I have been bring my 3 kids here for a long time. I even went here as a child. It was always welcoming and I wasnt afraid of the doctor because they were always kind. Fast forward, now my oldest is 16 and has been there since his birth where dr Martinez came to see him in winter park hospital..... its just not the same. I cant get my appointments with my Drs of preference. The office staff is on ANOTHER LEVEL on unprofessional. Between speaking over me and not being willing to help, I dont know which is worse. Everything is we will call back tomorrow I will see what I can do with no follow up. While I still love the Drs. I cant push past the fact that a simple conversation or greeting upon arrival is too much to ask for. I will be requesting my kids medical records and moving on from this facility. Its unfortunate but this is not acceptable and for my family and I it is time.

I’ve seen a few nurses or PA’s here but my comment is more for Dr Martinez. The staff have never really given me an issue, for emergent situations they get you in the same day, just expect a wait time with that, like any busy medical office squeezing you in. Otherwise they do their jobs. Dr Martinez is truly what being a child care provider should be, some doctors make you feel crazy or unheard and also make you feel rushed or like they have little to no time. My visits with Dr Martinez have been the complete opposite, she really listens to your concerns and takes the time to address them and offers her best medical opinion along with a plan to help solve your issues. She really doesn’t act like she’s in a rush to go see her next patient instead she asks questions and tries to understand everything going on. She has been great at treating my son and the times I’ve gone in to see her specifically my sons condition has cleared up! She’s great!!! Good bed side manners, great with answering questions and very clear about what steps are best for your little one !

Dr. Rios-Sanchez is not that much knowledgible and not good in her diagnosis. Also her English communication is poor. Waiting time is nearly 1hr as she is slow in dealing with each patients. We wont recommend her to anyone.

Horrible 🤦🏽‍♀️ Please stay away from this place. One of the doctors (the actual one that they think she has the drive to learn more) feels like she doubts everything and knows nothing of medicine. The people are very inept cant never do anything, never know anything is just over rated. Give you false information and treat you horrible and like if you were crazy because you want your voice as a mother to be acknowledge. Doctors give you wrong referral, is horrible. Stay away from here if you want quality treatment

Unfortunately my daughter has been a patient here since 2008. They are the poorest excuse for a doctor’s office that I have ever seen. These so-called doctors will nitpick and make up any kind of problem with your child just to give a parent something to worry about. And of course it’s just an excuse to push pills. Please save your sanity and go anywhere other than here.

Dr. Silva and Martinez are the best doctors, the other younger doctor gave my son the wrong medicine, Silva said that wasnt right, so if you come here see Silva or Martinez no one else.

Very pleased with everything at the office so far especially the front desk. The front desk is great and very helpful in particular Darisha she really helped me with my insurance situation very well and she answered all questions i possibly had and gave me forms explaining the process when i was trying to transition from Medicaid to an private insurance. As far as politeness and caring goes front desk has it on lock they are amazing truly recommend giving them a call if you have any doubts they are always willing to help. Keep it up ladies!

I absolutely love them! Always on time! They never forget to call a day before to remind you about your appointment! Very attentive and always very nice the whole staff!

They have been my kids doctors since they were newborns and they are AMAZING !!! we left to tx for a while and came back and I went back with them because they are that good. The doctors always listen to your concerns, the nurses are amazing and are gentle with our babies, and the staff in the front office are the most professional staff we have ever seen. They make sure to give you an appointment at the time you would like, they really do go above and beyond to make sure that you and your kids are taken care of, and they are super sweet. I definitely recommend this office if you want an extremely good team for your kids. They have also taken extremely good precautions for Covid and I couldnt be more thankful for them doing their part. Like I said one of the BEST pediatricians office out there. And thats rare to find.

