Dr. ODonnell is great and Im so glad that I found her. Ive been suffering with chronic back pain and am now finally feeling better. Dr. ODonnell takes the time to listen to me during each visit and explains everything in a way that the patient can understand. She has a friendly demeanor, is caring and professional. I would highly recommend her. And, her staff is also caring and friendly. The large size of this practice almost scared me off but Im glad that I chose Dr. ODonnell. Shes helping me get back to living my life.

My family had a very disappointing experience. I was there for physical exam which is free from my insurance. However, I received a bill after a couple of weeks. I called the office and spoke with the manager. She get back to me after a day and said that they will reverse the billing code that was submitted incorrectly. I called the billing office, clinic and insurance several times without a straightforward response. The doctor does not know what he is doing. Why am I paying for the ignorance of their doctor? I did not receive the service they are asking me to pay. Its beyond unbelievable.

Very friendly and accommodating. They look into your eyes and hear you when you talk. Really like the whole body DO approach (all parts are inter-related, so they deal with entire system instead of just the part).

Horrible staff, no one ever answers phone, nurses are really all lacking personality and seem not to care at all about you. No one ever calls you back!! Ive left messages for nurses who never call back. Go somewhere else!!! This place is just not worth it! The residents/providers are good but not worth putting up with staff....

It took me some time to post this review. On one hand AdventHealth is a teaching hospital, therefore some slack should be given to residents. On the other hand, this clinic sent me down a costly work-up for multiple sclerosis after a sports related shoulder injury due to some overzealous resident with no oversight from the attendee. I would give this place less than one star if possible. AdventHealth, under the larger umbrella of Florida Hospital, provides subpar care at high cost. If youre interested in paying high premiums and deductibles to be seen by a resident barely out medical school without any guidance from a senior doctor, then expect to be misdiagnosed. I hate being harsh to a teaching hospital because it is necessary for training. However, I expect some degree of adequte clinical judgement if I am paying for it.

Too busy of a practice. EVERY TIME I call they either dont answer or reply to my voicemails. I was severely sick and they couldnt get me in till 4 days out. Not to mention, if your just as healthy as can be and not needing a visit, after 3yrs they will not consider you as a patient. What is that!?

I hate this office. Dont even know why I bother with them anymore. Front office staff is mediocre at best. A lot of the doctors are great, if they arent fresh out of school, however good luck getting an appointment to see them. I tried making an appointment today for an already diagnosed double ear infection and was told the soonest they can get me into the office was in 19 days. Its not worth it to deal with this offices BS anymore. I am moving on and I would recommend that anyone thinking of visiting this office to move on as well.

Great staff and easy location to get to. Roberto León-Barriera has been wonderful to work with. He is very attentive, thorough, and provided some good treatment options. I love that I can get an appointment when needed and that I dont have to go to urgent care because I cant get in to see someone. Its also really convenient to be able to get labs drawn onsite. Free counseling is also a benefit to patients and their families.

If i can give zero i would! i took my 4 year old daughter for her 4 year old appointment it was our first time at this center our appointment was for 10:30am with doctor Sonia Madrazo-Rico which i do not recommend her for ANY CHILD!! We arrived to the parking lot at 10:00am because i knew we had to sign medical release forms since we moved from NY to FL. when we got to the parking lot there was 5 buildings with no building address i called and NO one knew where to direct us after walking into every building it was already 10:30 when we finally found it We were in the waiting room for an hour and it was empty just two other kids! when we got into a room the nurse Farrah Rangel Garcia sounded like she didnt know what she was doing she was talking so fast and could barely pronounce the vaccines and not once did we sign a medical release form nor did ANYONE BRING IT UP. At 12pm finally the doctor Sonia came in with a book and barely acknowledged my daughter and she checked my daughters ears, mouth eyes and touched around her neck so roughly as if she was in a rush. She then checked my daughters private part with NOOOO GLOVES and simply said she looks healthy and that was that! Nurse came back to give my daughter her shots and my daughter of course was so scared as me and her father tried to calm her down this nurse grabbed my daughters arm so roughly and pinned her down by putting her legs over my daughters legs. After the first shot i told the nurse let me console my daughter and calm her down but she just kept on.We were there 2 1/2 hours for the doctor and nurse to only give 2 minutes each for my daughter. This was the worst experience ive ever had with my daughter! Most nurses and doctors make my daughter feel comfortable but not here this was so terrible and not professional there was cameras inside the exam room for KIDSSSS how sick is that?? stayyyyyy awayyyyyyy!!!

Used to really like this place. Took them a year to diagnose me with a different chronic pain condition. You really gotta find the right doctor to get anywhere. I stopped going here

All of the doctors are fresh out of medical school and are in their residency . This isnt such a bad thing . The office staff is beyond mediocre, they rarely answer their phone, or return calls. Good luck attempting to contact their office. By far the worst ran office in the whole Florida Hospital system. If you call your meds in they will never get filled because no one seems to ever check the office voicemail.

Dr. O’Donnel is great! If it wasn’t for her I’d never go back because most of the front staff is rude. Have never had a good experience “in the front”. Yesterday after arriving just a few minutes early to my appointment I came to fine the door locked. Mind you the automated system says to arrive 30 mins early because they have a new system. Anyways, while I was waiting several patients, nurses, and even another front staff pulled on the door handle before going around to the back entrance. The girl opens the door and says “you know we don’t open until 8 right?” In a very rude voice. I guess she ASSUMED it was me on the handle every time. But in any case not how you should greet anyone I don’t care. I work in a medical office myself where people are encouraged to leave reviews about their experience so I know better. She then proceeds to talk to the other lady about me bc she didn’t want to check me in and the other lady tells me it’s bc she didn’t feel safe bc she was by herself. I’m sorry but if a office opens at 8 am. Why is any staff member walking up at 8 on the dot to start working? But there were nurses and doctors in the back. It’s a huge place so she wasn’t alone. Anyways my whole point to the story is if you are looking for a great Dr. then you’ve found your place. If you are looking to be greeted by helpful, friendly front staff keep looking!

I love this office! The front office staff are friendly and professional and the Techs, Nurses and Doctors are proficient and knowledgeable.

This place is awsome. Currently I am seeing Dr. Selwach for OMT. She is great. Highly recommend you come here for therapy. They are always courteous and very friendly. Anyone can benefit from their OMT. I guarantee you will feel much better after the therapy.

I waited on hold to make an appointment for several minutes. Then I was connected to the answering service who couldnt transfer my call back to the office. They order tests and when I return for followup, the test result is not in the computer. I have seen a variety of student doctors. Had to wait over two weeks for an appointment when I was sick earlier this year. This place is very poorly managed.

My experience has been disappointing. I have called numerous times and nobody answers and if you are lucky the calls are directed somewhere else other than the office. I requested specifically the nurse to contact the doctor but it took 5 days to have a response and I am still waiting for my medicine.

They make an appointment for an hour and even arriving early they pass people who arrive long after one. Little cleaning in the rooms where they attend, on my second visit there were even spots of blood drops on the floor. And to complete they send me an invoice of only $ 32 to which I send the payment and since they have not received it, they dare to call me and even question my word. But to complete his poor customer service he dares to tell me that what I HAVE to do is cancel my check with the bank and pay him NOW. You will send in your office but not in my bank account to give me orders. Learn to treat customers and if not change secretary because it is pity. Disrespect.
