First of all, let me say that I have no doubt that Dr. Baker is a competent, capable, skilled physician. That said, his bedside manners leave much to be desired. I dont know if he just didnt like me for some reason (though I was nothing but kind and understanding), but I did not find his conduct professional. I visited him in the office initially and he was rushed -- spent maybe 5 minutes in the room before concluding I needed certain procedures. Insurance wouldnt cover one until I went a few months trying something else. After doing that, I contacted his office and after calling time and time again finally got a response from his assistant that it was approved. Day of procedure, I waited until they called everyone else back and I was apparently his last patient of day and they said he wasnt going to do one part of the procedure because insurance didnt approve which was NOT correct -- they had just approved it the week before. Im sorry his assistant didnt document things accurately, but that is not my fault. He was very rude and told me and his assistants in an angry tone He will just pay for it then if they dont cover it. He clearly hadnt planned on doing both procedures and had other plans to get out of the office and I was now interfering with those plans. He didnt stay after the procedure to speak to me or anything. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he needs to understand its not just his time that is valuable.

This a horrible place. Dr. Baker’s nurse does not call back or follow up on anything she promises to do. I would not recommend this service to anyone!!

Ive used Doctor Baker to check on digestive issues I had. Within a few visits I had a 2 small procedures and he was able to diagnose me quickly. The visits were quick and professional and overall I had a great experience. Id recommend Dr. Baker and this facility.

I have been going here for a couple of months and I absolutely love Dr. Baker! He is so kind and willing to work with you to find the best treatment method for your needs. I was able to get three procedures done in order to diagnose my Crohns in a MONTH during a pandemic. He has done a colonoscopy on both my parents and my grandmother and we trust him endlessly.

Just left the office did not see the doctor but his receptionist needs to be train she has no customer service experience or professionalism on my way to another doctor

Dr and nurse are great. Unfortunately the front office staff sucks! We waited for 2 hours in the waiting room.

I went to see the doctor for a colonostopy as per my family doctor he asked me questions and i told him about right side discomfort but i had it for 10 years and had other colon tests but other doctors found nothing he said he was doing a routine test but he told a bunch of stuff and the insurance company sent me a big bill he flat lied to me and after the procedure he didnt stick around to tell results and they overdosed me to sleep was very bad all that daymy wife was there trying to wake me where were the doctor or staff no where to be found never had this experience going through the same before they were even calling early the next morning to see if i was still doped up i would not recommand this guy i dont think he was very professonial

Have been going to Dr Baker for approximately 6 years, could not be more pleased.