Very good DR for kids .I try to see ONE dr when I go in for my kids appointment ..so I’m not repeating what’s going on with my kids .. we’ve been seeing DR. MARTINEZ since 2009(I have 3 children that are seen by her) .. everything about her is GREAT .. if I have a concern, I let her know and it’s resolved within the time frame she states or even less .. you always want a DR that KNOWS what he/she is doing ..not assuming ! As far as their front desk VERY RESPECTFUL/when making appointment with Madeline ..they treat you the way they would want to b treated .. everyone seems happy to be at work and assisting patients..as far as their time in getting their patient it’s pretty reasonable .. very sufficient .. 🌸

I absolutely love pediatric care group they are so nice and they care about your child needs and they listen to your wants.... my son is autistic he been to serval doctors but no dr cared for him like dr. Martinez She listen to me immediately care for my son she was very caring . She listen to me I didn’t feel rushed I felt she genuinely care about her patients made sure her and her team reach out inform me every time a referral was sent and what it was for. ... I love how the team care for their patients..... if you looking for a good pediatrician I highly recommend :)

Dr. Martinez has always been wonderful and caring at every visit. I like her she interacts with the kids. Her staff has always been wondeful and caring. The wait times used to be ver long but in the past 8 months I have noticed marked improvement.

Dr Martinez Cruz is the best. She takes care very carefully of my sons and answer all my questions.

DONT GO HERE !!!My daughter was born 4lbs & shes 4 now and still having problems with weight gain & Growing & I been Fighting for 2 years for her to gain weight & they would always tell me she’s petite / going to be short and Would recommend me to give her pediasure & I recently changed her pediatrician & my daughter is diagnosed with Celiac Disease ... and now Shes on treatment I went once to the new pediatrician and she did A marvelous job on Wanting to know everything inside and out & now we know FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR BABIES/KIDS DONT COME HERE !!!

The staff was completely rude and disrespectful towards my mother. I honestly felt frustrated and disrespected for her. Parents should be able to take their child to a doctors without having to deal with staff who don’t know basic communication skills. Maybe don’t talk over a guest? Maybe don’t talk about the child’s “problems” in front of the child? Adult women who act like bratty teenagers should not be working in a doctors office. The doctor included.

OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST! I had never had such a horrible experience like today, was given attitude for no reason, They are charging copayment’s right away be aware of your insurance obligation and get a copy of your bills they play back and forth between the front desk and the back billing department smh they need to get it together (and the made me wait till 5:17 pm when my appointment was at 4pm

My daughter has been a patient at this office since she was born; she is now a teenager and continues to see the same doctor. The doctors are amazing and the staff is very caring, flexible, and accommodating.

I had the worst most insensitive meeting with a doctor that I’ve ever had in my life and I am 38 years old with four kids. Dr. Valerie M Rios was speaking to me about my son in front of my son saying he has “problems”. My son has ADHD and was sitting in the room when I was trying to explain to her a situation and she was talking over me in the most insensitive way and repeatedly said he has “problems”. When all I was trying to do was get a referral to a therapist because I just moved here from Miami. When she saw I was getting emotional she walked out didn’t even try to understand ask questions just walked out and started speaking to another doctor in the hallway, Dr. Silva. So I walked out and tried to explain to Dr. Silva that she was being aggressive and insensitive in her way of speaking to me in front of my child and Dr. Silva told me to go ahead and leave. I’ve never, my oldest child is 20 years old. I’ve never had any experience like this.

Worst staff ever. Rude can not even start to explain how they treat you. And the wait is too long. Plan to be there at least 2 hours. You are just a number there, and they honestly do not care.

The front staff is horrible; very rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about anything but a paycheck ; the wait time if horrible not even in the ER I have ever waited so long especially with an appointment. Only reason I still take my son here is because of the Doctors; they truly are amazing.

Doctors are great, Dr. Silva, Dr. Martinez are awesome. I gave them one star because their front desk staff has no clue about customer service, always with attitude and talking back to their clients, not professional at all. Lets start with the wait, come on ppl, in EVERY single doctors office, no matter which one is it, you have to wait HOURS to see him/ her (doctor).Now to the important part, there is not enough words to explain how great this girls are. Starting with the great staff, very professional, extremely nice and loving people. Dr. Martinez, what can I say..... she is been taking care of my daughter since the day she was born. Ive met a lot of pediatricians, and no one gets close to Dr. Martinez. I drive an hour to her office because I had to move but having someone else take care of my babies health is not an option. Thank you Dr. Martinez and her staff.

My daughter has been a patient since before she was 1 year old and my son since he was born. (17 Years) I can say the quality service there has gone down to the point that I switched my children to other physician. Front desk is awful waiting time outrageous. Walking clinics have shorter times even if you have appointments and staff is plain rude both on phone and in person. Sorry Doctors but the office is never what it used to be.

