I just moved to the area and needed to see a doctor quick. The staff at AdventHealth were incredibly nice and helpful, and alleviated all the stress I had about not having a primary care physician yet! Would definitely recommend coming here for help!

So my Visit at Waterford Lakes was Amazing. The speed that the front desk was able to get me seen was impeccable. Kayla was working in the front and was very understanding over my symptoms that I was feeling. Lakia and Lilieen was working very efficiently to help me get seen and also provided a helpful point of view that got me through to get me seen by the doctors. The other nurses and doctors were very fast and efficient. The doctors as always being very knowledgeable and steady in their profession kept up with me and always had good insight to their practice.

So disappointed about the place and their “doctors”. Don’t even waist your top. I made them my primary, went In for a physical and because I told the doctor I get dizzy from time to time when I clean the house. She changed it from physical to preventive. Meaning my Insurance doesn’t cover it. They are just money hungry and don’t take care of their patients. You should be disappointed. How are we supposed to confide in “our doctors” when all they are thinking about is “how can I double dip”. Money from the insurance and money from the patient. I really do hope you lose your medical license for the terrible things you do. Because I am sure I wasn’t the first.

They should be ashamed how disorganized they are. I had an appt and still had to wait 3 hours to get a Covid test. The leaders should be embarrassed how bad their service is

They don’t go in order of who came in first, so if you’re under the age of 25 get ready to stay in your car for 2 hours while you’re sick because elderly is prioritized. The doctor isn’t friendly and everyone there is in a bad mood

Horrible communication with patients. Had a Covid testing appointment scheduled for 12:05pm which I paid $180.00 for. Arrived at 11:50am because i like to be early for appointments. They made me wait 2 hours without telling me that it would be a two hour wait. I had to get back to work at 2:30pm so because of their lack of communication I was late.

I don’t know who the lady at the front desk was but she was extremely rude. She had no sense of respect for me or for the other customers in front/behind me. I have the upmost appreciation for our healthcare workers and I understand their jobs are long and tiring. I have a family member in the field and she knows that when she works she must maintain a positive attitude... not for herself but for her patients who are going through a lot. Try being a little nicer next time!! Or at least TRY to fake it!!! THUMBS DOWN.

We are very satisfied with the experience we had in our first visit with Dr. Siram. He is very thorough, listened and answered our questions and spent appropriate time to explain medical conditions and plan of care. We are impressed with the process from scheduling, checking in, payment etc., that we feel at ease and safe in this time of pandemic. Overall, we are grateful to have Dr. Siram and his staff!

You should have replaced Dr. Gallagher with a Dr that was similar. I was a patient of Dr. Gallagher for over 20 years. I will never go back to Dr. Siram.

Appointment setters are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Somebody needs to remind them about the “care” in healthcare. Don’t expect to get in for an appointment in less than a month even if it’s urgent.

A fast service and without complaints, it is understandable the recent long wait for the large increase in Covid-19 cases. Very friendly above all.

I moved to the Orlando area from Boston about 10 months ago. I was really concerned that I would not be able to find the same level of medical care as I received in New England. I was referred to Dr. Gallagher and his team by a friend and co-worker. I quickly discovered that, not only was he both thorough and direct, Dr. Gallagher also had a very patient and caring bedside manner. He was also supported by some amazing team members, including Sandra and Carmen. Both ladies are top notch! Carmen, the medical assistant, always made me feel like she was happy to see me... even when I was feeling poorly. She could make me smile through a fever and laugh through pain. Theres nothing like having a team that truly cares for you as a patient! Thank you all!

What kind of medical practice refers patients to the wrong lab , Labcorp” who doesn’t take the patients insurance but proceeds to draw blood and patient end up with over $300 lab bill; this is so very wrong and the office manager just tells patient that there is nothing they are willing to do; I think this new Dr should be aware of incompetence of staff who sent patient to wrong lab. I am patient mother and very angry as we both went to this office for years and this never happened under Dr Gallager sWatch. We will continue to report this to Labcorp, Advent Health Waterford, Advent Administration and get resolutionHas anyone else had same problem? Thanks to a caring Labcorp Rep, this bill was taken care of by them as patient sent to wrong lab so happy ending 1/2020

For at least a year, I was reasonably pleased with the medical care provided by Dr. Gallagher. But as time went by, I became worried about the treatment and diagnostic approach I was receiving. It was like a trial & error approach.... slow and painful. Then, the usual Ill see you in 6 months. In the meantime, my legs continued to be swollen and all my body joints in extreme pain. Thats when I asked my previous doctor to accept me back again. It was my best medical decision, ever! Otherwise, I will not be writing this review.

