I have been to this place countless times. And this time in particular has been a complete waste of time. Im sure the employees could care less about the people. Because i have stated to them on this day that i have been in here since 11am and did not leave until after 2 pm. There were at least 8 ppl in line waiting and no one was getting called. Regardless of a lunch break, i thought the satisfaction of your visitors was top priority. But i guess not. Thank u for trying to force me to lose my job...

Total Waste Of Time!!!I called the office about a week ago to make an Appointment where I usually go on LakeUnderhill but they didn’t had anything available so they schedule me for Thursday January 2 at 8:00am here on West Colonial.