I have been coming to this office for years, since my teenagers were toddlers. Enough is enough already, the wait times are ridiculous & when you ask the staff for help, they act clueless. Its a real shame that after all these years I have to change Doctors. Dr. Martinez & Dr. Silva are amazing doctors, very knowledgeable & caring, but the office is run terribly, its dirty, waiting room is too small, & chairs are very uncomfortable. I feel like my kids are gonna catch another infection just coming into the office for a sick visit about something completely different.

My son has been going to this office since he was born. We love Dr. Silva, but the wait time(with appointment) is terrible, and the office staff are no shining stars. After moving 45 minutes away, I was hesitant to change the doctor that we have been seeing for years, so we continued at this office. However, after this last incident, GOOD RIDDANCE!!Someone called the morning of my son’s appointment to confirm the visit for his 2nd meningitis shot. We arrived right on time and waited about 10 minutes. In my head I said ok, now this is more like it. Should have known that was too good to be true. We make it to the back room, and the first woman takes his blood pressure, then another pokes her head in and calls out 2 vaccines that she thought he needed when we were there for only 1. A second later I overhear someone in the hall coaching the first woman on how to tell me that they had no more vaccine as if the doors are sound proof. All she had to say was “sorry.” How about saying “we need to do a better job.” I guess it’s too much like right to check the inventory before confirming someone’s appointment.🤷🏾‍♀️

I have 3 children the two oldest are already 21 and 22 Dr. Martinez and Silva were their pediatricians all my life now I have a girl of 8 years and I continue with the doctor very good and very professional but the other staff is disgusting you can hear In the room I expect all conversations to purchase even personal trips. In what one expects in the room indefinitely is desperate abese I go to a clinic that they attend emergency because they attend to you fast. I have to go every time I have to go that it is desperate are 3 and 4 hours waiting in what you can see the doctors talking with The staff outside.

Dr. Martinez-Cruz and Dr. Silva are great. They answer anything and everthing. Dr. Martinez-Cruz has taken care of my 3 kids from birth and I honeslty would follow her. When my daughter had a concussion she was so concerned. She had reverted back to being an 8 yr old, when she was really 12 (shes perfect now) She answered my questions, reassured me. I know I can trust her. Shes amazing. We love her. If your wait is long she is worth it and Dr. Silva too. I havent been disappointed yet, Ive been going there since 2002.

Terrible staff, front office staff are rude and dont know what they are doing. How is this place even open. Called patient parent a liar in front of me. Didnt give me my money back after insurance paid for visit. Then gave my poor infant her vaccine incorrectly causing bruising and bleeding to her leg. STAW AWAY from this horrible place.

Super long wait enough to make you go nuts cause your kids gets impatient for sitting for 3 hrs bored out there mind if have to come please bring snack and drinks for your little ones so that their less fussy. Doctors are great but the staff is horrible some have bad attitudes. When i came to take my son for his 2 months shots they had a new person give him his shots mind you she had never gave a shot to a baby before you could tell she was nervous cause she had shaky hands my son had a wilt on both thighs for a month!

Dr. Martinez and Dr. Silva are great and most definitely deserve 5 stars!! The staff is a bit nasty, which is why I gave a lower rating. If it wasnt for Dr. Martinez being as great as she is with my son for the last 4 years, I would have definitely changed due to the staff being so unprofessional and rude most times.

This place is slow 2 hour wait with out anyone waiting. The staff is the issue. Dr silva is a real good Dr . But staff hurts his bottom line. Bad attude, poor customer service slow very slow service .

The staff is too rude, I work at a doctors office myself as an M.A an I have never had patients waiting in the waiting room alone for over an hr. My first visit there was at 3pm an i didnt leave till almost 7pm my girls were starving. I made a sick appointment for my 3yr old an I was waiting for over an hr an the staff had the nerve to ask me of I wanted to reschedule LIKE MY DAUGHTER BEING SICK WAS NOTHING TO THEM. I just went back to true health. They are nicer the doctors are great an Im not waiting 5 hrs to be seen. Idk how this place is still open DEFINITELY isnt cause the staff !!

