Wish I can give this place 0 stars. I explain to them how far ago in my pregnancy I was. They waiting until I can no longer get seen by them to schedule my obgyn appointment. Now they saying theres nothing they can do for me and just to go to the hospital once I feel like Im ready to give birth! How unprofessional is that. I would not recommend this place to anyone thats pregnant or anyone in general. Staff truly sucks!

Don’t waste your time with the front desk staff. Very incompetent and unwilling to assist patients. I asked for a simple form to be filled out concerning my medical illness and got turned away when they have all of my medical information. Front desk doesn’t seem to care for patients and takes pleasure in turning people away when they feel like it.They can’t even properly explain to my why my form could not be filled out.

I had an appointment for 9AM, I got to the building at 830AM and signed in, I asked the front desk if I needed to fill out any paperwork as I was a new patient, sat in the waiting room until after 9am with no interaction from anyone and finally a worker asked why I was there. I said I signed in and had an appointment for 9am, the front desk woman was on the phone trying to get their printer fixed and apparently just skipped right over me. So I was sent in to the secondary waiting room with paperwork to fill out where I sat for roughly 45 more minutes with absolutely NO interaction from staff or information on when I would be seen. I took my paperwork to the front and told them I couldnt wait any longer as my appointment was 9am and it was now almost 10am & that my time was valuable.. The front desk then informed me via yelling in front of other patients in the waiting room that they were short one doctor today and thats why I was still waiting. I found it odd however as people with 9am and 930am appointments were being called back before me to be seen, leading me to believe the front desk didnt do her job and call me back in the order she was supposed to. She even had made a comment earlier about how she was on the phone and skipped me on accident & that she needed to let the doctor know she was sending me right back. Dont go here. Find an actual PCP and save yourself the time and stress of dealing with this horrible medical establishment.

Good luck making a phone call to them! Even when offices are literally empty they say we are busy! Not to mention unprofessional rude staff that can barely speak English! I’d give no start if I could!

I enjoyed coming to Tru Health at Lake Underhill Rd. The staff very helpful, attentive and bright. Whenever I had questions for the pharmacist they assisted me. I was very thankful for them!

Omg , i have been trying to contact this clinic for appt scheduling all day, have left msg on site for callback and also have called directly like 20 times today with no success. I even have left msg with referral cordinator christy for callback and nothing..left callback # 7 times and nothing.Is there an alternate number to contact...

Awesome care. They treated me so nicely, surprisingly much nicer than the doctors I went to when I had insurance. The price for a self-pay patient is based on my income, and incredibly fair. I was Dr. Seniors patient for my first appointment. I’m very happy I chose to come here.

Went for a covid 19 test after waiting outside for over an hour was told there were no more covid 19 for the day after I was told to wait. Was told there was an emergency meeting and went to a different tru health location Earlier and were told to come to this one., what a waste of time avoid any true health at all times.

Very unprofessional place I got released from the florida hospital needing surgery within the 2 days off release/the surgery office told me they accepted my insurance that they just needed permission from my pcp they have the nerves to tell me I need to come in for a follow up before they can do that I send them they info from the hospital witch it stated surgery within 2 days& till this day am still waiting this is very sad n unprofessional

Doctors are good here, front desk is useless. they told me they canceled my appointment once i arrived, no phone call voicemail or anything.. didnt tell me to wait outside or come inside due to covid-19 regulations. didnt reschedule my appointment cause its useless

I made an Appointment , came to find out that Dr. Rosario Martinez does not work in this location. I was never told about any other location. Customer service was horrible. Horrible Not clean and big mess.. wouldnt suggest this place to No Responsable Parent. 0 Stars

This location is the worst!!!!!! No common courtesy or respect for the patients. I thought they had changed the Doctors so I told my daughter to give it a try since its close to her, she started to walk out of there. You are suppose to have a good relationship with your doctor not here! I changed my location I attend Southside and they are wonderful.

I think this place is great. Customer service is good. When people go here they are treated if they have money or not to pay. They do the best they can. This is a clinic so expect it might take a little bit to be seen. This is a great place for those of us that cant afford a private doctor.

