Very thorough and online appts are so easy when sick.

I love Dr. Buelvas, who is my PCP, but its impossible to get an appointment with him that isnt scheduled months in advance. Jennifer the PA is great, but she is not my PCP. Calling to make an appointment is difficult; half the times the phones are not working, the other half no one answers. When you leave a message, you frequently do not receive a call back. If you want a same day sick visit, do not go to this office because its near impossible to get one. They have too many patients for the two providers they have. This place used to be great, but now its just too difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new doctors office.

The phones don’t work. Tried calling multiple times. It just does not connect

I called before hand and they told me my insurance was accepted and then I went, was seen twice and got hit with a bill of $1007 which was only able to be reduced to $500 for a mistake that was their fault.Ridiculous that they don’t even know how to inform the staff on what insurances are taken.

Love seeing Dr. Buelvas but hate working with his attending nurse. After calling twice requesting for my Lab Order to be ordered ahead of time for my annual physical, neither Theresa or Stephanie called me back after they they said they were going to talk to Dr. B. I eventually got a hold of Dr. B using the patient portal and he was able to place an order for my Labs.Dr. B is a great doctor, super attentive and great with patients. However, try to avoid working with his attending nurse, because she was very rude on the phone and was rushing me.

Dr. Buelvas is incredible - very caring and personable, and is well rounded in what he talks about with me. I never feel rushed and feel totally cared for. I recommend him to any friend looking for a doctor.

I love Dr.Buelvas. In every interaction with him he has made me feel that he is genuinely invested in my health and well being. He never rushes the appointment, he answers all of my questions thoroughly, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. I tell all of my friends and family about him.

Everyone is friendly and the doctors seem good, but we have wasted 3 months waiting for something, we were told, that could get done in 2-3 weeks. We have had to call them to remind them of what we wanted, despite being told we would be notified when our item would come in. This is after signing several forms, sometimes twice, because they would lose our forms. All this, and today were told that we will need to wait 2 more weeks. This is ridiculous. Were looking elsewhere. They need more organization and to learn to get things done on their own without clients having to remind them to do their jobs.

Stay away from this place, rude staff, extremely disappointed with their service.

Dr. Buelvas is wonderful. He spent almost 45 min listening to me and working out ways to figure out what was wrong. Didnt throw pills down my throat like my past doctors! God sent!

Dr. Buelvas was very attentive, something every patient is looking for. I definitely will return.

Rude inconsistency staff. My boyfriend has been a client for years. Instead of calling in a refill. They make him come in for an appointment just to tell them that the doctor isnt there. Dont waist your time at this horrible place

Fantastic Doctor, I am leaving this practice because of the office staff. I have had increasing issues over the course of the last year. I have had 3 issues with scheduling/prescriptions in the last month. I would describe the office staff as completely incompetent.

The doctors in this office are great. However, the billing is terrible. I have had issues with the billing over the last few years. I have to make multiple calls to the billing office, my insurance, and the office manager. Some things get rebilled the correct way, some things dont and I end up having to pay for things that would have been covered by my insurance if they had billed them the right way in the first place. Its too bad the billing is so terrible when the doctors are great.

Dr Phillips is a great doctor, but its impossible to get an appointment. Unfortunately I will not return to this practice because I continuously get calls to reschedule. The staff didnt really seem to care anyway.

Id like to give this place negative stars.During my first visit Dr. Buelvas seemed like a nice enough guy. My second visit was different. Dr. Buelvas is not a nice guy - he just smiles a lot. He told me If you have what I think you have youre going to have a stroke, and if youre lucky, youll die. Nice guy, huh?The APRN, Jennifer Naruta, is condescending and mean. The office staff just doesnt seem to care. At checkout I was told there would be no charge for the visit; two days later I received a bill for the visit. All this on top of the fact that they have doing nothing which has improved my health.Avoid this place. Youd be better off visiting a witch doctor.

Dont answer the phone. Very poor office staff. Not accommodating to patients. This practice isnt for me and my family.

Dr. Phillips is wonderful. The office staff is rude and biased. They could careless if you get your prescription, if your message is delivered, if you are sick, etc. They are there to collect a paycheck and nothing more. Even Sr. Management could care less. It is a shame, but I am certain Dr. Phillips is looking for a way to leave.

Had my first appointment with this practice and they were nice and on top of solving all of my issues

I just went to my first appointment and the staff was nice. The M.A, Adriana was professional and easy to talk to. But, the ARNP was belittling towards the end of my appointment when I was explaining to her that my insurance prefers my lab work to be done at a hospital (not the default labs such as Quest or Labcorp). To make things easier I asked if she could just write me a script (which is what my old PCP did) and she hit me with we do everything electronically here which is true but she couldve easily made a copy of the script and scanned it into the system. Little did she know that I work at a doctors office that uses the same EMR system. She didnt even say bye or have a nice day to me at the end of my appointment, she just left the door open. Next time Im going to one of the other doctors.

I had an initial visit with Dr. Christopher Buelvas, M.D.. There was no wait time, and the staff was friendly. Dr. Buelvas was very thorough, knowledgable, respectful, and personable.

Very thorough, informative, and proactive.

They said they were going to call me but they never did as a reminder or send me some kind of notification I havent went and seen them yet this would be the first time Ive spent an hour trying to get a hold of them no success really rethinking this one