This office has changed completely. I follow up and Im told Ill receive a phone call, cant rely on these people to do anything they say. They put you on hold for 20-30 minutes to come back and put you on hold again without you getting a word in.

I’ve been going to Dr. Silva for 8 years + he’s a good dr but the OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST! I had never had such a horrible experience like today, was given attitude for no reason, the office manager (eileen, aylin, elin w.e. Is her name) is so unprofessional, making the worst facial expressions as I’m trying to talk to her and explain the situation. She didn’t make more facial expressions because the muscles on her face didn’t allow her to! She was acting like she was superior, like I was nothing because my son is under medicaid. I let Dr. Silva know and hopefully at some point he does something about his office staff cause they are very unprofessional, only a few nurses are very nice. Waiting time can be long but I don’t even mind that, its the whole office staff and their attitude problem!! Leave your attitude at home, patients are customers...it doesn’t hurt to be nice and have a smile on your face.

They give you an appointment to call you 3 hours after the original appointment to see the doctor. I don’t see the point of making an appointment. But God forbid your 15-20 minutes late, they would reject seeing your child. Very awful place....

The wait is unbearable with an appointment. There is always an issue with the front office staff. In order to actually get my kids seen is always a struggle/argument. I have waited 4 hours and had to leave because my kids where nowhere close to being seen by the doctors irronically I was late for my appointment time by 10 minutes one day and they decided that my child couldnt be seen because we where late. I strongly recommend saving yourself from having numerous horrible experiences and just go with a different pediatricians office. Every single time its a different issue with these people. If you do ever get through the front office staff the doctors are great.

I was rushed into finding a pediatrician after my son was born and this was on the list of places that the hospital recommended. Me and my husband were new parents and from the outside this place seemed like the best option for our son and we couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff is rude and every time I showed up 30 min early I’d wait at least an hour in the waiting room and another 2 hours in the room, but honestly that didn’t bother me that much; What really got me was after all of that I finally meet with the doctors only to get terrible care for my son. From when he was sick to when he had ear infections the doctors would go through the motions and leave me with just as much information as I walked in with. As a new mom this was extremely frustrating. I switched to Growing Together Pediatrics and it has been 1000x better! The doctor educates you so when anything is wrong you’ll know exactly what to do if it happens again. I would highly reccommend them over this place.

10:55 - Arrived for our 11am APPOINTMENT for my 2 WEEK OLD PREMATURE BABY.12:10 - After 2 people came in after us and were called back before us we finally asked why the wait is so long for us and we were told it was because he is a newborn and that we were next. We got taken back 5 mins later.1:15 - Waiting in the back room until I had enough and asked a nurse when the doctor is coming and they said we will be next (again its like we have to remind them were here). Decided to go thru reviews while waiting and saw other people had the EXACT same issue. Either complaints of this place overbooking and being behind or letting their friends go first (might be why we had 2 people go before)1:30 - the doctor finally comes in and is done in less than 8 minutes.While leaving we realized 2 things. There was 2 more people who came in before us but somehow managed to leave before us. That brings the grand total to 4. Secondly (and I dont know for sure if this is the case) they have a sick waiting room on the right and a healthy room on the left. Our examination room was on the right side of the building right down the hall from the sick waiting room. I dont know of the barrier goes past the waiting rooms but if it does then thats just another thing to add to the list that this place does wrong.In conclusion... screw this place. Im obviously never going back. They ONLY reason they even get 1 star is because I cant give them a negative score or a 0.

This place is ridiculous while i have had a positive experience with the staff once here the time management is absolutely ridiculous. i have been here close to 2 and a half hours and still no doctor. Snippy put upon office staff with the exception of one lady.

This office is by FAR THE WORST PLACE TO HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO,kids get inpatient easily try to calm a hungry newborn or toddler when its 3-4 hrs past your appointment time or have ran out of baby bottle to feed your newborn has happened to me 🤬 i took my kids here since day 1 and never got better when you get called in the room its like another 45 min - 1hr for the doctor to come and attend you the only reason i stayed so long was because MARTINEZ was an amazing doctor to my kids unfortunately i had to say bye bye,the office staff is RUDEE THEY THINK Us parents dont know anything like they know more than us because they went to a tech school oh please,i asked for some records once and they said they will call when ready never did they call , then wanted to charge me because they had to take time and get the shots record ready for me like whatt?!!! Every single time I go there, I always come w/ an appointment, but the wait time is always over 2hrs long...today my fiancé took our daughter, who is sick, to see her doctor, Dr.Martinez cruz, the appointment was for 1:30pm, and he saw the doctor at 4:15pm. Thats ridiculous. I love the doctor there, but I just dont understand why every single time I go the wait is hours when its by appointment. I literally take a day off just to go to these appointments, just cause they take the whole day. And I know Im not the only one who waits hours just to be seen for less than 10min by the doctor. Other than the fact that the kids gets agitated for waiting there for so long, but especially us parents who dont want to be there all day.