Ive been a patient here for a while now. My husband had his first visit today, without an appointment and was seen right away. It was a great experience because he had been in the hospital the night before because his blood sugar levels were extremely high and I was really worried. He was well attended and though he doesnt have health insurance it didnt cost him a fortune. The nurse was quick to remind us that the medications were free at Publix. Sometimes the place does get backed up because it is an income based clinic but the staff does their best to work in a timely matter.

I made appointments 2 days ago to get my daughters tested for covid-19 and antibody tests at 9am today at the Lake Underhill office. They didnt have appointments available for my husband and I until 7/2, so as instructed we showed up at 7:45 am to try to get tested as walk-ins before our daughters appointments. When we arrived they told us they were out of tests and that they should not have scheduled those appointments for us because the tests are supposed to be first come first served... But we arrived 15 min before opening as instructed and they didnt have any tests anyway. We cancelled all appointments including for my husband and I on the 2nd because theres no guarantee they will have the tests. The woman doing intake outside was quite rude about the whole thing. They really need to get their staff on the same page about their testing procedures, because its not cool to lead people on like that. I understand were in a crisis, which seemed to be their go-to excuse, but their lack of organization and communication just makes a bad situation worse.

Its sufficient to write that bad reviews for this location go back over 2 years and apparently that hasnt been enough for them to change. I went in right after the doors open only to be told to wait for a print out that shouldve taken less than five minutes. Theres a prevalent lackadaisical attitude toward everything. No receptionist was present when I arrived, there were employees just walking in well after 8:30, some employees were eating breakfast on the same desks where official documents are handled, one person I did speak to just told me to speak to someone else and when i tried I was dismissed, twice. I had the feeling that even if I did ask to speak to the manager or owner I wouldve been told no one by the name of Laura or Nicki works there. I was treated more like a number than a patient. It was an extremely infuriating experience considering I wasnt even there for my self but for my daughter. And that I had already taken a day off of work the previous day. Its very disheartening to realize this lack of professionalism has been going on for so long with no change. And that those patients who arent as fortunate to be able to go somewhere else have to simply put up with the attitudes of employees who apparently hate their jobs or dont have the emotional intelligence and professional experience to realize what their doing wrong. I hope for the sake of the patients that appropriate changes are made and that more qualified employees are hired.

Service in pharmacy is HORRIBLE came to just pick up a refil and i was told i had to wait because tech had stepped out are u serious no customer service at all huge line of people waiting and no one helping out but yet u can hear them laughing at the back instead of taking care of customers

Dont go here for COVID testing. We got there early and it still took them almost an hour just to email us the paperwork to fill out. Very unprofessional. Dont catch COVID by trying to get a test bc you will catch it here. Not sanitizing entry doors and patients stay inside the building for over an hour for something that should take no more than 20 minutes. Disgusting.

The receptionist is always friendly, and strikes up a conversation with my daughter as soon as we check in for an appointment. The drs and nurses are wonderful, and always willing to do whatever they can to make the experience fun for my daughter. My daughter has special needs and drives a power chair- every one at that office has never made my daughter feel like she was different because of her special needs. They always make her feel welcome with their kindness.

Just got referred to this PCP by the hospital. These lazy a$$ people can’t even answer the phone even after holding for 20 plus minutes. Wish I could give no stars. Definitely calling the hospital and asking them to be removed from the referrals. Sorry excuse for a doctors office. And do not comment with that generic I’m sorry call me at with ext. 1073. You still don’t answer the dang phone.

Front desk staff was amazing. Although I went in for a follow up appointment since I was in the ER tried to tell the DR what they told me brought hospital records he never looked at them just told me to keep taking the medicine. Did not even let me go into detail on other things that maybe related to what is going on did not even look or examine my legs. IT WAS SO HORRIBLE I LEFT IN TEARS. I have no choice but to go somewhere else.

