I grew up receiving chiropractic care. When I moved to Philly, I resisted trying to find a new chiropractor but when I found Dr. Lara it changed everything. She is incredible and I am so lucky to have found this gem of an office! The staff is incredible and always helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend East Falls Chiropractic highly enough.

Ive been using East Falls Chiropractic on-and-off for about 6 months now and the experience has been consistently great. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and I always feel rejuvenated after my visit. The doctors always adjust my back properly but also tend to various leg muscles that I have abused from years of running. I highly recommend East Falls Chiropractic.

I saw Dr. Lara Garber. She was extremely helpful in reliving the tension and discomfort in my back. She used stretching, massage and spinal adjustment to realign my spine. The office hours are great with both morning and evening hours available.

Love this place. Scheduling is easy, convenient and on time. Aubrey at the desk is organized and make sure you are in and out. Docs are incredible and back pain is gone when I leave.

Dr. Lara is incredible. She immediately figured out what to look for, found it, and made the paint go away. Shes also pleasant, responsive, doesnt prattle. Ive just moved to PA and was so happy to connect with her immediately. The desk is helpful and friendly too.

The Dr took her time with me on my first visit to address the issues I was having with my back and shoulder and I instantly felt better after just that visit alone after a few more my back is completely better! EFC is the best thing to happen to my neck and back. I didnt understand the true science of chiropractic medicine until I started going late last year. The doctor I was seeing left during the pandemic but his replacement is great too. Everyone in the office is always friendly and pleasant.

I would highly recommend East Falls Chiropractic to anyone. I thought I had a bad back for years and so did other chiropractors. It turned out that my legs were so tight that it was putting too much stress on my back. After a few sessions, I was given a stretching routine and Ive been pain free since.

Thomas Caley is an excellent chiropractor. I have been searching for 7 years for a chiropractor with the integrity to trust my wholeness and well being. Given that my last chiropractor changed my life, deeply as the first and most prominent wellness figure in my life, Dr. Caley has a very high standard to live up to in my eyes. I need someone who will CHANGE MY LIFE! I need a doctor, coach, and healer who is present and fully alive every time I see them, who has my back, who looks at my body uniquely with every arising complaint. I most definitely need a chiropractor who has the intention to send me home as well and whole as my body can be. He truly wants whats best for his patients, which means that in the end they may not return, except to say hi (and maybe bring a plant) and thats his victory.

I have had difficulties with my knee for over 5 years. Throughout those 5 years I have been to 4 specialists and physical therapy but was still in pain. After 4 months of seeing dr. Caley, I was finally able run again!!! He has a warm and caring disposition that is contagious. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had! I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Caley and East Falls Chiropractic offers some of the best chiropractic care Ive ever received. I started going to Dr. Caley when I was 12 weeks pregnant, and proceeded to see him up until the day before I delivered. At times, I experienced pelvic muscle pain so intense that it limited my ability to stand and walk. Dr. Caleys deep tissue manipulation alleviated this pain, and after a couple visits, eliminated the issue completely, allowing me to stay active throughout my entire pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Caley and EFC to anyone considering chiropractic care, and strongly suggest maintaining this care in pregnancy. Its been a life (and sanity) saver!