Lying office manager. Incompetent staff. Made an appointment, spoke with a nurse, had my child IN the waiting room stressed out to get shots to have the office manager come in and tell me they wouldnt see her because they didnt have time for a new patient appointment. The staff is rude. The place does not have separate drs so they hang out chatting it up with parents for 30 mins in a room with a sick child then wanted to examine my newborn after. I waited 3 hours with my newborn then they stuck me near a child with the flu. The nurses were nice enough, the office staff are jerks. Place is also dirty.

I do not mi d waiting 3 hours for the doctors because Dr Martinez, Dr Silva and Dr Caballero always have been great and excellent. But the staff needs to be changed or trainned. I have to say that mostly the new MAs NEVER wear gloves and never wash their hands when they come to the room to take temps or worst to draw blood or give shots. I have been working in the medical field for years and we always have a big campaign about infection prevention. These unsanitary methods that they are putting on practice are simply unnaceptable.I wish the Office manager do some education on their staff and they learn and put it on practice instead of risking the patients to get transmitted with other diseases from other patients.Thank you.

If you are reading this STAY AWAY. I recently relocated to Orlando and my first encounter with the office staff was bad to say the least. I simply wanted to talk to a nurse to see if we should come in. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional she even asked for symptoms as If she had any medical expertise. I will not be taking my child to this establishment and suggest you do not either.

If you know the people that work here this place is for you they put you in the no-waiting list to see the doctor it doesnt matter if its your turn or not the laddies at the business office will take care of that.

Dont waste your time at this clinic. They have inadequate, incompetent, rude staff. The only positive thing I can say is that I didnt have to wait a month to be seen, however, I arrived at 3:30 and left at 6:30 and without lab work forms. No one there knows what theyre doing and the part of the staff that are actually trying to do a good job seem to be under a lot of pressure. Ive worked in the med field before so Im familiar with doctors who want to fill up their schedule no matter how long it will take to actually get through the patients efficiently and in a timely manner. A 3 hr wait for a 5 min visit with an incompetent doctor. Emeline Ramos is the doctor we saw. The doctors make their staff deal with the consequences of their poor scheduling requests so everyone loves the doctors but in actuality theyre the main ones to blame for the poor service at this office. The doctor who saw my daughter was pushing for her to get a vaccine I wasnt comfortable with and never even requested labs, the norm for an annual physical. I asked for a referral to a derm and she ASSUMED she knew what it was & prescribed med that will actually worsen the condition of someone that plays outdoor sports, which she was aware of as we were also there for a SPORTS PHYSICAL. Calling the office the next day to ask about the labs was worse than the actual visit. The receptionist puts you on hold every time you ask a question and never comes back with answer, then becomes offended if you ask her to speak english because thats what you speak. The office manager is even worse, stating my poor experience after a 3 hr wait is my OPINION.....is she serious?? Then disregards my complaint and asks me where I want the labs sent. Ive already set up a complaint with my insurance company to make sure these idiots get taken down. They have no idea what theyre doing, they are all, including the doctors, inexperienced. Any doctor that is ok with having an office manager that is so ignorant, incompetent, rude, and flat out dumb is not ok. If I was a disrespectful parent who was out of line, Id understand, but that definitely was not the case. Parents, please educate yourselves so you know what your child needs when they get a physical. Have it written down so you dont get distracted and forget like I did. Doctors are becoming lazier by the minute so its our responsibility to research meds and vaccines before we allow them to be administered to our children. Most docs will tell you theyre safe because its another paycheck for them. Dont fall for it. Needless to say Ive already switched doctors in less than 24 hrs since the appt.

