Dr. Moon saved my life. He took the time to find out what was wrong with me and fixed me when other doctors couldnt figure out what was wrong with me. He knows what he is doing. If i still lived in Florida i would still see Dr. Moon. The GI doctors up here that i have dealt with arent even close.

Ever felt worse walking out than going in to see a doctor? Well I did yesterday. First, plan on spending a long time waiting. Second, the nurse was so rude. Dr. Moon needs to learn how to listen to her patients. She kept cutting me off and rushed to get me out. The machine they were supposed to use on me was broken. Finally when I was ready for check out, I was referred to a specialist who I checked online and found out that the facility was closed permanently. After I told the lady about it, she gave me another referral that I called later and found out that that specialist specializes in spine not arm which I went in for. What a disaster! I was shocked to see workers at Dr. Moons facility NOT wearing masks and walking around too close to patients. I couldnt believe it. This is a third world facility and should be avoided at all cost.

I went to this doctors office with my cousin. You don’t see diversity of race. All of them are Indian. Rude staff. Specially the Indian elder gentleman is not polite at all. I have seen him talking to the lady On the waiting room he is not polite at all. They have one restroom and not really sanitized. Looks cheap!! I can’t comment on the doctor thought.

Unprofessional and rude. The office staff hate their job that clearly reflects in how they speak to patients. When I met Dr. Naeem Moon, I understood why the office staff act the way they do; they learned from him. Im flabbergasted how Dr. Moon still holds a license to practice medicine.

I called to make an appointment and to my surprise the receptionist said come between 9 and 3 . Suddenly I get a call and said that my appointment is 2:40 and no one said anything .So when I speak to the receptionist who is extremely rude and has no service ethics.I asked to speak to Dr Moon and she says no you cannot she is not here. I would change my receptionist she is the front of your practice and no respect .Dr Moon please call me so I can explain

Doctor moon treated me in the emergency room and absolutely did a wonderful job. His explanations and stat numbers where very helpful. He has better numbers than the national average but does not even brag about it. I would recommend anyone who has gastro issues to visit him.

Dr. Mrs Moon saved me from Coronavirus!!! I was very sick for days and after one call, which she responded to immediately, Dr Moon prescribed medication, which literally reduced my symptoms the next day and within a week I was 99% better!!! She followed up with phone calls to check on me and continue guidance. THANK YOU DR. MOON!!!!

Well, where should I start ! One star rating is too much for this Doctor . After reading all these comments I decided to see this supposedly Doctor ( having intestinal bleeding which is a serious condition ) this month of October . For about 7 minutes ( entire time I spent with him ) he was almost entirely typing on his laptop without discussing my condition with me , or even an examination . I had to explain to him my condition and what I was going through . You can feel right away his Arrogance , Condescending attitude , Rude to say the least ! When I tried to discuss with him the details about what type of food I should eat / avoid , he replied Are you here to discuss the menu !?? Read the comments and decide for yourself if you really should allow yourself to be cared for by a Doctor like this . Unlike other caring businesses there is NO response to any negative comment .

Worst doctors office experience I have EVER had! (My apologies up front for the long post but there are so many things wrong with this office it is worth reading ) The day before my procedure I was left a voicemail saying that my appointment was going to be canceled if my primary did not call the office within 2 hours with an approval code for my procedure. I called the office back to ask why they would think that it is my primary doctors responsibility to get an approval code for something that their office was doing, and not my primary doctors office. I was told that I was being rude because I was not agreeing with the receptionist and she told me that I was going to be put on hold until I acted like an adult. What? She put me in a time out?? After waiting for 4 min for her to pick the phone back up, I called again and asked to speak to the office manager. However, when she realized it was me she said, I already spoke to you and hung up on me. I then called my insurance company. When I told them what had happened, they were shocked. They said,It is Dr Moons office job to get the procedure code. NOT my primary. Um yes, that is what I was trying to tell the receptionist. The insurance woman put me on a 3 way call and called the office. The receptionist did not know I was on the call and proceeded to tell her how rude and ignorant I was. The insurance lady explained 3 times (before the woman would even listen) that it was her offices job to get the code. She finally listened and the insurance lady gave her the code needed. The appointment time was confirmed and I thought all was well. After going through a day of horrible prep, I showed up to have my procedure done and was told that I was not on the schedule. It had been canceled. I had to explain the whole situation and was told by the hospital staff that it was not the first time this had happened with that office. They were so sweet and got me put back in the schedule. All good now? Not quite. The fact that I had to lay on a table with all my stuff to view and there were 6 people in the room was very uncomfortable. Dr Moon did not come in to the room until I was almost out and never said a single word to me. To say the least, I will NEVER return to this office and if you are considering going here, I would suggest that you look elsewhere!