This is possibly the most incompetent medical center I have ever been to. There is a reason why they have you sign a mediation agreement prior to services. Not even sure a doctor works here, because they dont actually attend appointments even if you specifically REQUEST one. I have a chronic condition which requires me to be on medication. I CANNOT stop my medicine and the NURSE (should have been a doctor, clearly because the nurse was abhorrently incompetent) just FORGOT or was too lazy to issue a refill. When I attempted to call to correct the issue I was put on hold for 40 minutes... still on hold and waiting. To be honest I doubt anyone will answer. Jury is out on whether or not I will actually receive my medication. Other than picking up my patient file, you could not pay me enough money to ever come here again. They want their patients to get ill, or at the very least dont care to do the STUPIDLY SIMPLE things to mitigate illness. When I get sick because TRUE HEALTH is incompetent, I know I will be seeing if I can negate my mediation agreement and I definitely regret ever having signed it. I will be receiving a copy of the document on my FINAL visit to pick up my medication and will pursue the legal avenues available to me, because the actions of True health are extremely negligent.

I like the Service and Staff, but their phone system (that I was assured was being overhauled weeks ago ) has been nothing short of horrible and frustrating. Phone options do not work, messages are NOT answered, and if you call the number listed on THIS page, it goes to an operator -EVENTUALLY ! who then, transfers you RIGHT BACK to one of the SEVERAL numbers that DO NOT work (even AFTER I told him NOT to do that !) I have been trying to make a recheck appointment for over 3 weeks. I will have to miss work to physically go there to set one. The mid range rating is due solely to the phone system

Nice people, I was pretty much in and out, but could of been a hell of a lot quicker, since they just took a tiny amount of blood and then the doctor finally came in, and put his stascope on my stomach and that was that they handed me two referrals to go somewhere Else, !!?? To get a sonogram and a pelvic exam ??? But why, lol...

Last Friday I had an appointment early in the morning I didn’t know that you supposed to be there at 7:45 AM as I got there my appointment got canceled I had to wait almost an hour I’ll most got not to see the doctor but a really nice receptionist there make sure I was able to see one for the day I recommend you get there early and there are nice people there it is very very busy during the time of the day especially Fridays

It was terrible trying to get an appointment because of hold times. However, when my appointment did come around, all of the nurses and the P.A., Rebecca Urrutia, were amazing and caring. This has got to be the best medical experience of my adult life, no exaggeration. The clinic seemed organized and clean. Theyre reasonably priced and work on a sliding scale. If you cannot pay for the labs, they tell you they can tack it on for next time. When I went over to the pharmacy, the antibiotics were $95 but they offered me a lower price. I am very impressed with this place and Im only sorry I didnt know it was here sooner. These people did more for me than a couple of visits to my normal doctor. I was put on the right antibiotics and steroids for my infection after having gone to multiple clinics for the same problem. I strongly recommend this place, specifically the PA who resolved my issue.

The front desk receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I have been sitting here for over an hour watching her be rude to people. People like her should not be in charge of the waiting area. I am very disappointed in this establishment. If this is how you are treated for a first time visit could you imagine what it would be like for regular visits.

I’m unsure how this place is still even in business. I’ve been twice with my children for basic check ups and immunizations and waited over 2 hours (with an appointment) I have been trying to get my children’s shot records since we have finally moved to another office that actually answers the phone and doesn’t make you wait hours to be seen. I’ve called numerous times and still haven’t been able to speak to anyone because I don’t have time to be on hold for 30+ minutes . Also their patient portal is a joke cause I can’t access any information their either. Please don’t waste your time at these offices because you will just leave frustrated and disappointed. Shame on these places for claiming to be a caring medica facility.

I been waiting 2hours for the doctor do not recommend

The service you get there is horrible. Took me several visits between two locations and multiple doctors and PA’s to get them to find out what was wrong w me. I’m on a sliding scale payment and I always pay what they tell me I owe for the visit/bloodwork and they send me a bill for some ridiculous amount. The Pa didn’t even know what was wrong with me had to see her because the doc was on vacation. I was having an allergic reaction to the blood pressure medicine keep telling the doc I was swelling and it was bad. I was on that medicine for 3+ months before they figured it out and took me off. Tried making an appointment they had no appointment for four weeks and they only go four weeks out. So I have to wait a week to call for an appointment for four weeks out really!!!!

I personally would never suggest this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Currently on hold 1 hour 26 minutes and counting just to make an appointment. Not to mention when I actually have appointments for both my daughters mind you I said APPOINTMENTS I usually wait more than 30 minutes just to be seen for an APPOINTMENT. It is very annoying! If you need any type of pediatric care for your kid(s) DON’T GO HERE.

