Nothing against the doctors because they are great especially Dr. Trevett. Unfortunately I have to part ways with Dr. Trevett after 10+ years because of her incompetent staff. I made an appointment 6 months ago (October 2020) and when I called to verify the time apparently one was never scheduled. The girl had no empathy as I told her I was looking forward to this appointment as other things I needed to be seen for. She was like I can schedule you in June. Never did she say sorry for the inconvenience. First off, as an office you should have medical emergency spots daily just in case but I digress. Please get better front desk staff that know how to save appointments and with better customer service!!

Service is excellent, my Doctor, Nereida Abreu, and her nurse are very professionals and explains in detail your labs and any doubts you may have.

Staff very rude and unprofessional, poor communication skills, They don’t have empathy, Referrals department disorganized, Lack of knowledge, very dissatisfy with office staff. Doctors are very good, but the staff need to improve, poor customer services, they uses slang wotds to communicate with patients.

Never await everybody is so nice and friendly there.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. The patient is only a number and billable asset here. The office staff is not helpful at all, they put you on hold sometimes or a long as 20 mins. before you can speak to anyone, and getting a referral for a specialist is like pulling teeth, and required having to reschedule numerous appointments with specialists. All of this does not just apply to one doctor at this office. After several doctor changes within the office, and numerous appointments that had to be rescheduled with specialist, we have changed PCP and could not be happier. I would not recommend this office to anyone who is looking for proper care from a doctor.

The staff and Dr. San Antonio are very kind, thoughtful and detailed in all my appointments, medication and follow-up visits.

This place neglects it’s elderly patients and treats them as if they are not important. Impossible to get a referral. My relative waited 2 hours for an appointment at a doctors office she was referred to, to then find out the referral was never sent by Davita medical at Hunters Creek. Dr. Diaz is also a lost case and he does not speak English! He only prescribes drugs and does not care to find the root cause of the medical problem.

I called to make an appointment and remained on the line for nearly 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. I called back and after a few minutes someone answered. She asked my DOB, name and insurance company. After I told her the insurance company, she stated that they do not accept it. How ironic since I got the physicians name from the insurance companys list of physicians.

I was at the DaVita Medical Group across the street from Gatorland I was getting checked out with my Doctor Who found Cancer in me.

1 hour waiting to see the doctor. Your staff is harming your health center and patients

I went and took my Wife over to DaVita Medical Group after having her Tumor taking on out of her. She is going there every week to getting check after having Cancer taking on out of her.