If you cant take your children to the pediatrician when they are sick, when and where do you suppose to take it? If you ever pass the rude front desk and can see Dr. Martinez will be in great hands because the only other good Dr. that use to worked there was Dr. caballero is not longer there. He did the same we are going to do switch office.I took my son today because he was sick and the front ladies start saying that he can not be seen. I decided to take my chance and wait anyway and without asking the office manager came out been very unprofessional and rude and said to me: WE ARE NOT A WALKING CLINIC That I can not take my son there. So I asked were I suppose to take him when he wake up sick. They said they were full and if by any chance they have a cancellation they will see it and the wait was going to be longer than usual. I keep saying that I was use to it because Usually it takes 3 to 4 hour when you have an appoiment, so I can not imagine after everything they told me and the way they treat us, when he was going to be seen. I felt that they did not want to take care of him So I stop begging for a service and even I I did not think I was a hospital emergency we ended in Nemours were my son was treated with profesionalism and kindness no matter how long we wait.( aprox. 1hour 45min)

Appointment is useless in this place you will be treated first come first serve, but if you come late two ore tree minute😱 God forgive you will be in the back of the line of your lucky if not approx 4to 5 hrs befor you see a doctor. Very poor costemer services with the staff but the doctors are professional and good in what they du.

Dr Martínez is great!, but she is surrounded by the WORST STAFF!!! Those ladies are always rude, angry, and very inefficient! Last time took me 32 days to get a referral from them, they do not care what they do. And Dont talk about the waiting line, even if you have appt you will waste your time...

These nurses care more about chatting and socialising then their own patients newborn babies are put to wait over the older kids WORST SERVICE EVER I FEEL BAD FOE MY CHILD WHO FELL ASLEEP WAITING TP GET SEEN I WISH I COULD POST VIDEOS AND PICS OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL nurses and doctors

The service is very bad not the doctors is the staff they always in bad mood and the waiting time is ridiculous not recommended at all

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Staff and doctor were criticizing me and laughing out loud because I arrived early to my sons appointment without him, that I was obviously waiting for someone to bring him over BEFORE his appointment time. I heard every stupid comment they said about me and obviously said something to them and cancelled the appointment. I will never go back.

Dr.Silva very good Doctor but the front desk Madeline she is very rude I was at the window to sign in and she was in the back computer try to print her pay stubs for Children and families so I was standing at the window for 15 minutes just to sign in then she open the window and she say whats the name and then she said are you sure you have appointment LOL of course I do she was just very lazy at 8:30am 09/09/2016

The service in this office is absolutely unacceptable staff not willing to help very rude staff do not take your kids to this clinic no class whatsoever.

Why schedule an appointment for 9:15 if its going to be over an hour before you get seen .

The waiting time is ridiculous and the counter ladies treat you like they dont like the job , even if you talk to them nicely, for me I give the doctors an A ,But the personal worker are the worst, pls learn how to do customer service .

Horrible!!!! They talk so much among them selves, they leave us waiting for hours in the waiting room. Also, when they finally call us in to attend us they leave us in the patient room waiting for a long time as well.

Dr. Silva’s the best. He was warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. I refused certain services for my child and he had no problem with this. He even complimented me on making thoughtful and informed decisions for my daughter.The next time I came was ONLY for my daughter’s eczema. I wasn’t able to see Dr. Silva, he was delivering babies. The female doctor with blue eyes was terrible. She was argumentative and condescending. She was trying to push certain medical procedures heavily. When I explained that I had a conclusive conversation with Dr. Silva and my decision was final she still decided to push push push. Extremely unprofessional. Although you are the doctor, I AM THE PARENT. I spent over 30 mins in the room with this doctor and only 2 mins was spent on my child’s eczema.The third time I came I was disappointed to see this same female doctor. Once again she tried pushing me in a direction that I already informed her I would not go. She belittled me for about an hour. She said to me “how old are you? Maybe you’re too young to understand what’s best for baby”. Her behavior was out of hand. I even caught her bad talking me to another employee. I informed the receptionist that I will not be seeing this women again.I was switched to a different female doctor in the office and was put back at ease with my child’s appointments.

A clinic where professionalism and love go hand in hand. More than patients, they are their children, nephews or grandchildren because that is how they feel treated. Their doctors treat their patients with certainty and dedication that make parents feel confident. Excellent team!