Sat on the phone for 45 minutes trying to obtain copies of my childs medical records. Finally, after speaking to somebody, I was told that I cannot do anything over the phone, and must go to the office to sign a release form. Complete waste of 45 minutes. The sad part is that after about 20 minutes, I did speak to someone that could have informed me of this, but no luck. Based on similar reviews I have now read on Google, if you are going to go here, be prepared to wait!

Waited over 45 minutes to be seen for only 5 minutes. Doctor Juan Almeyda Gomez didnt address any of my concerns. Tapped me 6 times on my knees, belly, and back and I was out. Refused to check on my concerns. I completely wasted my money and time. I walked out feeling the same way I felt when I walked into his office. Will not recommend this place to anyone. They simply dont do what is expected if you come in for excruciating back pain theyll just tap u a few times and tell you youre fine. Wish I could elaborate more on this horrible experience.

Lets just say this is the only office Ive been to that made an appointment for me to come back after my doctors appointment to get my labs done, then told me they did not take the part of my insurance that processes the labs and that I would have to go back and pick up a script to go get my blood taken from me AGAIN from another lab.Lets get to the point, I MISSED HOURS OF WORK IN THE MORNING TO GO GET MY BLOOD TAKEN FROM MY ARM JUST TO GET A CALL SHORTLY AFTERWARDS THAT THEY COULD NOT EVEN PROCESS IT AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AT A DIFFERENT LAB.PLEASE TELL ME WHY NO ONE THERE THOUGHT TO CHECK IF MY INSURANCE COVERED THE LABS IN THE OFFICE BEFORE MAKING ME TAKE TIME OFF WORK TO GO GET A NEEDLE STABBED INTO MY ARM FOR NO APPARENT REASON.Bottom line: Dont waste your time going to this office.

Was in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours still without seeing anyone. Filled out my paperwork and insurance information just to watch the waiting room fill up and empty out while I was still waiting.

Terrible service and very unprofessional. We have been visiting this health center and the nurses treat their patients poorly. They come into the room with bad attitude and even cursed one time cause the computer wasn’t working. The receptionists or whoever you address your call to are not able to help you or don’t even answer. I am still on hold waiting for the referrals department to answer while I write this review. We had an appointment on last Thursday which we were told that the referral were sent that day for an urgent appointment at the Cancer Instute. We have been in communication with the Cancer Institute and they still have not seen the authorization and referral. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Their staff from the first persons that greets you down to the doctors and nurses all have excellent manner with people. Very nice and fairly quick service.

Currently on hold for 1 hr 11mins to find out about a letter I need for school. Spoken to 2 people keep getting put on hold. Finally got through to someone validated my identity and insurance and said a nurse would call me back. I received a call back from the nurse who made an appointment for the next day. I arrive and wait until my appointment time to get checked in only to be told the dr doesnt accept my insurance and I would need to reschedule. This place is a piece of work and I wouldnt suggest it for anything

Appointment times dont mean anything..2 times I have been here and both times I had to wait minimum 45 min before even being Called back to see anyone. Needless to say, more waiting once you are back in a room so unless you have half the day for a appointment, I would not recommend this place.

If you look at there website, you think you were going to a place of luxury, but when you get there~ look like a 2nd hand health department, for the poor. I mean the staff is very friendly, place just looks run down, and the adult waiting room smelled horrible~ like old funky shoes... Now it didnt take long to see the doctor aka nurse practitioner.

Got new ins for my kids and they set us up with a dr at true health on lale underhill,i didnt think we would like the place it was all run down just needs a remoldel,but after filling out paperwork we got sent bk right away within a few minutes my daughter was seen by the nurse,she was there for a physical and check up from where she was sick a coue weeks before,after seeing nurse she took us to a room to wait on dr he came in probably about 10 to 15 minutes later,i really like him he was real good with my daughter and willing to do whatever he can to get her better,the dr she was with for the first 5 years of her life never really done anything for my girls he was always quick about everything but here dr. Moraflores was great and the nurses and lady at check in were all real friendly,will be sticking with them for awhile

One of the worse places on earth. Very shady with the way they do things. I had the pleasure of meeting Jane the pharmacist who I find to be the biggest liar who would say anything to make you go away. I cannot believe this woman is even a pharmacist. Save yourself the the frustration and go anywhere else.

