they cannot make a set of teeth I’ve been back there three times and even took my old dentures as example to show how I want the teeth made and they still couldn’t do it it seems like they were student doctors. The manager tells me that I cannot get a refund for my teeth so I filed a grievance with my insurance company because I left there after the third correction and the teeth are still not comfortable I cannot wear them and my mouth continuously hurts it was a waste of time. You pay for what you get.This service was for my mother and she’s 80 years old.

Every staff member is very professional and polite and does an amazing job ALWAYS. They make me feel comfortable and makes me feel at home, it’s like they know me personally. Their work and customer service is always A1. Very clean and always understanding. The best dentist I ever went to. I always recommend them to others.

My appointment was for 11am and I got there at 10:50a I sat and complained about when would I be seen it’s now 12pm still haven’t been seen. I left out at 12:01 pm. THE VERY WORST PLACE EVER

I love Prime Choice. I am the scariest when it comes to the dentist. Especially afraid of getting teeth extracted. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They are very diligent with obtaining authorization for various procedures.I got several teeth pulled and replacements, NO PAIN!!! We are like family, when I go to my appointments. I have referred all of my friends, and they have referred their friends. I’m happy I found a dental home for life. I only wished I’d found them sooner.

I wish I have never went there. I went to get to simple fillings done and now Im in chronic pain with constant headaches. I think they drill too much and hit my nerves I cannot believe that now Im sensitive to hot and cold when I had absolutely no pain on before. I will have to go to another dentist to correct the issues I am having. Im so so upset I thought that I was going to prevent problems and now I have problems Im taking Tylenol everyday due to headaches from sensitivity to heat and cold. I wont be going back there.

Love this office!!!! I self diagnosed myself with all sorts of things and the dentist was patient enough to hear all of my concerns despite being an expert haha. My mom went to Pri meme choice dental & I was in the waiting area. The staff kept checking in on my and my mom was treated so nice. They even have me a little toy to take home. Its a great place. My mom didnt do any screaming so I know it was a great experience.

I am a new patient there starting yesterday. They were the best! I hate the dentist and for the first time I actually felt really relaxed and comfortable while they worked on me. The staff and workers there are overly polite and they make you feel like you’ve known them for a long time. My first time there yesterday was better than I expected. I really enjoyed chatting with one of the workers while she worked on my root canal. I have another appointment again next week on Tuesday and I highly recommend this dentist. I started going here in December 2017 and I must say I had an awesome experience. The staff are great and the service is excellent. I used to be the biggest cry baby in the City of Philadelphia, when it came to the dentist, until I came to Prime Choice Dental and they turned my frown upside down. If you have a fear, then you need to be here. I have never been so relaxed while getting dental work and also to know that the doctors and staff are very compassionate. Clean, kind, and helpful. Had some hiccups getting my prescription for antibiotics but other than that my experience has been awesome.

I had an appointment for a tooth extraction at 2:30. I wasn’t called into the back until 3:15 where I still wasn’t seen by the doctor until 3:35 . My tooth broke upon extraction which prompted the dr to tell me I would need to visit a oral surgeon. Then he walked out without giving me any aftercare instructions. I wasn’t given any prescriptions for the pain . And now I have to miss yet another day of work for a issue they could not handle . I had to visit the ER for pain management and was told that the dentist should have never left my mouth the way they did. Only good thing is the receptionist are both really sweet and so are the dental assistants . Today was the second time I was seen at least a half hour past my appointment time. Mind you I’ve only started going here about 3 weeks ago.

Entire staff is very pleasant. They show personal concern n care about your individual needs. Very tenative to you n ask if you are ok during the whole processing. I would recommend them to anyone. They also get you in and out of the office without a long wait.

Visited Prime choice on 10/1 at 12:21 appt at 12:30. I was the only patient in the office at the time. Filled my paperwork out turned it in @ approximately 12:50. At that point 2 other people walked in, Still I patiently waited! The one gentlemen went back, I didn’t say anything. Second patient goes back at 1:07. I still sit and wait. I get a little aggravated but I keep it to myself. I get up to look at the clipboard just curious to see what time the other 2 patients appts we’re. The one was at 10:45 I lie to you not. And the gentlemen’s appt was 12:30 like mine but of course he was late. Now I say something to the tall proportioned receptionist because the other one was sitting down on a call since I got there and it was with a patient from the conversation. You know what this lady told me when I told her I was waiting for a while? That the one patient he’s only coming in for...I won’t mention because I know not to violate the HIPPA unlike her that’s the reason I didn’t snap a pic of the patients info. but I’m sure you guys have that on record.I said ok and what about the lady who was supposed to been seen at 10:45 they said she called and said she would be late. Told the receptionist I felt mistreated and I would call to schedule a appt at a later date. You think she cared nope she smacked her teeth rolled her eyes said ok No one bothered to call or anything so my experience was horrible. My whole family was using this dentist but I bet we will never step foot in there again! Please don’t bother calling now you guys did enough

The staff is friendly in the back. The receptionist was friendly until she lied about calling me to Inform me that my dentures was back for me to come in for a fitting. I waited three weeks for that. I ended up calling after waiting so long for them to call me. The male dentist billed me for a cleaning that he never performed. And the office manager covered for him stating he clean what was necessary. The female dentist ended up cleaning my teeth for me. She is very nice. So far the dentures look nothing like my actual teeth. I will have the final dentures back in two weeks. The whole denture process has taken over three months and I hate them so far. Ive just seen the wax mold, not the actual dentures. I wouldn0t reccomend getting denture here. Due to the long process, Im getting them and will find another dentist for a new top plate. That is what Im recieving from them. I will write another review when I receive the finished product. I will call my insurance company and put in an official complaint when all services are rendered. So disappointed!!

They waste no time, and I feel almost at home. The doctor and all the staff take time to talk to you and on top of that they are always available. I love Prime Choice Dental!

Initial encounter was not bad, however no official documented tx plan was provided. Second visit didnt happen until a few months after, where the Dr on staff almost refused patient interaction with the support system. Comfort is essential with any patient regardless of age or level of dental experience. Disregarding a patients wishes to have a support member in his or her room removes the ability for a patient to experience the comfort they thrive to have. While room and space is a common issue, the rooms in this location are spaceous enough to accommodate.Over all the rooms are clean, tv for distraction and staff is well educated though the Office is clearly understaffed.