I have been attending my son for more than 3 years with the Drs of this place and they are magnificent. The way of explaining and managing the illness or routine check-up is very professional. Very good nurses and other staff too. Thank you very much!

Dr. María Martínez is good with children, treats them well and explains to parents in detail what the child has and the treatment to be performed. It is true that you have to wait a long time to attend, but for me it is worth the wait if you see Dr. Martinez is one of the few doctors who check them from head to toe to make sure everything is fine

In the last six years the health providers in this office have dedicated themselves to providing excellent medical care to my daughter, now with a four-month-old newborn I entrust my son with his experiences. I believe and trust in their professionalism and love for their patients, I hope the doctors read these comments that are very worrying about their work team, especially the two donkeys that they have in the office taking calls (Marlene and the other that how fast they speaks nothing is understood). They have a terrible education, they only dedicate themselves to arguing with us parents instead of doing their work with professionalism. They should be working in a vet office !!!!!!After reading the comments of other parents with the same concerns, the lack of respect of these two individuals must be reported and hopefully they will take action on the matter.

Horrible ! The treatment is fatal, lack of professionalism the only good thing they have are the doctors. Two or three years ago it was not like that, they used to be more friendly and very professional. The truth is that there are two people who work at the front desk who are very unprofessional, several times not only to me but when my husband has to take the children it is the same with both of them they treat people very badly and when I asked to speak to the manager they insulted me and I was never able to speak to them. Anyway, I ended up changing them ... dont waste your time! Children deserve the best.

For all parents I want to inform you that this is the worst medical site where they can take their children, my daughter was NOT detected a pneumonia that I had by a great carelessness of Dr María Martínez, it was very sad for me to see the little love and attention to the patients in this place and much more as children who start to live, for this reason I left this medical clinic and please do not recommend any parent take your child to this Pediatric medical center Care group, thanks Natalia

This place is terrible, very bad attention, the wait is horrible They are not interested in the health of the children at all, they only work for a check, doctor miguel silva is the worst thing I have ever known, super rude, my child needed a referral to A Neuro surgeon was something urgent and did not give him the attention he required at all, horrible This place but they never see me there is again, I had to change clinics immediately.

Dr Silva is an arrogant guy, my son was crying when Dr checked and he turned black because he was short of breath, I struggled with Dr because I tried to lift him and Dr kept holding him by the head until I told him to release him to lift him from the stretcher. The guy got upset and told me that he will let him as much as possible could happen if he passed out or else he went to another room.Helloooou !!! He is my 18-month-old son, I cant allow anything to happen to him even if hes passed out and as he says.And the waiting time better not to mention that, a total and disrespect.

The doctors are good but the service is terrible. They give you an appointment for an hour and they treat you 3 hours later, horrible and the children are desperate if it were not for the waiting time, it would give them more points.

Super bad service my baby had his appointment for 8:45 am its 9:40 and Im still waiting for him for an emergency because he has low platelets to repeat the very bad cbs organization I do not recommend at all

My son is a patient of this place.I brought him for an emergency I had an appointment for 11:30 a.m. Recent is 1:20 and Im still waiting for him to call him.At first we had a little misunderstanding with the manager of this place parese k likes to do the Show.My Bb simply has a cold that doesnt define anything but they send me to the sic area. I c my Bb is not with contagious disease. What I told them was I dont want to go to my sick c to send me to the waiting room. Don de Estanlos k de Verdas are sick, K conste the manager called my bbs name and began to argue with My husband went to the room mentioned my husband stressed the bb is not sick and went to the other room. In the sic room he calls my baby again and begins to argue that she does not allow anyone to miss her employees, nobody disrespects them they have security system where they can check it, but she with her aptitude if she didnt realize she lacks respect for her clients.As a mother, I understand that there is k to take care of the health of the little ones but they have to have someone in the room so that they are aware of everyone there .. There are children with a spurt in their nose one when they are just coming from outside and someone k accompanied by him he was vomiting and they are in the waiting room of the healthy WHO UNDERSTANDS THIS CONTROL ..

I love!!! All Dr. are excellent. Dr. Miguel Silva is super, mega, excellent. I do not change it. I live super far. And I always bring my children, here.