First off would like to thank the staff at True health for always being so helpful. The only true complaint I have was I went for an appointment and took in Fmla papers that are required by the company I work with to report any absence for my appointments and if my sugar levels are to high and I was told Fmla is for critical conditions, needless to say papers were not filled out. FYI diabetes is covered under fmla if you see your provider for more than 2x a year. I currently see my provider every 3 months. Was a bit disappointed how this was handled.

The doctors are greatWhen you actually get to see them. The lake underhill of for me has the worst customers service. I am currently trying to find a different place to go. There logos says walking is well come but thats bull.this is were my doctor is but every time I try to make on appointment I have to make it a month a head and when I get there to be told I have to reschedule. If I walking I cant see a doctor. I am told to make an appointment. Some body who is in charge need to really get these things taken care of. Because you cant advertise something that you are not doing that is false advertising. I would not refer anyone to go here. Go to the hospital instead because by the time you get an appointment and be able to see a doctor that is were you may end up.

True Health provides sliding scale services and has allowed me to afford costly medications . The only downside is the ours of operation . Pharmacy closes at 6 pm and on Friday’s is only open from 8am-12 . To make matters worse, the LakeUnderhill location locks their door 5 to even 10 mins before there actual closing time . Please stop doing this . It’s very inconsiderate.

Do not go here! I made an appt. at 11:15 and showed up at 11. Was not seen by a nurse until 11:45 and was shuffled around to 4 different rooms without seeing a Dr. I left at 12:30 before the Dr. Could see me. I was told it would be a short wait bc he was behind! Terrible time management cannot imagine that the care is any better.

Horrible needed some paper work done for DHS, that paper clearly states that any health care provider can fill these papers out as long as I had my medical records, I did. The doctor skimmed thru the dhs paperwork and almost immediately said that I had to be seen by a specialist for each issue on the paper, EVEN THO THE PAPER DOESNT SAY THAT. There was one paper that was preferably to be done by a psy Doc BUT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY IF I HAVE ALL MY PAPER WORK FROM PSY WHICH EXPLAINS MY PROBLEMS IN DETAIL. These people are lazy and dont wont to work, they dont even read the paperwork I gave them, they didnt want to hear my explanation ( since I read the paperwork mulitple times. I believe the doctor skimmed the paperwork and saw how much effort she had to put in and decided not to help me. Pls avoid this place they wont even give anxiety medication even when you have a psychiatrist letter that explains how it helps me dearly. All these people want is your money with the absolute minimal effort. avoid this place unless you like burning your money.

Complete waste of time and money. I went here to see a doctor after being seen in the ER for an issue, and they took $40 for an appointment. I saw a doctor for under 5 minutes who said they didnt know what was wrong (and made no effort to even listen to me about it) so they couldnt help me and I should go to the ER, even though I told them thats where I just came from. Completely useless.

Stay away from this place. Especially Jane Maciejewski the pharmacist. She’s very fake. She will lie to your face if she has to in order to get her way. Save yourself the headache.

My new born son 2 weeks old developed a rash. So naturally we called for an appointment. They gave us an appointment for two weeks after the day we called. Four days after we called the doctor my son startes ro develop pus filled bumps and cannot sleep at all. I call again to insist on a sooner appointment. They tell me there is nothinh they can do. After half an hour on the phone insisting on a sooner appointment they tell us to just do a walk in. My wife takes him for the walk in at noon they tell her at the front desk its a possibility she maynot be seen & didnt get seen untill 5:20 P.M. mind you the office closes at 5:30. Because of them putting a new norn off they said the rash had developed into an infection. Any other doctor i have ever been to has made ita pont to take care of a newborn as priority. These people should have their lisence suspended or revoked.

Had a 10:00 appointment for my sons 4 yo shots. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. They really care nothing about patient services or have any consideration for the patients time. This was our second time here after coming as a walk in and had to leave after waiting 2 hours to be seen and never actually got to see a dr . Place is not worth any sort of wait . Go else where unless you like wasting your time .

The need to do the covid test requires an urgency, it is unheard of that they give the results in 4 to 15 days, knowing that in 15 minutes they can obtain that lack of efficiency when they want to give a result after 14 days, it is a lack of respect for us citizens.