Please do NOT go here! I had the worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. Dr. Musarrat Moon is very insensitive, does not take time to answer your questions and rushes through appointments. The office is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. The tech or assistant wasnt in scrubs and instead was wearing a t-shirt, workout pants and Converse sneakers. She did NOT wear gloves when handling equipment that was to be used for an examination. Dr. Moon also sent my test sample in an expired test tube and the tests werent able to be run because of this. When I asked about it, she said it was Quest Diagnostics fault and that I needed to go get another test done if I really wanted a diagnosis. She did not once apologize and instead told me it wasnt a big deal and wasnt her fault. I went to see Dr. Moon for a very personal issue and she dismissed it as if I was inconveniencing her. After reading through other reviews, I am in total agreement...please chose somewhere else to go!

Absolutely saved my life with outstanding, compassionate & relentless treatment, after being rushed into the emergency room of Dr. Phillips hospital.I drive 5 hours round trip to see him and his wonderful staff. After having stomach pains and tests for months by another group of doctors and being told it was just irritable bowel syndrome, it was much more serious. Emergency operation was done within 24 hours and I am extremely grateful to be treated by Dr. Moon and his terrific group, have only a feeling of great gratitude for his excellent treatment.

Very unprofessional gave my information more than a week ago. I took the day off for my appointment and they call me 2 hrs prior to advise they do not take my insurance. Front desk agent simply did not care. They ZERO regards or respect for peoples time.

There are not enough stars here for Dr Moon. This doctor saved my life. God has blessed him with an awesome talent and responsibility and he is using it to it to his fullest extent. Excellent work Dr Moon. Thank you and God Bless You!

I went to the emergency room at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital and Dr. Moon was one of the Doctors that treated me while there. He was professional, showed care and compassion. He took the time to make a diagram and explain in details my condition, I will recommend him to any of my family and friends.

My mother was seen by Dr. MOON at the emerfency room . She needs a fllpw up with him . I just call to the office in order to make a appointment.I have to say .. the worst costumer service experience. The person that is a female had a horrible attitude. Even when a had a question she said what so you wany me to answer .I DONT recoment this office . They dont treated the people with respect, kindness. specifically if you are working in the health feel.

Rude receptionist, long wait, appointment canceled without notice . I was her patient but not anymore . I went to her and after describing my condition, she dared to Google the symptoms in my face and told me the name of the condition that Google said. Please dont go there !

I called two and a half weeks before my scheduled appointment. When I called the receptionist asked me for MY information, when I had told her the appointment I wanted to make was for my son. I asked her, You want MY information?? She exclaims, Yes, YOUR information DOB, insurance, address, you know all that stuff I was confused but preceded to give her my information. When she asked for the insurance info, I told her that it was under my sons name, to what she asked, if the appointment was for me or him. I told her for him, she then says, Well YOU gave me the wrong info and laughed, like HELLO you asked for MY info. Any who, I gave her my sons info, including his DOB!. She sets up the appointment. The day prior to his appointment, she calls and tells me that they do not see people UNDER 18 yrs of age.. HELLO she could have said that the day when I called!! I had to request a day off from work to go see them. The receptionist is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time with them. So glad I can still show up to work and not miss a day due to their incompetence.

