HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !My son’s PCP gave us referral for developmental delay specialist on March ! I send them paper works thru fax and I have been told to send them thru email. ( every time I call I waited more than hour ) . I it’s been 4 months and never cooked to to make an apt. I am calling everyday and no one answering. I’m very disappointed. On April 13 I have been told someone will call once they find out right time . July 20 I called 5 times and waited 40,50 minutes. It is better to go to Nemours specialty. Now I’m changing my son’s insurance to be able to go to the Nemours. Irresponsible staff. (((((((

Make an appointment means that I should be seen within a short period of time unfortunately with two people on the front and only two people in the back I had to wait a half hour to have my blood drawn this has been consistent issue with Spring Lake location for getting blood drawn.

My first time at Orlando health was awful! Dr McDowell was very dry, inhuman, and careless with her words. She made my child cry. She called her overweight and didnt even apologize for making my daughter cry. She was very Unprofessional. Definitely will not let her see my child again.

Orlando Health Lab work place is a great place to take care of all your needs. Its a very clean place, the ladies are all very helpful and kind and they do an excellent job. I am usually in and out of there in no time. My Dr. is in the same buildings so its very convenient for me. I will continue to stay with them and highly recommend this place for all your needs and to my friends. They really do care about your well-being.

Orlando health nurses are the best patient caring professionals who exceed expectations in all procedures that I have had.. I recommend anyone who has bad veins or are afraid of needles Orlando health nurses and medical assistants are amazing.

Very professional and friendly staff! I started the morning going to Quest but they sent me away telling me they no longer take walk-ins. Another patient their recommended I go to Orlando Health. I showed up 20 minutes later and am pleased as can be as they were able to see me within 30 minutes. Once again, very friendly and professional staff - I am switching to using them from now on!

I always have a good experience at this facility.

I took my 1 year old to get his blood drawn. It was a horrible experience. They were unable to draw his blood after poking him and moving the needle around in his arm for quiet a while! On top of that they blamed me and told me that I had to send my husband next time to hold him., even though there were two of them! Apparently me holding him so tight that I made his arm all red was not enough! They blamed me for their unprofessionalism! I guess if you don’t have a husband to take your child to get blood work done at this place you will not be able to! Talk about sexism!

No complaints! Every staff is very professional and kind.

The Staff at Spring Lake lab go out of their way too be helpful. The kind/professional way they deal with Patients makes them a definite asset to Orlando Health. Hopefully Management/ Leadership recognizes and rewards there contributions.

Front desk staff was rude,

These people never answer the phone so I am wondering how they have business? There is not even a choice to leave a message and they say that their office hrs are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm but they never answer and when you choose one of the options that they offer it has a message saying invalid entry and after a few times that it keep you trying they disconnect the call 😬. I will never recommend this people 😠

Excellent service and very caring staff.

The only thing I dislike about this office is that they take forever and a day to see patients. Even when there is hardly no one in there.. I have to wait a hour or two just For a doctor to come in and see my daughter and then another 30+ minutes for them to come back into the room. The rooms are hot and stuffy and waiting for that long is ridiculous.

This place doesnt deserve any stars. Every time Im here its a total of 2 hr wait time. You cant make a baby/child wait longer than 10-15 mins in a tiny, hot, stuffy room. Ive never seen the same doctor here twice. How can one practice have this many doctors yet they make you wait this long. Avoid this place!
