Used way to much heat after I asked specifically to be easy ..may have.left dye in too long...8 days later hair began falling out in clumps. went back they told me I need$40 for another deep condition. So no way would I ever recommend or patronize them again cause I feel like they should have at least looked at my hair...they lady pretty much fried my hair. And shrugged it off.... Wouldnt so much as look at my hair to see what I was complaining about....ugh disgusted. The owner even said to me I may have diabetes or I could be sick.Unbelievable

I give no stars I went in there to get my hair dyed and have a very short hair cut. I only wanted it dyed and was told that they dont do short hair. HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF THAT!!!!

Got my daughters hair done there for the 1st time for get 10 th birthday & loved it. I was so apprehensive because she is tender headed with a ton of really thick curly hair who used to cry when others have done her hair. They were patient & gentle & get hair was gorgeous.