I have been a patient from 2001 thru 2015 - pretty much my only doctor since moving to Orlando. I have not had insurance for the past 4 years and have not seen anyone (thankfully pretty healthy) in that time. Now I have new full coverage insurance and due to hurting my knee running about 6 weeks ago called to get an appointment - something Ive been looking forward to getting looked at and fixed.Turns out they refuse to help or see me because Im classified as a new patient (even though literally this the only doctor Ive seen in 14 years) and who has my entire medical history. Apparently the main doctor is retiring. Im glad for that - he was great - but I asked for advice and/or help and got absolutely nothing - even though again my entire medical history is with *this* firm!No loyalty. This is seriously only the 2nd or 3rd review Ive ever written about anything or anybody but I believe this is proof of the off-handedness of our current health care system.Off to find a new doctor now I guess...

Seriously, need to retrain your staff in the way they handle patient phone calls. It’s understandable if your office is not accepting new patients but this does not excuse rudeness from “Christina”. She hung up on me before I could finish speaking. Didn’t have the common work ethic of asking individuals if they need help with anything else before ending a call. I can only imagine how the rest of your staff responds to their patients.

I have had a few hiccups with them over the past couple years with minor misinformation here and there, but nothing as egregious as what transpired during my last (and final) visit with this practice. It started when I had just run out of my prescription and needed a courtesy refill. I was only about a month or so past the date of my annual visit, but when I called to inquire about a courtesy one month refill, the lady that answered very curtly told me no, they can’t allow any courtesy refills whatsoever and I needed to call my pharmacy to see if they would do a courtesy refill. Long story short, after some back and forth with them and the pharmacy, someone called me back from the office stating I was given misinformation and they could give me the courtesy refill. When I called to ask about the courtesy refill and to set up an appointment for my wellness exam, they had no wellness appointments for a few months out, but they had an appointment within a few weeks for just a medication refill. I knew with my insurance that that would not be free, so I asked, at least 3 times, what is the cost of just coming in to get a refill. The receptionist told me it is 20 dollars, but may have gone up slightly to 30 dollars give or take. Okay, reasonable, so I booked the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, they asked me if I wanted to pay prior to the start of the appointment. I asked AGAIN what is the TOTAL cost? She said 20 dollars, which I happily paid. Once out of the waiting room and in the doctor’s office, 20 minutes go by, no doctor, but I could actually hear my doctor (nurse practitioner) outside talking to what was either another patient or spouse of a patient about someone’s cancer diagnosis. Feeling both uncomfortable about this and the amount of time passing, I opened the door to remind her I was there. She seemed shocked, came in, apologized, looked at her notes and said there was some mistake with the scheduling and it wasn’t even showing her I was waiting. Then she went on to explain (as I imagine she realized I could overhear) that one of her patients/acquaintances has received a poor diagnosis and that’s why she was out there talking about it. That is sad and I’m sure she meant well, but that is not professional. My appointment, as a result, was rushed (it was probably 5 minutes total) as I was running late for my next appointment due to their mistake with their scheduling or whatever happened. I would have let allll that go until I received a bill a few weeks later to the tune of about 100 dollars! When I called them in shock, their response was “Well, we spoke to the office ladies to remind them not to quote prices since they don’t really know. But we don’t know what it would cost until sending it to insurance, so we just said 20.” With that being the case, ALL they had to do was say that when I first called to ask and set the appointment! They could have said the actual cost that their doctor’s office charges, or that they can’t be sure what the cost is due to not being familiar with the insurance. They’ve had my insurance on file for years, so I assumed they had either factored that in or were giving me the raw cost. I would NEVER have taken that appointment had I known they were charging that much, let alone for the service I received. I am reporting them to the better business bureau as well, but I thought people should know so they have the chance to avoid making the mistake I did. There are so many other doctor’s offices around that don’t have those kinds of shady bait and switch modalities.
