Scott Wilson brought me back to full functionality after a disc slipped in my lower back. His adjustments relieved the pain but it was his coaching that really had the lasting impact. He taught me exercises that I could do on the floor at home to strengthen my core and take the pressure off my spine. I still see him somewhat regularly for a tune up but I do my exercises every day. Dr Scott is by far one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to. And I say that after going to at least 10. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me through lots of aches and pains. Highly recommend him.

For 9 months I had back pain and thought that was just how my life was going to be going forward. I was losing sleep because the combination of the pain and anxiety.
