Both women at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. Very short with you when you ask a reasonable question. I was given the service desk number who I had to call twice to get log in information. As a travel nurse, they were the first people with whom I came in contact. My first impression of this organization is already altered by this first negative interaction.

Not very helpful and quite rude. Seemed like they were just looking to get me off the phone. Wouldnt provide name either, very unprofessional.
