Today was my first time at this office and being a new patient of Dr. Shah. I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The customer service was great! I appreciated the help and knowledge from Jessica who was the Medical Asst. for my appointment. Dr. Shah was very calm and open he explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I also love the fact that everything is at the office, and you dont have to go to multiple places to get any kind of testing done. Overall, I will be coming back as a patient and referring Dr. Shah and his staff to family and friends.

I am very disappointed to be turned away this morning because I have a cough. I advised the office that I have a negative covid-19 test that I could show them and they still told me I have to reschedule because of a cough. It was a very humiliating experience.Update: The office called me to rectify the incident. I appreciate their effort.

Dr. Shah has been treating me and my family for the past few years. Hes a very good family doctor with common sense, a great listener, good bedside manner, and knows his job. Hes been a terrific help to my family members with a variety of medical issues. I felt very safe. The office has good practices: they require masks, temperature checks, questions about possible exposure. And as always Dr. Shah Is wonderful - never makes you feel rushed.

I was so impressed because my fasting lab was scheduledfor 10 am. Evette called to schedule my yearly overview &gladly scheduled me at 8:30 for this interview plus drewblood for lab. After a short visit with Dr. Shah I was outof there by 9:10.Staff has always been nice & informative.Dr. Shah always seems to listen to me & addresses my concerns.The only problem is I have a difficult time to get on site to get resultsof vs & lab results