There should be a option for negative stars cause that’s what i want to select this office has a Terrible staff the receptionist who answered the phones was more then rude she showed no concern or empathy what so ever all they want to do is have you come in after all ready being there and given no solutions so they can charge insurance for office visits I called to speak to a nurse after getting a appointment for colonoscopy and some other procedure one day after the next I found out that there is a solution to my problem that the doctor should have told me about but they dont want to fix your problem they want to make as many appointments as possible and line their pockets today the receptionist would not let me speak to a nurse kepted over talking me and in the end hung up on me only wanting to make me another appointment to talk to the nurse or doctor who should have suggested “OIC” form the very beginning ...when I first went ther almost 2 weeks ago the waiting room was so filled there were people who had to stand to wait this is a complete money pit they do not care about their patients what so ever I still don’t know if my appointment was rescheduled as I wanted to do and nothing was resolved as what happened with all my other doctors when a simple google search told me what was going on with my digestive system instead let’s put a camera up the rectum and down the esophagus into the stomach On a 39 year old women who has OIC is what I found out is most likely the problem and all my doctors know that I have been on opioids since October and that is when my stomach pains started there is a place for these money grubbing snakes waiting for them in hell

I moved from New York and it wasn’t easy for me to find a good gastroenterologist in Orlando. After almost two years with dr moon , he is in my opinion the best in Orlando and it shows in how many patients he has.

Id give him a negative score if I could. He was on call for my doctor at Health Central this weekend. I cant believe my doctor would entrust his patients to such an arrogant, rude physician. Other nurses and doctors overheard our interaction and agreed he was unprofessional and inappropriate. I see the bad reviews his staff are receiving. I feel sorry for them and would never work for someone like him.

Appointment at 1pm and it’s not 2:15pm!Don’t waste your time coming here !

I was referred to Dr.Moon by Dr Philips hospital after having some epigastric pain for many months. The clinic is very clean and the wait time was very short. Staff was friendly and efficient! Dr. moon was very kind and made sure I did not leave with any questions. I was so happy he had scheduled me for a endoscopy and colonoscopy for that same week. I had been suffering with pain in my stomach after almost every meal and all anyone would every tell me was to take protonix. No other doctor seemed concerned enough to do any test prior to seeing Dr. Moon. Although I was nervous the staff of the hospital spoke very highly of him and so did patients, this eased my anxiety of the procedure. I am overall very pleased with my experience and recommend him to anyone having issues. Thank you Dr.Moon.

IM a Dr moon pt for 10 years ,EXELENT CARE FOR ME AND FAMILY AT THE OFICE AND GI CENTER

My family member went to Dr moon in hope to find a solution for her acid reflux. She went through all the procedures he recommended and was told once results were in he would give her call in which is normal protocol. When she had a prodecure done in dr Phillips in which the nurses there were great with her, she was vomiting after the procedure which is the main reason she was there and her chest was burning more than normal. The nurse told dr moon and he said just give her malax and send her home. The outpatient looked as if they were rushing her out kinda like a factory of patients. 1 month later she got the results and after paying a 50.00 copay dr moon comes in to tell her the results and dr moon says she has the option to put a pacer. She asked well whats a pacer and believe it or not he said GOOGLE IT. A doctor said GOOGLE IT THEN WHY DID YOU GO TO MED SCHOOL!! IF THIS DR DIDNT KNOW WHAT A PACER IS THEN I CANT IMAGINE WHAT ELSE HE DOESNT KNOW. THE WORST DR EVER HE SHOULD QUIT AND OPEN A PAGE IN GOOGLE. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE BOARD!!! DONT BE SCAMMED BY A DR WHO TELLS PATIENTS TO GOOGLE MEDICAL THINGS SAVE YOUR LIFE IF YOU CARE THAT MUCH OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!! BEWARE PLEASE!!! DONT EVER SET AN APPOINTMENT IN THIS PLACE!!!

Dr. He attend me at hospital,and he found out what was my problem.now 11 years after,I live in Brevard County.now i am going to him again,after been treated by a terrible! Who Calls him self a dr in Brevard, County.I like Dr. Moon,and so i will make an appointment soon it possible .Updated :05-16-17.was! A good Dr not any more,money hungry! Rush you out of office,no let patient,speak,to tell what s wrong ,what a shame!

Horrible customer service, Its being over two hours since I walk in the office, the lady at the front say i had two people in front of me. I ask her if its one person per hour she say i told you the wait would be long. If you are waiting to get help this is the last place to find help.

I was referring from my doctor to this doctor when i call the number starting talking to the nurse just hang up on my face. Staff need customer service training. Dont know how to deal with people.

Do yourself a favor and find another Dr. The office is so poorly run that it’s almost comical.
