I was very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Ramos and his staff. There were some concerns with the results of tests I had done and the office contacted me right away and ordered follow up tests.

Staff, nurses & doctor are very courteous, friendly and caring for my dad’s medical needs. The case managers are awesome. They follow up on my phone calls & provide the help that we need at the moment. We are very happy & pray that everything stays as efficient as right now.

Everyone was so nice, welcoming and gave me the feeling I was in awesome hands. My time there was short because the office is organized. I recommend them highly.

I have being going here since 2012 first with Dr. Enrique Verges-Bonet now with Dr. Jerry Ramos.

Its always nice to go and see the girls. I have been a patient of this Clinic for the last 13 years or so.

My first visit was today, and I really liked what I experienced. Staff was friendly, there was some waiting but nothing extreme, and Dr. Verges was absolutely awesome. He followed a structured assessment, listened to my concerns, demonstrated strong knowledge of his profession, and I had no problems getting the treatments and lab work I needed. I was a little disappointed that this facility doesnt cover yearly pap etc, but the service was so great, I really dont mind. Best doctor Ive seen in about 4 years. 👍☺

Good doc. but they do not answer the phone and have NO voice mail or anyone covering for them to answer the phones. It will ring dozens of times and no answer and this has happened on several occasions. Hope I never have to speak to them in a hurry.

PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!! Word of advice, find a different GP (general practitioner)!!!!!!!! This office is not good!!!!!My fiance was seen here and each time he came in with any problem they pawned him off on a specialist.When we finally decided to move onto a more comprehensive GP and called to inquire about getting records and copies of his past referrals for our records. As soon as they asked if we were getting a new doctor their attitude changed and they were extremely uncooperative. Not even listening to the reason why we needed the information being requested!We were told no copies of referrals would be given and if we got his history it would only include the doctors notes... Which the doctor NEVER treated him directly and always sent him elsewhere - so it is useless! What notes would we get other than sent him herev sent him there not sure whats going on, maybe maybe maybe maybe... I think.... UGH.For serious health concerns, like my fiances, we have to keep a full record of everything that has been suggested, tried, etc.This facility is unwilling to supply the data we need in order to receive help from a variety of groups to pay for expeses due to the lack of information provided.Lesson learned. Got a new GP and will be making direct copies of all paperwork right at home.

On 17 apr 2018 I called for a same day appointment for swelling on my wrist.. I could not see my doc (verges bonet) sooo I saw another medical person she was not a doctor...when she came into the room she was very distant and did not even feel around the bruising but immediately wanted to send me to get exrays umm no...was not broke...so she then wanted to give me maids which I am allergic to so she said well there is nothing I can do so I stated s oo I gotta be in all this pain she then recommended a steroid shot and I said ok so the person who took my vitals came to give me the injection sooo she proceeded to give me the injection in my hip and not around the area of swelling on my wrist so I was already concerned so I asked her if she was sure she was supposed to be injecting me in my hip because when I had them b4 my doctor gave to me close to where the problem was..so she sticks me and I did flinch a bit when I felt the needle go in my body she said be still and I felt the burn of the medication so I did not move...she put a bandage on the spot and left the room....partII...now Im leaving but b4 I could leave a lady approached me I dont know who she was because she did not introduce herself so she told me there was an incident that her employee stuck herself because I moved I was puzzled thinking how do you stick yourself pulling the needle out I could understand going in then she asked me if I had been tested for #HIV and #HEPATITIS C Im wondering now what the hell is gong on so I stated yes but Im still wondering does she even have the right to intrude..she talked about an OSHA report but did not allow me to review it then shr stated her employee will have to get tested and then three months later...ok through this whole ordeal she never one time asked me anything she just attacked me with what her employee told her now I did not hear this person say ouch or anything so I do not know when she poke herself it could have been b4 she put it in the container this woman lied on me and her manager operates with much bias towards me Humm that put me a precarious position being I am a great minority in this office everybody is Puerto Rican thats works there and I have never seen any other black person coming there so Humm typical ya...bottom line that employee in incompetent to stick herself people move all the time and if she could not apply her training then she might need to find something else to do and for the medical person who told her do do it you are wrong and the office manager you are very unprofessional and showed your prejudice side...Im coo never to see yall again...Im sorry doctor verges please vet the people working for you ...it seems they do not like dark skin...

I have been a passive of them for a long time since doctor verges which I admire a lot and I appreciate the time which was my doctor now dr. Jerry Ramos and dr. Vargas very good Doctors and their staff have treated me as if I were family. I recommend them with eyes closed always.

Excellent!!! Dr Enrique Verges and his Dra Pacticante Ana M Class are excellent Dr and his treatment and knowledge of very high quality I recommend to Ana M Class very competent my family from my grandmother my mother my children and I take care of ourselves with the medical group.
