5 stars for speed, but 2 stars for quality.Male Haircut:She just started cutting and using the buzz clippers (that thing where you use the hair comb with the buzz clippers) on the upper half of my sides...Not even asking if that was how I wanted it styled. I only got a chance to mention what I wanted the length to be.Dont get me wrong, I love quick haircuts...and 5 stars for speed, but going so fast that you dont wet the hair, or even offer a wash, before doing so, that is a little to quick.She was sweet and nice , but not interested in going back.

I did a walk in and was met by staff in short order. I then checked in and was ready to haircut. The stylist asked how would I like it cut and right to it. She spent a good time getting my crazy hair looking nice. More time then other places but the cut was done right. I recommend going there. Easy parking and local shops to eat or shop in the center.

Very nice atmosphere and Cassidy did a fantastic haircut! I will rate 5 stars in future I am sure just a little for me to get used to after major cut! Very reasonable prices.

They did a great job on the cut! Went in not really sure what I wanted, had a great conversation with the hair stylist who was super experienced, walked out with nice happy, healthy layers.

It was so hot. My hair was soaked from sweat while I waited for my cut. It should be illegal to have it that hot for the girls cutting hair. Until the air is on or something I will be not going there to get my hair done

It’s unbearably hot in this salon, especially during June. The majority of the staff are sweating doing their jobs. Good haircut from a lady named Meghan though, but fixing the heat is necessary.

I was taken care of quickly. My haircut was done professionally and fast. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes late on a Saturday morning with a haircut I am very happy with. Count me as a very satisfied customer.

First time here after Covid19 shut down everything. I was greeted by Ashley, the manager, & squeezed in an already solid-booked schedule. She had me in & out b4 her next appointment got there. I was very impressed with her work ethic & I will definitely make sure I am her repeat customer again. Way to go Ashley, you rock!

Management changed. It use to be good. All of a sudden I get there with an appointment and the lady says its a 30 minute wait. I wait and wait sit in the seat. She says my hair is horrible its so thick. Um yah sooo. I left right then and there.

My hair cut was quick and easy. I wanted a very minimal trim and she did just that.. I could not tell while there but my hair looks so choppy..she did it in literally 2 minutes... I could have done it in the same amount of time and saved $20. In addition to that the other lady who did my sons hair, I mentioned to her that it looks really uneven and she just told me it has to look like that because the last person who cut it messed up where his hair line is..needless to say looking at it at home it is so ridiculously choppy with the exception of around his ears. It doesnt even warrant posting any pics. Really wasnt happy and dont plan to return there.

The girl that worked on me was new to the country, Romania, and didnt seem to follow instructions very well. My hair ended up being much shorter than I wanted. Other than that the experience was pleasant enough. My hair should be where I like it in about two weeks.

I’ve been going here for 8 years and this trip was last. Although they have new staff every time but this time they probably hired most inexperienced or maybe they just hire anyone with zero hair cutting skills. I showed hair pictures to the staff so they’ll know exactly what I want and still they ruined the length of my hair with unevenly trimmed hair. It looks like a kindergartner cut my hair. I literally have oompah loompha layers on my head and I can’t do anything except for patiently wait for my hair to grow back. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this facility.

5 weeks ago. Came in to seeJessica the assistant manager, who takes excellent care of my hair. I asked if she was available but, Vicky, who said she was regional manager, said she could take care of my touch up. (Never answering me about Jessica).My hair and color were nothing close to what I wanted. Vicky barely took any length off. She disregarded anything I said. From questioning length and color.I just wanted to bring this to your attention. I am giving Supercuts one more chance. I have confidence that I will continue to be steady customer. I called and was assured Jessica will be taking care to correct my color and fix the obvious miscut.I am so happy with how Jessica fixed my hair. her talent is AWESOME! And i will be coming back to see her.

Great for men and women also I got a bob by Donna, just a great lady with a good attitude and patience. She dry cut my super curly thick hair and then straightened it to make sure there wouldnt be any hairs sticking out. Something a women who charged me 40 dollars didnt do. All of this for 18 dollars. If you get her leave her a good tip she will deserve it!

3 times I have had rude staff and did not get the cut I asked for. Even though each time was a different stylist, the experience was the same! 👎👎👎 my hair was cut dry and extremely uneven. Terrible!
